Geet packed her bag with the entire she needed'took all the money that she has saved through the years'She climbed out of the window' fortunately it was not very high'she jumped and ran to the bus stop' She took the bus to Delhi'and went to Meeras house'She stayed there till everything was arranged for the flight to London'She arrived in London and stayed with Tara (sister of Meera). Tara helped her to settle down'Geet worked hard and looked for an own apartment'She moved in a little apartment in the city'

In her office she met John'An English guy'a gentle man'good looking and a famous photograph'he and Geet worked together and became friends'but John developed feelings for Geet...after one and half year he confessed his feelings for her'Geet wasn't sure what she felt'Geet didn't really believe in love'but John was a nice guy'so why shouldn't she accept his feelings'he's better than a unknown boy which her family chooses for her'so accepted him as her boyfriend'but she never said I love you to him...he never forced her to anything'even Geet lives in London now she wanted to wait till after marriage(so nothing happened between them)'than one day John couldn't wait anymore so he proposed her'and she said yes'but Geet wanted her family to be there on her big day'so she have to tell them'she didn't want to do that on the phone or email'she wanted to invite them personally'john wanted accompany her but Geet refuses'she was nervous enough'She didn't need an english man on her side who didn't understand the Indian culture'so she booked the next flight'

And now she's here'she doesn't know how to tell them about the wedding'

Geet sighed'She has still two weeks time'she goes to the wash room and freshened up'

She went downstairs'Everyone was busy with prepare things'they made sweets'Geet went to her mom'

Ma: Geet we told them that you are staying with Roopa aunty in Delhi(Geets moms sister, widow, no children, has a own gift shop). That her health is not well so you are helping out in the shop'so you don't have time to visit us'she needs you24/7. And now she's better and you are visiting us'

Geet: mom why can't I tell the thruth'

Geet: teek hai..Geet went to her room wore a lengha and they left to the pooja'

There were everyone surprised to see Geet there'She knew the most of them'she greeted everyone and answered their questions about her whereabouts polity'After some time she got bored and went to the garden'There she saw some kids playing with the water balloons' Geet wanted to play with them'so she went to the kids and asked the kids if she can join them'they said she's too old to play with them'but then the boy said if you win a bet you can play with us'Geet agreed'ok we will go to terrace and the we will give you a water balloon'you will throw it at the first person who enters or leaves the house'ok?

Geet: ok'Geet Handa never lost a bet and will never lose a bet'so let's go'

They went to the terrace and looked down if someone comes'long time nobody to see'then they saw someone entering the house'

Now throw it'Geet smiled and let the balloon fall'the balloon landed on the shoulder and the bursted'The man's white sherwani was all wet'he suddenly looked up'He met Geets eyes'both were shocked'"Tum" both shouted'

Man: I am not going to leave'you have pay for that'

Geet laughed loud'what will you do kill me'

Man: good idea'.and started to run

Kids: di we should run for our lives'

All three started to run'Geet and the kids started to run in different directions'the children were hiding in the living room'and Geet ran into a room'the room was empty and dark'she didn't switch on the light'
