Forever

Geet woke up in the middle of night as she felt something land on her back!!!

She was scared but realized that it was Maan's hand who was sleeping uncomfortably half sitting and half lying with the support of the bed!!!!

She looked at her hand which was clutching his legs tightly...

As she struggled to get up... She felt him getting disturbed with her movements and making faces...

She looked at him and thought how cute he was looking... Just like a kid who has been disturbed while sleeping!!!

She lied down in the same position as she was few minutes ago...

Sleep was far away from her eyes as she felt herself drowned in the memories of the events which took place in her home city HOSHIARPUR!!!

She touched her forehead and brought her fingers in front of her eyes as she felt something in her fingers "His Sindoor" which was put in her maang by him few hours ago!!!

Geet was now cursing her fate and felt sorry for Maan as she thought that she had ruined his life...

She remembered how he told him several times not to come to Hoshiyarpur but she was so determined to get him out of the So-Called-Rasika-Rathod's-Case that she left Delhi without informing him about her departure!!!

She remembers the incidents that took place after her arrival in Hoshiarpur!!!

She got out of the bus as she reached he destination... The place where she vowed she will never come back leaving her so called relatives behind...

She quickly covered her face with her dupatta before anybody could see her and started walking quickly looking here and there as to check if anybody has seen her!!!

Suddenly she was pulled by strong arms... She looked at the person and saw the same man who had saved her from danger several times and also came as her savior today when she was surrounded with the bitter memories of the past!!!

"Geet maine tumhe mana bhi kia tha yahan aane se per tum to meri koi baat sunti hi nahin ho... Tumne tou yeh decide he kia hua hai ke..."

Maan was unable to complete his sentence as he was taken a back with the surprise as Geet hugged him suddenly unable to bottle up her fears!!!

She started to cry uncontrollably!!!

Maan who was till now in a state of shock hugged her back and caressed her back to conclose her and stop her from crying!!!

Geet's sobs subsided after a while and she broke the hug!!!!

Maan looked at her and saw her looking at the ground with embarrassment!!!

"Let's go geet... We are not staying here even for a moment" He held her hand and was taking her to the passenger seat of her car but she was standing still on the point where she was standing!!!

"Ab hum yahan aa hi gaye hain to wo kaam karke hi jayein ge!!!"

Maan was about to say something!!!

"Suniye... Main kuch aur nahin sunna chahti... Aapko meri baat maanni pare gi!!! After all... Main aapki Mangetar hoon!!!" (Maahi Moment)

The last lines of hers bought a grin on his face and he looked at her happy with the fact that she talked to him with so much authority!!!

"Chahe jhoot moot ki hi sahi!!!!"Geet finished her bickering and looked at him whose grin was replaced by the angry look in his eyes!!!

"Geet chalo yahan se!!! Yeh jagah tumhaare liye safe nahin hai..." Maan said almost pushing her towards the car and looking here and there if anyone had seen them...

Geet was not ready to move from her spot!!!

"Fine... We will solve this case and then go to Delhi... Happy ab chalo yahan se"

Geet gets happy and sits on the passenger seat while Maan hurries and drives the car away not noticing that someone from far was watching them!!!

"Iss bar tu bach nahin paaye gi geet!!! Tune jo kia... tujhe uss ka phal bhugatna hi pare ga!!!" The guys calls someone from his mobile and order them to follow Maan's car telling the number of the car!!!

Maaneet were in the car with Maan driving it and Geet looking outside

Maan looked at Geet and saw her looking out of the window with her loose tresses flying with the air!!!

Maan quickly shifted his gaze to the road as he did not want to get lost in her causing serious outcomes of it!!!

He was driving the car when suddenly a group of people came in front of the car with sticks in their hands!!!

Maan stopped the car with a jerk

When a man came towards he car with his stick aimed towards the car's front!!!

Maan without thinking twice covers Geet who was still confused or rather shocked of what happened all of the sudden!!!

"AAH!!!" Geet looks at Maan as he crumbles with pain as the wind screen broke!!!

"Maan Sir" Geet yells...

The men open the doors and take Geet out of the car!!!

Maan who was injured still tried to get up and was able to defeat one of the guy but they were too many for him!!!

