Tum Se Muhabbat Hai

(Part 1)

Riddhima's POV==> Purple Colour
Sid's POV==> Blue Colour

I was sitting on the roof on my swing chair enjoying the cool breeze. It was 2:00 am at night and I was here, because I want to be alone so I can recall my moments I spent in this house. It was my last night in this house. I looked at the lighting and decoration. Only few hours back everyone was here, they all were teasing me with the name of Armaan and I was just smiling. 'Armaan' A smile again touched my lips and I looked at my right side. It was his house. It was also decorated but the lighting was dim not fully off it was dim. Half of my childhood I spent in that house playing with Naina. There I found my best friend and my soul mate. I closed my eyes as I want to be back in those moments.

I opened my eyes and again looked at there. I felt someone's presence there. I got up and came to the joint wall of both houses. It was the wall which join the roof of both houses. "Sid" I surprised to see him there. He was the most annoying person I ever see in my life but don't know why but from past few days since Armaan and my marriage fixed or perhaps even before that he stopped playing his pranks and turned into a serious man who daily visit his clinic, who never run away from his responsibilities. But what was he doing here and that too this late. Perhaps it was my gaze he turned and he has almost same expressions like I have to see him here. I smiled and he smiled back but it was like he was forcing himself to smile. He came to the wall

"Tum yahan kya ker rahi ho?" He asked without wasting a minute

"Agar yehi sawal main poochoon toh ....." I counter questioned him

"Bus aise hi neend nahi aa rahi thi" He replied again in a serious tone

"Haath do mujhe apna" I forward my hand and he looked at me confusingly

"Kya?"

"Arre baba haath do na mujhe wahan aana hai" I explained but his expressions changed all in sudden, but next moment he smiled and hold my hand and I jumped at their roof

"Thanks"

"Armaan se milna hai tumhain?" He asked and without listening to me moved to the stairs

"Sid kya hum kuch dair baat ker sakte hain?" I said and he turned and came to me

"Hmm"

"Baith ke baat karein" We sat on the floor keeping distance from each other.

"Tum itne chup chup kyun rehne lage ho?" I asked looking at him who was looking straight as if he wants to hide something

"Tum joh bol laiti ho toh mere bolne ko kuch bachta hi nahi" He said as he was complaining about something

"Yeh kya baat hui, main ne tumhain kabhi bolne se nahi roka" I said angrily trying he can speak to me like he always do

"Hmm" That's what he just did in reply and it was not him, "Tum khush ho na Riddhima" He asked still not looking at me and I wonder why he was doing this

"Tumhain meri khushi se faraq parhta hai, tum toh hamesha mujhe rulaate aaye ho" I complained

"Mujhe hi toh faraq parhta hai" I looked at him what was he saying, "I mean tum iss ghar mein aane wali ho toh agar tum khush hogi toh baqi sub bhi khush honge, iss liye" He turned his face to other side and I was feeling like I am talking to a stranger

"Shayad main khush hoon, kyun ke mujhe uss insaan ka saath mil raha hai jisse main ne hamesha se chaha, per pata nahi kyun mujhe darr lag raha hai jaise shayad yeh sub aik nazar ka dhoka ho, pata nahi bus kabhi kabhi mujhe lagta hai kahin main ne Armaan se shaadi ka faisla jaldi mein toh nahi le liya! Tumhain kya lagta hai Sid?" At the end I asked him who was still focussing at some distant point

"Tum joh bhi faisla lo gi woh theek hoga" Today he was surprising me

"Mr. Akdoo is saying that I am right" I teased him and this worked

"So Junglee billi is in mode of fighting" For the first time he looked at me

"Yes I want to have our last fight" I smiled but his smiling lips shrink

"Sid, tum bhi shaadi kyun nahi ker laite" I changed the topic

"Kar loon ga jub tum mujhe apne jaisi koi jhagraloo type larki dhoond do gi" He was smiling but his eyes .. something was wrong the eyes which was full of naughtiness there was just lonliness now

"Haan phir tum mujhe sari zindagi blame karte raho ke main ne tumhain jhagraloo biwi la ke di"

"Nahi kahoon ga, after all life mein tumahri kami poori karne ke liye koi toh tumhaare jaisi honi chahiye" Again what he said just passed over my head

We keep on chatting and fighting and I realized that I shoud go now

"Mujhe jana chahiye" I got up and was about to go when he called me

"Riddhima can I ask you something?" This was the first question from him

"Yeah sure" I turned to him

" Can I .... Can I ....." He was hesitating and that too in front of me why?

"Can I .... get a hug?" I was shocked what he asked

"Just one hug ... one last hug" There was something in his voice which surprised me

I was sitting on my roof refreshing my memories, the time I spent in this house. I was going away from this place and I will never come back. I had not told anyone about this but I cannot hide this from Armaan so I have written a letter which I was going to leave in his room. I looked at my right side at the joint wall of both houses. I wish I can see her for the last time. I was thinking all this when feeling strange I looked at the wall. She was standing there in her red and orange dress, her arms filled with bangles. She smiled and I came to her. We were standing on the opposite sides of the wall. "Like this wall there is a wall in our hearts which keeps us away" She asked me to give her my hand and I did. She jumped in. I thought she wants to meet Armaan but when she asked me to talk, I could not refuse. We sat on the floor and shared our memories. In chatting we forgot how much time has been passed.

"Mujhe jana chahiye" As she got up I realized the time, she was going, this thougt pasued my heart and I called her

"Riddhima can I ask you something?"

"Yeah sure" She turned back

" Can I .... Can I ....." I don't know how to ask her but I have to

"Can I .... get a hug?" I take a deep breath and said, she was surprised to hell I can read it on her face

"Just one hug ... one last hug" I said desperately

"Sid what do you mean by this that ......." I stopped her

"Please Riddhima mana mat kerna" She smiled and came forward

"Ok per tumhain promise kerna hoga ke iss hug ke badle mein main tum se kabhi bhi kuch bhi mangoon gi tum na nahi kaho ge" She demanded and I without thinking furthur nodded

"I promise"

I hugged her, I want to feel her for the last time, I want to assure myself that she is not mine, No I cannot let her go, how can I live without her! Maybe I will die soon. Tears escaped from my eyes although I tried to control but I failed. I wiped tears with my hand. At the moment it started raining and I thanked God now I can let my tears out

"Aww Baarish" She exclaimed with joy and get parted from me. I smiled how she looked up at sky and forward her hand to catch the rain drops.

"I wish main baarish enjoy ker sakti per mujhe chalna chahiye werna Mama ko pata chala toh phir se lecture dain gi" She said and turned to go

I prayed for her to be always happy

"Bye Sid" She turned back and bid me bye

"Bye Forever" Last word I said in my heart, She smiiled and stepped forward, I saw her going away. As she went downstairs I broke down. I knelt down and cried like a baby;

"Agar woh meri nahi thi toh mujhe uss se pyar kyun ho gaya? kyun meri aankhon ne uss ka sapna daikha, kyun?" I can just cry and that I have to do my whole life
