Maan and Geet got out of the hospital,while walking to the car Geet noticed someone's eyes on her.She looked at Maan who was busy texting,she brushed the feeling off and quickly reached the car.It was pretty chilly tonight,and since Geet never felt so cold in her life she asked Maan to open up quickly.Getting in the car both of them fell in to a comfortable silence,Geet felt comfortable with Maan.As Maan drove he noticed the traffic jam.Silently cursing under his breath he turned off his car and rested his head on the seat.What happen next no one could understand except for God.Maan's hand had found their way to geet's,while Geet had silently reached forward for his hand.As their hands met,they were hit by a odd sensation.Maan squeazed her hand and opened his eyes to look at her,Geet shied away from his look but Maan's eyes held her gaze.As the couple inched closer and closer,their heartbeats increased but the car behind them broke them out of their trance.As Maan looked ahead he noticed that the traffic was clearing up now,quickly starting his car Maan sped home.None of them uttered a word,several times Maan had opened his mouth to say something but quickly shut his mouth not wanting to say the wrong thing.Geet was in the biggest dillema.What made her inch so close to him?She still remembered the feeling of his hot breath on her face.Shutting her eyes,she clutched her bag to herself and wondered what was happening to her.Upon reaching home Geet was to shy to face Maan,but Maan took that in the wrong way and cursed himself for making her feel uncomfortable.

As they entered the Mansion,they noticed the lights were all turned off.Without any hesitation,Geet once again clutched Maan's hand and wishpered his name.Maan felt his heart race when he heard her call his name.Putting his other hand top of her he gave it a gentle squeeze before the lights came on and everyone yelled suprise.Geet quickly let go of Maan's hand and put distance between them,but failed to do so as priya came running to both of them and hugged them.

"Mama how do you like the welcome back party!"Priya said looking up at her mommy

"I love it,did you blow these baloons up?"Geet asked picking up a baloon and throwing it up.

"Jee,Vicky bhai helped!"

"Oh i hope you did not run out of breath."

"Silly mama I did not run out of breath!Paka! Promise"

"Acha!WOW"Geet said kissing her cheeks not noticing that she had grabbed Maan's hand in the process.

"Uh Bhabi Main aapse naraz toh hoon,magar pir bhi Welcome Home!"Vicky said looking at her hands that were in Maans

"wasaiy Bhabi,aap dono ki abhi shaadi nai hui hai jo aap dono haat pakare lo!Woh bhi dadi ke samne!"Vicky added and laughed as he watched her blush and come to greet Dev and Dadi

"Welcome home beta,aur vicky ko mind na kerna,iske moon main jo ata hai woh ke deta hai."Dadi said hitting Vicky.

"Hey hey look at my sis,wasaiy tum dono ne haath kyon pakra hua tha"Dev said teasing them

"Yaar na tang karo Geet ko"

"Haan bhai aap na tang karo meri mama aur baba ko!Jo loog pyar kertain hai wo haath na pakrein to babies kahan se ayenge"Priya said ia serious tone while maan and Geet coughed,and Vicky and dev fell on the floor laughing.

"are aap loog hans rahe ho!Sahi toh kaha maine!Na tang karo mama aur baba ko"Pira said as everyone's head turned at the word baba.

Maan's eyes welled up with tears at the new name for him,he always wanted Priya to call him that.Priya widened her eyes at the slip,but was pulled in to a hug by Maan."thank you Priya for calling me that"Maan said only for her.From that moment Maan promised himself that he would never let anything hurt priya.His daughter had uninetionally bonded Geet and him in to a relationship that no one could break.He looked at Geet who sent him a reassuring look and smiled at him,letting him know she was happy for him.It was strange how bold Geet had become all of the sudden,but whatever it was he liked it.Today when she held his hand like that,let him know that she trusted him in the darkness.It let him know that she has feelings but needs time to understand them.

He saw Priya run to Geet and hug her and thats when she said something that made them blush again.

"Mama thank you for choosing the best daddy for me,he will keep us happy!WOW I am so happy"Geet looked away and Vicky coughed trying to hide his laughter.

"Bhabi pehle apko gana suna na hoga!"Vicky said after the family had finished dinner.

"Vicky Maga-"Geet tried protesting but failed as Vicky threatened to not talk to her if she did not

"ok errmmm"Geet said before she started singing.

"Maan tumhe kiya hai agar loog mujhe dekhein"

When Geet walked in to the office,everyone's eyes were on her.She looke really pretty,and the guys were practically drooling.She had a rare beauty,Maan seeing the eyes on Geet felt jealous.He looked at the guys who were watching her enter her cabin with Dev,and yeled at them to get back to work.It was mid afternoon and both Dev and Maan were in a meeting leaving Geet alone.Pinky had walked in asking for her to go out for lunch with her,a part of her wanted to inform Maan that she was leaving but she backed out and left with Pinky.