As he was fighting with one... The other one came from back aiming at his head!!!

"Maan sir!!!" Geet shouted again but it was too late and Maan was flat on the ground holding his head...

The last scene he saw was men taking His Geet in the jeep!!!

"Geet!!!!" Maan woke up shouting her name... He looked around and found himself lying on the bed with his head and back bandaged!!!

"Aap ko hosh aa gaya" A familiar voice asked and Maan looked at the person who was Gurvinder!!!

"Geet... Geet kahan hai???" Maan asked keeping his hand on his head as it was hurting badly!!!

"Geet ko tou Brij Ji ke dost uske ghar lekar chale gaye hain... Na jaane us masoom ke saath kia salook karein ge!!! Bechaari pehle hi itne dukh jhele hai usne... Lekin kahin in ghatnaaon mein usne apne bache ko kho dia tou wo bardaasht nahin kar paaye gi!!!"

Maan looked at Gurwinder as he got the biggest shock of his life!!!

Gurwinder looked at Maan and from his expressions he could tell that Maan was unaware of the reality!!!

He continued telling him the whole truth about Geet... How a girl merely 18 years old got married in the time span of 2 weeks without even inquiring about the groom's family... How he abandoned her the next day of her marriage and left her with nothing but the life long sorrows!!!

Maan remembered how Geet in spite of all this was cheerful and happy!!! How she used to bug him!!!

He then remembers the night at the disco!!! When she told him that she does not have RIGHT to feel anything for him!!!

Maan breaking the chain of thoughts as it necessary to first find His Girl!!!

He quickly got up from her bed without caring of his wounds and without giving any heed to Gurwinder's pleadings of not going!!!

He headed towards Geet's home as a wounded lion!!! As he reached the house... He saw that the doors of the house were closed... Without thinking twice he kicked the door making it open for him to enter!!!

"Geet!!! Geet!!!" Maan rored her name with his voice increasing as he took her name twice!!!!

All the member of the family came running to the hall!!!

"Geet kahan hai???"Maan asked with a voice full of rage!!!

"Maine poocha Geet kahan hai???" Maan roared as he did not got answer to his question!!!

He then heard the door of the store room being hit by something from inside!!!

He knew that it would be Geet...

He got there with everyone following him and trying him to stop but he was not listening to any of them and reached there...

He asked Geet to get aside'

Geet who was tied from her hands. Mouth and legs struggled hard and was out of the reach of door!!!

As Maan felt that she is out he kicked the door hard making it flung open!!!

He saw Geet lying there helplessly tied with ropes and cloth on her mouth!!!

He quickly reached her and opened the ropes and lastly he took out the cloth from her mouth!!!

Geet without thinking twice hugged him tightly and sobbed hard...

"Mujhe yahan se le chaliye sir... Please mujhe yahan se le chaliye!!!"

Maan who was hugging her back rubbing her back just nodded. Everyone out side the room was looking at them with disbelief!!!

Maan broke the hug and and helped Geet to stand up and held her from her shoulders taking her out of this Hell!!!

"Kithe le jara hai tu meri poti nu???"

(Where are you taking ma grand-daughter???) Daarji asked who was till now standing quietly!!!

"Geet ko main jahaan bhi le aa raha hoon... Usi mein uska bhala hai" Maan said without looking up!!!

"Lagda ki hai tu oda???"

(Whats your relation with her???) Daarji asked with his anger raising!!!

"Main uska mangetar hoon aur mera poora hain haq hai uspe" This sentence of Maan not only shocked the Handa family but also Geet who looked up to him with his words ringing in her ears "Mera poora haq hai uspe..."

"Main nahin maanda... Tu hone meri poti nu chor nahin te main police nu bula la gaan..."

(I don't believe you... Leave ma grand-daughter at once or else I will call the police)Daarji said in a warning tone!!!

Maan without thinking twice left Geet and went to the Mandir and picked up the Sindoor box from there and filled Geet's maang giving everyone a shock of lifetime!!!!

Geet looked at Maan with disbelief!!!

"Ab wo meri patni hai aur mujhe koi nahin rok sakta use yahan se le jaane se!!!" Maan said holding Geet's hand and approaching towards the door... He reached the door and turned around...

