Geet was in the park with Muskaan in the pushchair. The park was always crowded.

Maan had to go to a meeting like always and Geet was bored so she decided to go out for some fresh air.

Geet: "Finally I get to spend some time with my own baby" she thought to herself and sat down on a bench. Muskaan fell asleep already and Geet started reading a book she bought with her. Suddenly, there was a loud noise.

Geet looked up at the sky.

Geet: "Looks like it's going to rain" she thought to herself. She was about to get up when someone held her wrists, and covered her face with a white cloth. That cloth smelt horrible.

Geet: "Hmmph, hmmph, urgh, hmmph" she moaned. Geet felt her ears make a hissing sound and she felt her body go loose.

Geet then found herself in a room full of boxes. She heard something. She heard her baby crying. Muskaan was a few feet away from Geet. There was a knife near Muskaan's neck.

Geet tried to get up. She couldn't. Her body didn't let her. She wasn't even tied to a chair. She tried to speak. She couldn't. Nothing was tied onto her mouth. She just couldn't speak.

It was Brijj. She saw it. Her own brother trying to kill her baby.

Maan came in time, and saved Muskaan. But there was a gun pointed to Maan's head. BANG. Geet heard. Geet saw, Maan falling to the floor and then...


Geet screamed and woke up. Her eyes went all fuzzy, but then, she saw she was in her own bedroom.

Maan woke up startled and got up in a sitting position.

Maan: "Are you okay? Did you have a bad dream?" he asked worried

Geet looked at her side. Maan. He was fine.

Geet touched Maan to make sure he was real. Then she touched his face, then his shoulders, then his arms. Then looked at Maan up and down. Geet hugged Maan, sobbing.

Maan hugged her back wondering what happened.

Geet: "I had a dream that... That someone kidnapped me and Muskaan and, Brijj was trying to kill Muskaan and... and... You came there to save her but then... But... Brijj killed you and... Then... I don't know" she said sobbing.

Maan hugged her tighter.

Maan: "It was just a dream Geet. Nothing's happened" he said running his hand up and down her back to comfort her.

Geet suddenly opened her eyes.

Geet: "Muskaan" she said to herself. She broke the hug and ran up to Meera's room. Meera was awake about to head over to Geet's room because she heard her screaming.

Geet entered Meera's room.

Geet: "Muskaan!" she exclaimed and ran up to the cot. She was sleeping. Geet breathed a sigh of relief.

Maan came in the room as well. Meera asked Maan what was wrong.

Maan: "Bad dream" he whispered back

Meera nodded her head and smiled reassuringly

Geet walked back to her room without any expression, and sat down on her bed and crossed her legs. She covered her face with her hands.

Maan entered the bedroom and sat down beside her on the bed, crossing his legs as well.

Geet saw Maan beside her and hugged him so tight, Maan couldn't breath.

Maan: "It's going to be alright" he whispered

Both of them hugged for about 2 minutes. The longest hug they ever had. Geet started breathing heavily and her grip on Maan loosened. Maan broke the hug to look back at Geet's face. She was sleeping. And this time, she had a tiny smile on her face.

Maan: "Chalti firti disaster" he mumbled to himself and put her in a lying down position.

Geet: "I heard that" she said and pouted her lips with her eyes closed.

Maan: "Your my, only MY chalti firti disaster" said Maan and kissed her on her cheek. Geet took Maan's hand and kept it near her face and made herself comfortable. Maan also lay down, smiled at Geet and closed his eyes.
