Part 28

Day went really well for Geet... And for maan he couldn't concentrate... He was surprised with geets behavior last night... The word his touch makes her feel disgust was killing him inside. But it shouldn't. He shouldn't care.

Few weeks have passed... Now and then maan and Geet sees each other. She hated his presence. Things seems to calm down.... She faces him more often. Specially dinner table. But nun speaks.

Next day... Maan and Geet was alone on the dinner table... Nakusha also joins...

Mum dad and Dadi was out for something...

All three sat there silently. Geet was dreading those time... Geet sat opposite of maan... And naku next to him.
Geet didn't want to walk of showing she was week and year have passed... She still can't control her emotion. She forces her self a smile and ate happily.
Her inside... Her heart... It felt like someone was stabbing her with a knife. Killing her inside over and over again.
She tried her best to control her emotion... Her eyes was just started to fill up... She didn't want to show her tears... Luckily Dutta Armaan and Ridzy walks in...
Ridzy: don't eat! We going out for. Dinner.
Geet rushes up and walks towards them... It was a good escape.
Geet looks at them tears rolling down her eyes.... But her voice sounded happy.
Geet: OMG gys... Ok... Those food was getting a bit boring let's go.
All gave her a force smile... She was facing her back to maan and nakusha...
Ridzy: at least get changed...

Ridzy and Geet runs in to her room...

Geet locks the door and breaks down...
Ridzy holds her tight...
Geet: I hate him. I hate him... I hate him. Why can't I hate him? Why I love him?

Downstair...

Dutta: at least have some decency not to bring her here.
Maan: I haven't!
Naku: sorry gys! I shouldn't be here.
Dutta: you hurt her enough! Not any more!
Maan leaves the table...
Dutta: whats wrong with you? Give her some time to At last to recover.
Maan: one year was enough.
Dutta: it taking me 5 years to recover! And you think one year is enough!
Maan: leave Dutta before I loose my temper!
Dutta: well lets see how far this goes.
Maan shouts Duttas name....
Dutta in matter of second holds the gun at his forehead... Maan with his fist on his face...
Armaan: stop it! GEET is COMING! STOP It! Everything will be messed up! Stop it...

Geet walks out. Dutta hides his gun and maan walks off. Nakusha just stood there shocked seeing a gun...

Geet: let's go! Armaan! Why you look so worried?
Armaan: nothing! Let's go...

All four walks out....

Maan comes back after while...

Maan: let's go! I will drop you home!
Naku: he had a gun!
Maan: yes! He is Dutta! I am sure you hard his name. Famous underworld...,
Naku just looked at him in shock...
Naku: and he is in this house?
Maan: he is one of are good friend. There family and my family is close.
Naku: he pointed a gun on your head!
Maan: but he didn't shoot me na!
Naku: so!
Maan: I will drop you home!
Naku didn't say another word...

Maan was back home after dropping Naku...
Everyone was back home.... Maan walks in to his room...
Dadima flows...

Dadi: why nakusha was here?
Maan: she just came...
Dadi: enough! You two are not married. So please do advice us when she comes and I can arrange something for geet...

Geet stood at the back... She was hesitating to come in his room... She stood outside and knocked...

Geet: Dadi it's ok! I am fine with everything. I am cool. She was happy... There was no emotion on her face. Simply happy.
She makes a wide face... And walks in to the room... Hugging Dadi...
Geet: Dadi! Seriously! Your grand daughter is fine. Hai na maan?
Maan looked at her in surprise... She was actually talking to him... But in a happy bubbly way...
Dadi looks at her...
Geet:Let's go Dadi... Leave maan... I am sure nakusha is waiting for him... She teases with a big smile... Both walks out...

dadi: per...

geet: dadi... i want some sweets... can we make some??? PLEASEEEEEEE...

dadi smiles....

oh god...now i seriously can tell maan doesnt deserve her...i want nakusha to dump him on d day of engagement want some nice and super rich and powerfull and hot(more than maan but not dutta...how abt iqbal khan) to sweep geet of her feet and make dat nakusha fall fr dat guy...dis will be a double dose fr maan...hate him hate him...dis is d first time i dont want maan and geet to gether.....geet deserves some one better...she is very beautiful dan dat nakusha...ahhhhh maan is getting on my nerves...pls no maan and geet...bring her a nice hot and powerfull guy fr her...
