Maan went to the main house,looking for dadi."DADIII"Maan called out,his vocie was no longer strong.He knew that their was a storm comming.Running up the stairs he was met with the one person that had wrecked his life,or was going to in a matter of time.Not being able to look dev in the eye,he pushed past him and touched his dadi's feet.A habit that he had adapted from Geet,it always made him smile the way Geet treated Dadi.She was so caring,and that was the kind of girl he wanted as his lawful wedded wife.Someone who had moral and values,someone who could teach their children about their roots.In modern day,media had a great impact on youth.With the mini skirts worn by numerous girls,maan was starting to think they were poor and so could not buy full clothes.

"Are Maan,yeh kiya?Dev ko tumne hello nai kiya"Dadi asked while glancing between her two grandsons.

"Dadi he can not be my brother,vicky is my only brother.Someone who left me but atleast did not mix the family's name in dirt."Maan said .

"Dev beta,yeh kiya keh raha hai?Aapko kuch batana hai hume."Savtri Devi asked Dev.

'Dadi,I dont know what he is talking about"Dev said nervously.

"Acha toh yeh tumhari picture geet ke saath!Yeh kiya hai!Maan asked calmly.

Maan walked up to dadi and gave her the picture ,and slowly Dev knew he had to explain.Maan could not believe his ears,how could Dev do that to Geet.Savtri Devi on the other hand was shocked,her son took away Geet's smile.It was because off him Geet cried in dadi's lap a lot of times.The atmosphere was tensed but The Khurana's were too busy glaring at Dev to notice who was standing at the door.

"How could you!" Geet yelled from the door way.

"G...eeet tum yahan?"Dev voiced the thoughts of Maan and Dadi,who were frozen in place.

"Ab mujhe pata chala ke Maan mere per itni mehr banyan kyon ker raha tha.Apne bhai ko bachane ke liye!"Geet said with tears threatening to escape her eyes.

"Nai beta Suno asa nai hai."Dadi said trying to control the situation,but she failed as she watched Geet walk out.

"Geet suno tum meri baath suno."Maan said while trying to match his footsteps with hers.She was angry,he had to calm her down.

Geet avoided any talk with Maan,right now her thoughts were focused on the man who wrecked it all.She needed someone,not Maan because she felt used by him.Geet went looking for her childhood friend,as soon as she saw him in his room she ran to him.

"Preemmmm." Geet sobbed while holding him from the back.

"Geet,kiya hua.Tum roo rahi ho,apni halat dekho.Geet tum kuch bol kyon nai rahi."Prem asked,with a worried look on his face.

"Main lut gayi Prem,meri kushi mera hosla mera...mera pyar..aur aur tum bhi mere se naraz rehte ho.Main kyon?Maine in logon ka kiya bigarah tha.Aur Maan se toh mein sachi muhabbat kerti hoon."Geet said holding prem even tighter.

"Kiya hua geet mujhe batao,tumhari larai hui ushe.Are tumhe toh patha hai use saroo ka." Prem tried his best to calm her down,he might love her but he knew that she was someone elses.

He gently took geet to a near by chair and forced her to sit down.There was a hidden pain in her eyes,he wanted her to open up.He knew that he was wrong today for yelling at her,but that is what happens whenn you do not use your brain."geet I want to know what happen from the start"Prem sat down on the ground looking up at her."I will have to start from the beginning then,how we met and where"Geet had a far away look on her face,as she voiced the thoughts and memories that had wrecked her life.She told him everything,from the day Dev came into her life to the meetings with Maan.Prem sat there shocked,feeling her pain and love for her family.He watched as each tear fell on his face,thats when he noticed that geet had her eyes shut.While wiping her tears away from his face,it felt like he was wiping his own tears.Although he knew the situation at the Khuranna's would be just as worse.Prem being the person he was,found a loop hole in the story.Maan could not be a part of it,Dev and Maan just recently started talking.He knew Maan was not a lifeless person,he had moral and values.THis was not Maan's doing,but how could he show that to GEET?

Preeemmm.mujhe yahan nai rehna,please tumh mujhe le jao.Main main mar jaon gi ise dard se." Geet pleaded with her best friend,hoping he could hear her heart shatter as she spoke.

"Geet,dekho....unhe mauka toh do,woh log bohot achein hain."Prem said to geet.

"Nai,tumhe nai patha..Abhi main yeh dard nai seh paon gi." Geet tried to stand up,but she was weak from crying non stop.

Acha chalo,pack your bags we will leave.Main kuch kerta hoon acha.Ab roona band karo."Prem finally gave in,and left to find his broken friend.Maan Singh Khurana.

" Maan,Kahan ho tum."Prem yelled as he entered the house,it was strange how quite it was.

"Pr..em,tu---um..Geet Kahan hain?"Maan asked while pulling his friend in to a hug.

Ge--et aur Main ja rahen hai yahan se" Prem closed his eyes as he said this,he did not have the heart to watch Maan shatter.

"Woh,mujhe chor de gi,a--ur meri baaath bhi nai sune gi." Maan asked Looking at Prem who had his eyes closed

"Dekho,ushe time do,mein usko kahen le ker jata hoon.Woh sambal jaye gi.Pir tumhare paas le aaon ga." Prem said to Maan.

"Prem,main maar jaon ga.Magar mujhe patha hai.Usko jana pare ga.Uska kayaal rakhna,pagli hai bikul.Prem tum ushe pyar kerte ho na?Yeh wohi larki hai na,jise ke bare main tumne zikaar kiya tha?Jhoot na boolna,main guse nai hoon ga.Tum toh mere dost ho..Aur pir tumne uske saath apna bachpan guzara hai.Maine 1 saal bhi nai,aur main uska dewanna ho gaya hoon." Maan said taking a deep breath,he felt safer knowing Geet would be in safe hands.

"Maan,teri Kasam.Main ushe pyar kerta hoon magar,jaise tum kertai ho,shiad main kabhi na ker paon.Magar main hi isko is ghar main laoon ga.Woh aye gi wapis Maan,tumhara pyar ushe laye ga idher."Prem said while giving his friend an address as to where they would stay.With one last hug,Prem was out the door.

Geet felt empty,she felt betrayed by maan.How could he not tell her?He should have known? He knew!That property!He never even told me the agents name and number.How could she be so blind."I hate you Maan,main kabhi nai tumse pyar ker sakoon gi"She said out loud before falling to the ground.She cried in vain,she felt like her heart would stop.

"Geet rone se kuch nai hoga,tumne hi toh usko waaqt nai diya boolne ka.Magar theek hai karo apni mann mani."Prem said while guiding his broken friend to the car.

Is there Love story over?Can prem save their relationship or is he going to fall deeply and madly for geet?