Maan and Dev on the other hand had just finished an presentation and looked at the watch.Feeling hungry,they decided to take Geet out for lunch with them.Reaching her room they saw it empty,leaving them worried.Calling her cell a few times they found it turned off.In a state of panic they went searching for her.As they were moving to the fast food chain located just 5 minutes from their office,they noticed an accident with people crowded around the scene.Looking at each other they ran to the scene,only to find a familiar voice calling out for help.Geet.As they saw a pal Geet looking at the Maan who had been a victim of a hit and run accident.Running to her,they kneeled down to help the people bring the guy into the ambulance.Upon the departure of the Ambulance,people started to leave,four people remained.Pinky,Dev ,Maan and Geet.Not wanting to create a scene in front of Pinky,Maan gave the girl the rest of the day off and offered her to be dropped off by one his drivers.As Pinky Left Maan looked at Geet who had tears rolling down her cheeks,and wore a scared expression.Maan in grabbed Geet in pure anguish."HOW COULD YOU BE SO CARELESS AND NOT TELL US THAT YOU WERE GOING OUT?Maan said but Geet did not flinch or act upon hearing his words,instead she silently searched for something.Maan looked at Dev confused that she did not say anything.

"Maan woh woh someone pointed a gun at me aur pir he hit that guy out of pure accident.Then he ran away.He was pointing the gun at me Maan,I couldn't see his face.But his eyes,I can;t get his eyes out of my mind."Geet said finally coming to her senses.

"Kiya?"Maan said before loosening his hold on her hand and pulling her into his embrace.As if sheltering her from the world.

"Maan mujhe Priya chaiye!Woh banda agar meri beti ko kuch ker de ga!"

Main tum aur hameri beti ko kuch nai hone doonga!Samjhi tum"Maan said before letting geet cry.

That night the Khurana's sat in Geet's room who had been constantly tossing and turning in her sleep,screaming priya's name.Maan had rushed to her side and held her close telling her that priya was fine,after a few attempts trying to comfort her.Maan brought in a sleeping Priya and tucked her in beside Geet.Priya had then snuggled closer to Geet,who then felt better and fell asleep,Maan sat on the other side of Geet and caressed her hair.He looked up at a crying Dadi and both his brothers.Vicky was on one side of Dadi comforting her while Dev had took the other side.THat night none of the Khuranas fell asleep.In the morning while maan was trying to wake Geet up,he got a text from a private number.Quickly checking to see what it said,he was met with a note.

Maan quickly ran out of the room and called his investigator.He replayed the events of the previous day giving the Man on the other end of the phone a vivd picture of what took place.Forwarding the text to the investigator,Maan ran back to the main room and showed the other Khurana's.He advised them to remain calm infront of Geet,as she already seemed haunted by the previous day.

The next day everyone in the office had watched a very angry MSK enter his cabin and slam the door.Geet who had been utterly confused as to why Maan was acting like this followed him.Entering his Cabin she watched Maan throw everything off his desk.As he broke the glass,he injured himself.Geet rushed to his side and took his finger in to his mouth trying to stop the bleeding.She looked at Maan and felt tears trickle down her cheeks."Maan bohot dard ho rahi hai kiya?"Maan looked at her and pulled her by the waist and held her gaze while practically yelling out "Tumhe kyon faraq parta hai,tum meri baath sunti ho?"Geet did not know what possed Maan to talk to her in that tone,but she let it be.She knew something was killing him.Instead she said something she wanted to tell him,ever since yestarday as she realized that she could of been a victim of a hit and run."Because I'm in love with you."Maan looked at her shocked and quickly calmed down resting his head against her,and letting his tears fall.He had waited so long for these words to come out of her lips,but at the moment it hurt him knowing that someone was trying to hurt her." I love you too Miss Khadoos."Trying to lightened the mood geet pretended to be angry and ggave him her signature look."Dusht Danav..Mera Dusht Danav."Both of them smilied at their childishness,and Maan rubbed his nose against hers before capturing her lips in a sensual kiss.His hands ran up and down her back,pulling her closer by grabbing her bottom and pulling her up a bit for a better entrance.He cupped her cheeks and rubbed his thumbs on her cheeks.Going slower and savoring her taste.Geet moved her hands from his chest and put it around his neck playing with the hair on the nape of his neck.Maan moaned in plessure sending a shiver down geet's spine.Slowly they pulled away and looked up at each other."wow" The both uttered out trying to catch their breath.He broke all her walls,who would've thought that Geet Handa could accept the feeling of loving someone❤️
