whew finally an update!!!!! Sorry to keep you guys waiting....Enjoy the update!!! Ok So instead of an email I decided to change it up a little..and sorry for those of you who were confused as to who was going to email..Maan as Maan or Maan as DelhisShark lol..

Maan was going to email Geet as DelhisShark...sorry I should've been more clear about that 😆😆

Chapter 16

Geet went to her laptop after changing to her pj's...she was so tired after the party and she has to clean the stupid car seat tomorrow too... "Maybe I can cookie to eat the cake so it is easier for me to clean the car so it would be easier for me to clean the rest" She logged into her email as usual...
DelhisShark: Hi

Geet "Damn": NyQueen: Hi

DelhisShark: How are you??

NyQueen: I am fine...how about you? Enjoying New York?

DelhisShark: Yeah I love New York...the people the environment is so different and nice

NyQueen: Yeah it is nice here...I have been living here for a while now..this is my home now

DelhisShark: hmm so what have you been doing?

NyQueen: Nothing much..I just came back from this dinner party that was hosted by my boss

DelhisShark: ohh that nice...sorry I couldn't reply back to your previous email

NyQueen: No that is fine...am sure you are busy and stuff with your meetings

DelhisShark: yeah...can I ask you something?

NyQueen: Sure...watsup?

DelhisShark: Is your client really that bad?

NyQueen: Well I guess he is nice but sometimes no wait all the time he can be such a kaduos

DelhisShark: Kaduos?? In what way?

NyQueen: Ever since I have met my client I don't think I have ever seen him smile I don't even know if he knows how to smile lol

Maan: "Smile? I know I smiled in front of her before..hmmm lets see what else" DelhisShark: So the smile is the only thing that bothers you about your client?

NyQueen: I guess and OMG he is so serious like all the time...

DelhisShark: being serious means good isn't it that shows how dedicated he is toward his work...

NyQueen: Why are you defending him so much as if you know that person?

Maan "Damn..change the tone fast" DelhisShark: I am not defending him at all I am just simply saying that you should probably give him a chance...the client is here away from his family and whatnot so I guess it is understandable

NyQueen: hmm you might have a point there

DelhisShark: I know I do lol...

NyQueen: Whatever don't get too happy that I agreed with you but I will take your recomendations lol

DelhisShark: Good

NyQueen: Alright well I am going to sleep now its been a very long day for me...

DelhisShark: Alright Good Night and remember be nice and give him a chance

NyQueen: hmm ok I will think about it

DelhisShark: Alright let me know the results

NyQueen: alright I will...good night

DelhisShark: Nite

NyQueen has logged off...

Maan POV:

Maan smiled at his success of convincing Geet..."tomarrow will be our first step toward friendship..lets see what happens"
Adi: Sir here talk to Dadima on the phone

Maan: Dadima?? When did she call?

Adi: No Sir I called her

Maan: Why?

Adi: for the past few days I have noticed that you are not feeling well..so I thought I should inform Dadima

Maan angry: Adi tum na...

Adi: Sir phone (shoves the phone to Maan and goes straight to sleep on the sofa..) "Hopefully Dadima helps Maan sir..bachare pata nahi kya hogaya hai unhe"

Maan to Dadima on the phone: haa Dadima...nahi main bilkul theek hoon..(looks at Adi who is sleeping on the phone angrily) nahi mujhe kuch nahi hua..bus woh..haan Adi majak kar raha tha aur kuch nahi...main aapne aapko seeshe main dekh raha tha?? (now really pissed at Adi) haan woh toh main issilye dekh raha tha kyonki (trying to come up with an excuse) haan kyonki woh shaving karte waqt mujhe chot laggayi thi aur main seeshe main dekh raha tha kahan par...

Adi who has been listening to their conversation "chot..magar mujhe toh kuch nahi dikha" Maan continuned on the phone: "Alright Dadima main aapse kal main baat karta hoon...bye" He hangs up the phone and throws it on the bed "everyone is my enemies" Maan goes to the bathroom to freshen up and goes straight to the bed awaiting for the new day

Geet arrives to work early after talking brifely to Vicky in the elevator...she goes to her cabin getting straight to work since she had a lot of catching up to do for being sick...after a while Maan enters her cabin...
Maan: May I come in?

