"By the way, you look beautiful!" he whispered.

She blushed again.
"Tum dono baatein baad mein kar lena, it's time for the ring exchange," said Diya, intruding their conversation.

First, Maan slid the same ring into Geet's finger, his fingers purposely brushing hers. Then, Geet slid the ring into Maan's finger. Everyone clapped. Many people came to congratulate them. Maan and Geet stood side by side. Maan slowly held Geet's hand.Geet didn't protest. He caressed her fingers while she talked and thanked everyone who was congratulating them. She noticed her friend, Sanaya staring at their hands and giving Geet a teasing smile. Geet freed her hand from Maan's grip. Maan pouted.
"Sorry... Sanaya dekh rahi thi," Geet whispered.
"Toh?" Maan asked not satisfied with her reasoning.
He made a sad face. Geet looked at him and giggled. She held his hand this time. He smiled. She smiled back.

After a while Geet and Maan sat back down. Sasha came in.
"Hi MK, Congrats," she said giving a mean look to Geet.
"Thank you Sasha," he said.
When she left, Geet said, "Why were you smiling so much at her?"
"What?" aksed Maan confused, "When did I smile at her?"\
"Shutup Maan!" said Geet, "I fully saw you."
"You better stay 3 feet away from her! Samjhe?" Geet ordered.
"Why don't you just admit, that you're being posessive for me," said an amused Maan.
"Posessive? Are you alright in the head?" she said disbelievingly.
"Fine! Don't believe me..." he said smiling.
He knew she got jealous when he talked to other girls.
"Have you met my friends yet?" he asked.
"No! You never introduced me to them.
"Okay, come then," said Maan leading her towards a group of people.
He started introducing them all.
"...and this is Diya, this is Sid, this is Armaan, this is Ridhimma, this is Shilpa, this is Rudra, and this is my cousin Gauri," he said.
Armaan, and Shilpa are married. Rudra and Gauri are married. They all chatted, and then Geet brang her friend to join. She introduced Maan and his friends to them. And now, started introducing her friends to them.
"This is Sanaya, that's Suhani, that's Samrat, this is Uday, and this is Pari," Geet introduced.
Sanaya and Samrat are married. They all were chatting and laughing with each other except for Geet, Diya, Shilpa, Sanaya, and Suhani, who were arguing.
"No! It was Drashti's fault! She shouldn't have said so much to my poor little Gurmeet!" argued Geet.
"Drashti was absolutely right!" Suhani argued back.
"No, Gurmeet was right!" said Diya. They were fighting over Friday's episode of their favourite show, 'Drashti Hui Sabse Parai'.
"You are just saying that because Gurmeet is so damn hot! Even I love Gurmeet but still, Drashti was right!" said Shilpa.
Suhani and Shilpa were on Drashti's side. While, Geet, Diya, and Sanaya were on Gurmeet's side defending him and not letting anyone say anything against him.
All the others were just standing there listening to their argument disbelievingly.
"I can't believe they are arguing over a show!" said Armaan.
"Exactly!" said Uday and Rudra.
"Drashti!"
"Gurmeet!"
"Stop it guys! I don't even watch the show, and I can still tell you guys that both of them were wrong!" said Samrat.
"Tum sab chup ho jao! Main bahut irritate ho raha hoon!" said Sid annoyed.
"Mujhe lagta hain ke Drashti sahi thi," said Gauri.
"Nahi! Gurmeet!" Geet said at once and Diya and Sanaya joined in.
"I'm definitely on Gurmeet's side! He's so dreaammmyyyy!" said Pari.
"Hai na!" agreed Geet.
They all started bickering. The girls were choosing sides. The guys were trying to get them to shut the hell up!
"Chup! Bilkul Chup!" said Maan. Everyone shut up at once fearing Maan.
"Kabse tum sab ki bakwaas sun raha hoon! Ek taraf tum sab Drashti ke liye itna ladi jaa rahi ho, aur dusri taraf tum Gurmeet ki chamchis ho! Can you all just shut the hell up! Kabse mera sar kha rahe ho! They are both fictional characters! Tum ladkiyan kitni pagal ho! Koi Gurmeet ya Drashti nahi hain! Okay! Got it?" he said.
The guys were relieved that this ended, and the girls were just standing there. All the girls, including Geet were scared of Maan's ghussa.
"Lekin Gurmeet hain... Humare imagination m-" Geet squeaked scared but Maan cut her off.
"Chup! None of us want to hear about this!" said Maan cutting her off. Maan walked off. Slowly, they all walked off happy that the argument was finally over.

The next day, Maan was waiting for Geet to come to office. She told him she'll come late. She came like at five. Geet walked in extra cheerful and bubbly. She went straight into Maan's cabin.

"Hi Maan!" she said walking in.

"You look so adorable and cute today!" she said as she leaned in and kissed his cheek.

Maan looked at her shocked. She was behaving so differently.

"Geet..." he said shocked.

"What?" Geet asked.

"Nothing... Go and get the Mehra's file," he said.

Geet pouted.

"Maan! You are so boring!" she said annoyed.

"Okay, now go and get the file!" he said.

Geet sat down crossing her arms over her chest.

"No," she said.

"You can get it yourself!" she added.

"Geet!" Maan said angrily.

"Maan, you're so lazy! You just sit here all day! You need exercise," she said.

"Geet, jao aur file lekar aao, I don't have all day!" he said angrily.

Geet didn't budge.

"I'm tired!" she complained.

Maan shook his head and went.

Once he was gone, she quickly cut the wire of his computer and sat back down. He came back with the file glaring at her. He sat back down on his chair. He turned his computer screen on. It wouldn't turn on. He kept trying. The cut wire caught his eyes. He looked at Geet angrily.

"Mujhe kyun dekh rahe ho? I didn't do anything," she said.

"Acha?" Maan asked.

"Haan,' she replied confidentially.

Maan started laughing.

"What happened?" she asked.

"I know you cut my wire Geet!" he said.

Geet looked down embarrassed.

"Sorry..." she said.

"You can't do your work until your computer is fixed, so why don't you take a day off for once?" Geet suggested happily

Maan took a seat beside her on the sofa.

"What is it?" he asked.

"Actually... I want to watch Golmaal 3..." she said.

Maan chuckled.

"So that's why you cut the wires of my computer," he asked.

She nodded.

"Okay, let's go," he said.

"Aww! You are seriously sooooo sweet!" she said cheerfully, hugging him tightly.

"Geet! You need to stop calling me that!" he said while hugging her.

When they walked outside, Armaan, Ridhimma, Diya, Sid, Pari, Sanaya, Samrat, Shilpa, Uday, Gauri, Rudra, and Suhani were all standing there.

"Surprise!" Geet said to Maan.

Maan was shocked. He was happy to finally be alone with Geet, but she brang everyone.

"Acha surprise tha?" she asked cheerfully.

"Hmm..." he replied.

Everyone was sitting in the theatre. Geet was really into the movie. Everyone laughed every other second. Maan was just smiling every time he saw Geet laugh. The movie was over. Everyone went home. Maan told Geet that he'll drop her off. Geet smiled.

"Thank you my sweet Dusht Dhanav!" she said.

He liked the 'MY' part, but not the 'SWEET' part.

"Geet! What did I say about the word SWEET?" asked Maan.

Geet just giggled.

Maan and Geet sat in the car.

"Ghaadi, please kharaab ho jao!" Maan said in his head.

He started the car and started to drive hoping something would happen to the engine.
