Hey guys: Thank you for your warm comments..I replied back to everyone..and sorry if I am missing anyone 😳....please enjoy this part and as always ignore any comments! And I hope that it was long this time 😳

Chapter 12

Maan and Geet made their way downstairs to the dining table...Sargam was already there chatting with Dadima about her trip...as usual asking for her gifts...Geet was wondering who was Maan talking to on the phone while she was in bathroom...it is not like him to not tell her everything....
Sargam: mama sit with me...
Geet: of course beta...
Maan: ohh so when mama came you forgot your cool daddy huh
Sargam: of course not papa...how can I forget you..after all you are the coolest...
Geet smirked after hearing the word cool...Maan noticed that but left it for now...
Dadima: Sargam so how did you like it staying with your papa...
Sargam: DM(short for Dadima..nickname given by sargam)...Maan interuptued...
Maan: Dadima you should ask me...this girl gave me a huge headache...non stop bak bak...I think I did something bad in my previous life that I got stuck with Geet and Sargam to eat my brain as punishment...
Geet: What did you say about me and my kid?
Maan: She is my kid too...waise Sargam likes me the most..right Sargam?
Sargam: yes papa...
Geet: you have taken sides now?(talking to sargam)
Sargam: No I like you the most...
Dadima: Alright stop it...we just came back today and you all have started fighting already...

They all ate their dinner quietly after dinner Geet went to put Sargam to sleep in her room...
Sargam: Mama could you please ask papa...
Geet: hmm ok I will try but you know I can't guarantee it
Sargam: please mama talk to him tonight...I need to know by tomorrow
Geet: ok now go to sleep...good night mera bacha

When Geet was getting out of Sargam's room...Maan pulled her by her hand and dragged her to their room...
Maan: what were you and Sargam talking about
Geet: you were listening to our conversation
Maan: of course you have spoiled her
Geet: what do you want me to do...you are so strict with her and don't think I don't know about you bribing her for everything....gabar kahi ka
Maan: What bribe...Geet I told you not to call me that name...its been 6 years already and you still call me gabar
Geet: well you are a gabar..what do you want me to say
Maan: Fine I will show you gabar...(he grabbed her hand and pinned her to the wall...his whole body was resting on her...she could feel his muscles...their face inches away from each other)
Geet: Maan let me go...ok am sorry...let me go you are hurting my hands
Maan: First say I am the best
Geet: No I will not..
Maan: Fine as you wish (he started kissing her lips aggressively...he held her both hands above her head with one hand while the other hand started caressing her arms...slowly moving down...after few moments Maan stopped)....now
Geet: fine you are the best and I would be nothing without you...I want to talk to you...
Maan: if it is about that Akshay boy's birthday party...then forget it
Geet: Maan stop being protective...he is just a kid what can he do
Maan: They all start young..kids these days...you can't trust them
Geet: but Maan it's his birthday...all her friends are going she will feel left out
Maan: Geet you know the rule...she can't hang out with any boys or even think about dating even after she grows up...she can date after her marriage...
Geet (laughed): In other words you want her to be like you...you used to stay away from girls and you want her to stay away from boys....
Maan: Yes...she is innocent and I don't want anyone going near her...
Geet: Maan you are being so unfair...just let her go...that is why she didn't tell you...
Maan: Fine I will let her go to this party just this once...but in future when she grows up any guys that she hangs out with you have to tell me about it...
Geet: what are you going to do to the poor boys in the future
Maan: well I have thought about that already...if she has any boys as friends I will do a complete background check...
Geet: ha yea ok we will see when that comes...
Maan: ok enough about this...(coming closer to Geet with a mischievous smile on his face)
Geet recognized that smile and tried to back get away from Maan...Maan grabbed her from her sari pallu and started pulling Geet towards him...he started kissing Geet's back...his hands slowly moving to her waist to hold her tight...Maan moved Geet's neck to the side to give him more access...he turned Geet around to face him and kissed her lips really aggressively and moving slowly to the bed...the weeks that he spent without Geet was like eons to him...he missed her so much and wanted to feel her touch..
He could see the passion in Geet's eyes that he was dying to see...even after being married to each other for all these years..they never miss to fall in love with each other again and again...

Geet: Maan where are you going it is Sunday?
Maan: I have to go for something...
Geet: For what?
Maan: Well it is a suprise....gotta go I will be back soon..(he left before Geet could say anything)
Maan drove to the airport...when he reached there..the flight had just arrived..he waited in line until he saw the person...Maan waved at him as he approached up to Maan
Maan: Hey after a long time you finally came back...
Man: Yeah I know...I got so busy in America with work that I completely forgot about everyone back in India...
Maan: yeah I could tell...anyway why are you here all of a sudden
Man: I will tell you can we go home first...I am dying to see Dadima and your wife...

Dadima was in the living room with Sargam...Dadima was busy watching her TV as Sargam was busy coloring....while Geet was busy in the kitchen preparing food...she couldn't really concentrate on anything...she kept on wondering where Maan could have gone...suddenly she heard Daidma in the living room..Geet came out of the kitchen and saw Maan with a guy that she never met before...Sargam came up to Geet and hid behind her...
Dadima: Dev now you came...
Dev: Sorry Dadima...I know it has been a long time
Dadima: is this a way...how come you didn't inform us that you were coming.....
Dev: Actually Dadima I told Maan yesturday not to tell you I wanted to surprise you also my mom and dad are no more and it was their wish that I come to India and settle down with an Indian girl....
Dadima: Am sorry Dev...you are welcome to stay here as long as you want...we will find a good girl for you...it is my responsibility now...
Dev: Thank you Dadima (suddenly his eyes fell on Geet..he looked at her from top to bottom)
Maan: Dev I would like you to meet my wife Geet and my daughter Sargam and Geet this is my best friend since childhood...he had moved to America when he was 12...
Geet: Namaste
Dev: Hi Geet and who is the little angel behind you? (coming towards Geet looking at Sargam)
Geet: Sargam..she is little shy right now...
Maan: Yeah she is always shy around new people but don't worry once she gets comfortable she will non-stop talk on and on...(smiled)...Sargam come out and say hi to Dev uncle...
Sargam hesitating: Hi (still behind Geet)
Geet: actually why don't you make yourself comfortable...I will put out lunch soon...Sargam why don't you go to your papa...

Geet went to the kitchen and started preparing lunch...there was something about Dev that she didn't like...maybe it was her illusion...but she didn't like the way he looked at her...Geet stop being so stupid...

Precap: Dadima: What type of girl are you looking for Dev?
Dev: umm someone like Geet....