Geet looks up to see who it is: Ohh umm yeah sure

Maan sits across her chair: I got this for you (hands her a coffee) I thought if it is alright with you if we can start again on our friendship

Geet: ohh thanx (takes the coffee away from him) how did you know that latte is my favorite?

Maan starts to stutter: umm I didn't I just thought you might like this but now I know that this is your favorite coffee

Geet: umm ohh ok

Maan: So what is the plan for today?

Geet looks at him: Plan?

Maan: I mean what has Dev planned for the meetings today?

Geet: Ohh I have no idea..I am catching up on the work I missed while I was sick but from the looks of it we might be done soon so that you can return to Delhi soon

Maan: hmm it looks like you want to get rid of me

Geet: ohh I didn't mean it that way..I just meant that we will be done soon so that you can handle your business in India

Maan: hmm its fine I don't mind I am like Delhi ka badshah my company runs under me and my employees knows very well know to take care of the company while my absence (Maan looked at Geets face after mentioning Delhi Ka Badshah to see her reaction)

Geet "Delhi ka badshah..I have mentioned that to DelhisShark in my email once" Maan snaps his finger in front of her.. "Miss.Geet where are you getting lost...is everything alright?"

Geet: hmm umm yeah I am fine...

Dev came in the cabin: There you guys are...

Maan: yeah you weren't here yet so I figured I give miss. Geet some company

Dev: haha no problem..hopefully you guys didn't get into any arguments (looking at Geet)

Maan: Of course not..we are friends now..right Geet?

Geet: Yes that is right...

Dev: Well if you are done with your conversations than lets go ahead with our meetings

Maan: Alright lets go...see you later Geet

Geet: Ji see you later

Day went by pretty fast for Geet but can't say the same thing for Maan as he was looking at his watch every hour for lunch time..
Maan: Dev it is lunch time lets take a break for now?

Dev: ohh it is sorry didn't realize the time

Maan: Well I have to go to lunch with my friend so you guys can carry on if you like

Dev: Alright that is fine..so Adi what do you think?

Adi: Sir it doesn't matter as long as I get food lol

Dev: Alright than we think alike

Maan: Ok than I will see you guys after lunch..bye

Dev and Adi: Bye

Maan left the conference room towards Geet's cabin...he stopped outside when he heard Geet yelling at someone over the phone..
Geet: Vicky what do you mean you can't come for lunch?

Vicky: '.

Geet: You and your stupid work? The meeting had to happen today?

Vicky:...

Geet: You know I can't eat lunch by myself...now what am I suppose to do? (She heard knock on her cabin just than...) Fine Gadhe I will talk to you later bye..

Maan: Is there any problem?

Geet: Vicky canceled our lunch date

Maan felt hint of jealousy hearing this: Date?

Geet: Yeah we always go to lunch together everyday

Maan: ohh ok well if you don't mind we can have lunch together

Geet droped her phone from her hands: umm sorry what?

Maan: we can go to lunch if you want

Geet: umm sure..lets wait for Adi and Dev sir too than

Maan "damn I meant alone": Sorry they already left for lunch

Geet: Ohh ok...well than lets go for lunch I am hungry

Maan: Alright lets go

AHHHHHHHHHHH....lunch date on the way?....*woot woot*😆😉 omgg our munda is soo cunning, eh?😆....making geet see himself in a different light.....but you know what is the icing on the cake....his self comments.....wayy too hilarious dude😆.....do i look like a gadha? am i a khadoos?.....o-m-g adorablee i tell ya!😳 and our kudi....she is soo like me...i always find someone to call gadha every 5 min😆.....they make such a cute pair.....and i lovee how maan tries so hard for them to not end up fighting but alas, don't we all know the end result?😉 fab update!....now u better not disappear again and take forever to update chica....or i will hunt you down...*muhahaha*