"Aur ab aap logon mein se kissi ne bhi meri Geet ki taraf aankh utha kar bhi dekha tou main bhool jaoon ga ke Geet isi ghar ki beti hai!!!" Saying this Maan got out of the Handa Haveli taking his Geet with him!!!

He took her to the jeep which Gurvinder brought for them and took her far from her worries, sorrows and fears...

Geet who was still lost in the moment he filled her maang did not realized when Maan stopped the jeep and asked her to get out...

Maan who did not found any response from her got out of the jeep to her side and tapped her shoulders...

Geet got out of her thoughts and looked around and found herself in a jeep parked outside a lavish hotel!!!

Maan gave her his hand... She held it and got out of the car...

Maan on reaching the reception asked for a room...

"Kis naam per room book karma hai???" The receptionist asked...

"Mr. And Mrs. Maan Singh Khuraana!!!" Maan said!!!

After taking the keys... Maan held Geet's hand leading her to the room...

Making her lie comfortably on the bed... He ordered some food and sat on the chair near the bed and looked at Geet!!!

She was sitting on the bed without any moment looking into the space... Maan first thought to go to her and talk to her but then decided to let her be...

The knock on the door brought Geet out or her world of thoughts and she saw Maan opening the door and bringing in a trolley which had different food items...

"Khaana khaalo Geet..." Maan said in a commanding tone...

"Mujhe bhook nahin hai..." Geet said...

"For God Sake Geet... Apna nahin tou kam az kam us nanhi jaan ka hi khayal karo who still has not came in this world" Maan said frustrated of her attitude!!!

Geet looked at him shocked (OMG... I am tired of giving shocks!!!)...

"Haan... Mujhe sab pata hai... Per abhi us se zyaada zaroori yeh hai ke tum kuch khaalo..." Maan said while making her eat from his hand...

Geet looked at him as he was feeding her with the respect for the man sitting in front of her increasing her eyes with leaps and bounds!!!

As he finished feeding her... He made her sit with the support of the bed and called for a doctor using the intercom!!!

Geet was still looking at him as she saw him so concerned for her and her baby...

A few minutes later... The doctor came and examined Geet!!! She told that everything is fine just she is stressed and also weak... She prescribed her some vitamins and asked her to take a good care of her health and eat properly!!!

Maan who was attentively listening to the Dr. took the prescription from the doctor and inquired about when to give which medicine... After getting satisfied... He left with the doctor at the doctor and thanked her for her time...

As he returned back to the bedroom... He saw Geet standing...

When Geet saw him entering the room she went to him and hugged him!!!

Maan after a while picked her up and took her to the bed...

Making her lie on the bed... He tried getting up but she was clutching hard on his shirt'

He knew that she will not leave him so he sat beside her on the bed making her lie down on his legs caressing her hair... As Geet got a little comfortable... She started telling him about what had happened with her... How she got betrayed and met his wife in Amritsar asking her to abort the child with tears flowing out of her eyes but she felt secured as his fingers running in her hair...

After a long while passed and she did not said anything... He looked down to check if she was okay and found her sleeping clutching hard to his legs!!!

With his one hand on the switch of the lamp turning it on and off and other caressing the lady's hair who had been tightly holding his legs sleeping with a tear stained face... He sat with the bed's support lost in his thoughts!!!
Deep in thoughts he realized how his life took a complete turn the minute he landed Hoshiyarpur!!!
His gaze automatically fell on the love of his life who was clutching him tightly as if she would never let him go!!!
He never thought that he would marry Geet so soon but the circumstances forced him to do that in order to save her life... Her pride and her Honor!!!
He caressed her face and felt it wet as if she was crying...Gently caressing her face he wiped her tears and thought to himself...
"You are one brave girl Geet... And I promise I will never let tears come in your eyes again...
You have suffered more than you should have and now its ma responsibility to give ma wife all the happiness she deserves!!!! "

Don't expect a part bigger than this as it is the second biggest update I have ever written...

The next one would be on Wednesday or Thursday In Shaa Allah!!!

Its the month of Ramadan and the college life is hell busy!!!

But I wont promise that it would be as long as this one!!!
