Finally everything came to an end. Everybody left. Meera led geet to her new room and ran other errands…..aakhir shaadi wala ghar jo hai….poor Meera…….she had to do everything alone as all other girls had fainted!!! Phew……..tiresome na???!!?

Maan was busy attending calls from friends and clients! One thing was strange…..no singhanias for the past 2-3 days….usually they keep a track of Maan's activities and call him at least once a day!! Maan and dev noticed the change! Even though they were invited to the ceremony…….none from the singhanias came….none called! Something big was going on……Maan's brain quickly tried to get a grip on the situation. He thought hard……a call distracted him.

Maan: hello…. (Surprised at the number)

Phone: congratulations Mr. Khurana on your wedding…..i must say your wife is very pretty….saw her on the news!

Maan: ( in cold attitude, recognizing the voice) thank you Mr. Singhania…..but your absence in today's event really surprised me……I had the false perception that you never missed any grand event!

Mr. Singhania: well Mr. Khurana its business you know! You never know what happens next! Anyways ….we couldn't make it to today's ceremony due to some prior engagement and your marriage invitation on such a short notice! So congratulations once again and hope to see you in office soon!

Maan: thanks……and I really do hope to see You in office soon as MSK never runs away from work.

Both gave each other a historic and haughty laugh and hung up the phone.

Maan was lost in thoughts again……he couldn't trust the singhanias…..not at all…..not after what they had done to his parents! As he sat on the couch thinking….dadi interrupted.

Dadima: Maan bte….kya baat hai….app kuch pareshaan lag rahe hain??? Kiska phone tha?

Maan: woh…kuch nahi Dadima…bas client ka phone tha….aaj nahi aa paye the to phone karke wish kiya!

Maan thought it safer to keep the conversation a secret!

Dadi: par aapka chehra to kuch aur keh raha hai …..kya….geet ko….

Before she could say anything meera entered and interrupted!

Meera: Maan…..

Maan: ohh Meera aao!

Dadi: Meera…..beta aap ab tak gayi nahin??? Bahut raat ho chuki hai beta!

Meera: woh…ji Dadima bas jaa hi rahi thi…aapne dekha na aaj kitni ladkiyan behosh ho gayi….to unka saara kaar mujhe hi karna pad raha hai….accha Dadima…..ab mein chalti hoon…aap bhi jakar aaram kijiye!!!

Dadi : ok beta…aap bhi jaiye aur aaraam kijiye…good night!

Meera : good night Dadima.

(then turning to Maan ): aapka kaam ho gaya😲😲…now go….bechari kabe apne patidev ka intezaar kar rahi hai! 😈😈

Saying so she left.

Dadi laughed as she saw Maan blushing…( OMG…HE BLUSHED…HAI MERA SONA MUNDA….drool😳☺️) and left.

Maan (to himself): now enough of office…lets see Mrs. Geet Maan Singh Khurana…how do you like my punishment!

Saying so he left for the room where his beloved wife waited!

Geet was shocked to see her new room! There was only a bed and a dressing table….no decoration for a newly wed couple…as she had imagined, no belongings of Maan ….no proper room for the newly wed bride….WHAT ON EARTH WAS THAT????

Meera had asked her to stay there as some sort of riwaaz said not to stay in hubby's room for the first night! Of course Meera had lied…..and that too on Maan's request (or better say order….hehehe😆😃) but poor geet had no knowledge about it…..she accepted the lie but still wondered at the strangeness!

She sat on the bed curling her knees up to her chest still thinking about what Maan had said earlier! She blushed….she was excited….butterflies danced in her tummy….she couldn't control her strange excitement anymore…….she got up and stood near the window looking at the moon! She recalled her past life….before and after she met Maan and her current position as the BADI BAHU OF THE KHURANA KHANDAAN!!! Things have changed so much for her! A strong wind gushed past her making her dupatta uncover her pretty face! She moved a step back but got hit with something…..or say someone!!!

She immediately turned around only to see Maan….he had a strange look in his eyes….for the first time ever…she couldn't read his mind and eyes as well……there were so many emotions in his one look the geet completely lost in their depth!!!!!

hehehe guys.....have to wait for nxt update...now now...pla dun throw chappals at me!!!😉😆😆😆😃

next : geet punished????.............no one can change the fact!!!
