Ok this update might be SENTI so if you are a senti person than skip this update lol...hahahaha OHH and many of you asked who is the person following Maan sorry can't reveal that part but it is not Dev he is in Jail and Maan will keep him there for life 😆😆😆

P.S. Let me know if you guys think that I am dragging the whole thing...I will update the next part little bit faster than 😆😆😆

Chapter 23

Maan searched the whole area since the morning...he kept on walking back and fourth in the same area hoping to find some truth..he was so pissed off he took off his gun in anger and started shooting in the air to take off his anger... "I will get you Vicky!!" The guy from far away laughed seeing Maan "Good luck with that Maan" He called the master to inform him of what is happening...
Vicky: Hello what happened?

The guy: Sir looks like Maan is losing it

Vicky smiled: hmm good...(in full anger) I want to torture him for what he did to me...I will destroy his whole career and his whole life...

The guy: Don't worry master am sure you will get your revenge

Vicky: This won't be possible without you..keep an eye on him and let me know what is happening...

The guy: Alright Master

Vicky: ohh and do something about Geet.. I hope the poor soul is Ok (laughed)

The guy: I will see what I can do...

Vicky: I want results

The guy: ohh alright Master

Sun settled down Maan decided to call it a day and start again tomorrow early in the morning...he stopped by a flower shop to pick up a bouquet...he drove to the hospital...before stopped in front of Geet's room...he couldn't bear to see her in so much pain but he had to be strong for her..he can't break down without catching Vicky...he calmed himself down and went in her room...he closed his eyes in pain seeing her...he quietly puts the bouquet in the flower vase and sits right next to her...he holds her hand and just stares at her face...

Geet was in coma...her face was swollen and still blue around the lip area...her cuts on the face were somewhat healed due to the glass table but still they were visible, she was wrapped like a mummy from head to toe...her arms and legs were bandaged...Geet's right wrist was broken, her throat was also covered with bandage along with her head...even though it has been a week, with each visit it becomes hard for Maan to see Geet like this..he still can't get her image of lying down on the bed helpless covered with cuts and bandages all around...

He held her hand tightly while taking in her image again before his eyes...he slowly puts his head on top of her hand that he was holding..tears silently escaping from his eyes... "Get up Geet, you have to open your eyes if not for me or for you at least for us" He sits straight up while still holding her hand and looks at her swollen face "I promise you I won't let anything happen to you again..Vicky will be put behind bars..did you know what I did to Vicky..(lets out a small laugh through his tears) you might be happy hearing this..I punched him 10 times or more..you should've seen his face it was bleeding...I think I broke some of his teeth...If you had come with me..I would've let you slap him couple of times too knowing the sherni you are...(his grip on her hand tightens) "Please don't leave me like this...I don't think I will be able to live without you..you are everything for me now Geet Everything...I don't think I told you but once before I was also in love with someone....Sameera was her name Geet...she was my partner...we had met when I became a police officer...we were both assigned to work together...we never got along with each other at all..she had a different view of how to handle criminals and I had my own way of handling things..you know its either Maan Singh Khurana way or the highway" (smiled) "One thing led to another we became more understanding of each other and eventually fell in love..there was not a day that went by when we didn't talk...until one day..when we were working together...there was a reporting of shooting and she died on the scene...I blamed myself for so many years that I couldn't do anything to save her...over the years I had forgotten the word "love" I kept myself busy with work day and night...it took me sometime to finally forgive myself about what happened with Sameera" (brings her lifeless hand up to his face..he gently kisses it) "I don't think I will be able to forgive myself as easily if anything happens to you Geet..I will die...please Geet if not for me for us please open your eyes...please" (He started crying uncontrollably..until he felt someone put a hand on his shoulder...he turns around and finds Dadima standing there)

Dadima comes and stands in front of Maan..Maan hugs Dadima's and cries like there is no tomorrow
Dadima: Cry your heart out Maan..all the tears that you have been hiding inside you and all the feelings let it out Maan

Maan cries after a while: Dadima don't I have any right to be happy? Did I do anything bad?

Dadima: Of course you are the most deserving person for any kind of happiness..but God has his own way of giving that happiness to people...for some happiness comes easy and for some happiness comes late but it always comes

Maan: When will I get happiness? Each time I see Geet in this condition I blame myself..if only I hadn't left her than she wouldn't be in this condition

Dadima: Maan it is not your fault...if you wan't Geet to awake from her sleep than you have to stop blaming yourself...if she hears you talking like this do you think she would be happy?

Maan wipes his tears: You are right Dadima I have to be strong for Geet...I won't leave Vicky...

Dadima: Maan this is not the time to think with anger...You have to think clam and plan according to that...if you think with anger you won't succeed at all...

Maan: I know Dadima but I can't help each time I think about the incident..what if soemthing had happend to you also..I don't think I would've been here now (hugged Dadima again)

Dadima: I know beta..(soon they were interrupted by a knock on the door...both came out of their hug and Maan straingtend up before opening the door)

Maan: Adi what are you doing here?

Adi: I knew you would be here..I just came by to check on you and Geet..how is she?

Maan: She is stable..but doctors don't know when she will regain concious

Adi: Ohh ok..Maan you have to be strong...can I talk to you outside?

Maan looks at Dadima who gives him a nod to go: Yeah sure (outside of the room)

Adi: What happened at the site you visited today?

Maan: Nothing..I didn't find one clue he is very good at hiding his evidence...

Adi: Listen Maan...Vicky has filed charges against you

Maan: Not surprised..am sure he wants me out of his way

Adi: I think it will be better if you take couple of days off to cool down at least until these charges are dropped..I am trying to talk to higher authorities and work something out with Vicky

Maan: NO! I am not backing out of the case now..its personal this time..Vicky can do whatever he wants

Adi: but listen Maan

Maan: I am done talking I am going back in (Walks past Adi and into the room..Adi sighs and leaves from the hospital)

Hmm this time this new mystery guy could be adi or someone close to maan but again I'm suspicious about adi I don't why but the convo made me think that way and awe the was emotionally intense and feel for maan as his first love died and now his love geet is in coma hope he can make her better soon and Ooh the guy in her room wonder what's he going to do anyways greT update and continue when you can 😊
