Chapter 13:

They had all reached home and wedding preparations zoro say chal rahi thi. The guests were arriving and it was very busy at the Khurana and Handa households, with just a week left to the wedding.

Maan had gone to work and Geet would go shopping, with the girlies ofcourse. She wasn't allowed to go alone before marriage, the typical routine.

"Geet hamare khaandan ki rasam hai hone-wali bahu apne hone-wale pati ko kuch khane main bana ke khilati hai"said Dadi caressing Geet's cheeks.

"Achaaa'waise Maan ko kya pasand hai" Geet asked curiously.

"Italian"

"Mmm okay" with that she went to the kitchen and prepared lasagna for Maan.

Geet was modern but she was traditional too. When she was done she secretly sneaked out of the house to his office. She wanted to see if her futue hubby liked her cooking.

"Come in"he said not looking up.

"Saab yeh aap kay liye lasagna Dadi ne bhijwaya hai"said Nakul.

As he was hungry and loved lasagna he took a bite.

"mmmmmm'Dadi ne banaya hai?''

Nakul left. And the door opened. Geet quietly entered without disturbing him.

"Nakul maine pucha hai tumse kuch?"

"Kyun achaa nahi hai?''

He heard a female's voice. So, he turned.

"Geet tum?"

"Jawab do"

"It's delicious!"

He came up to her and hugged her. Leaving Geet stoned. It was a cute little hug.

"Thank you for making this specially for me"

She blushed. Then her phone rang.

"Geet kahaan ho?" it was Rano.

"Mom apne kamre main'aur kahaan ap hi ne to kahaa thaa" she lied biting her tongue.

Maan smirked.

"Okay mother I'm coming please realax'warna wrinkles pardh jaayengay" she winked at Maan.

"Tum chupke se aayi ho?" he asked grabbing her hands.

"Main chalti hoon" and she stopped at the door to wink at him.

Today was the sangeet and everyone was super-excited!

There were no-boys allowed and everyone agreed to that.

"Yaar Maan lets gate-crash!!!!!"said Atul.

"No pehle hi main tum logon ki wajhah se daant kha chukka hoon"

"Haaaahaa the great MSK ko daant'bete aage to bohat kuch hoga'"said Armaan laughing.

"Bro this isn't much of a bachelors party."

"Let's go to a club'" suggested Brij one of Armaan's friends.

"No, guys I think'"but they dragged Maan out the door.
