Geet was sleeping, and because of all the physics during the day- she dreamt of solving those questions, when suddenly the dream changed

Geet was lying on the grass- on a hilltop.

She was smiling and enjoying the sun-light..she could hear voices and laughter

Maan- prince and princess..chalo , come here now..you'll fall off! Phir Hitler ma auth jaayegi

Both- no!

She could feel the kids around her- but couldn't see them..she could see Maan though..but not the kids

Maan lay down next to her

Maan- hey you

Geet- who were you talking to?

Maan- Geet…

Her heart started thudding loudly…he was looking at her that way

Mehak- hi mama

Geet- mehak?

She hugged her child

Geet- I miss u baby

Mehak- I miss u too mama..please call me back

And she ran away

Geet- Maan?

Maan- geet…

Maan – do you know how to bring Mehak back?

And Geet woke up to Maan's voice

MAan- Hoshiyarpur express..wake up now!

Geet- Maan..kyun chilla rahe hain?

Maan- You asked me to wake you up early..don't you remember?

Geet- no?

Maan rolled his eyes

Geet- Maan…please..

She got up and sat higging her knees, and moving back and forth

Maan came to her and hugged her sideways, she put her head on his shoulder

MAan- Geet..tell me

Geet was silently crying..reminded of the loss..reminded that she would never be back

Maan- bura sapna dekha?

Geet- haan…who..main..maine..mehak ko dekha..

Maan- I wanted to tell u that I saw her too

And he proceeded to tell her, and then heard her description.

The answer lying in their joined hands, they were unable to understand how to bring Mehak back.

They sat with their heads touching, remembering their respective dreams..Mehak..and all that had happened…

Geet- You wanted to talk to me yesterday na?

Maan- hmm..nothing Geet..concentrate on your padhai

She felt disappointed but didn't quite know why

Geet(to herself)- Oye Geet..concentrate on padhai…zaroori nahi ki who hamesha tere bare mein sochein..and na tu unke bare mein.

Padhai ke baad sochna ab

And she went back to work

Maan hadn't mentioned about his loneliness to Geet..he wanted her to work.

The sadness in her eyes had returned with MEhak's mention..and he didn't want to touch the issue again.

She hadn't healed yet

So Geet went on with her studies…got engrossed in it, gave it all she had and finished with class XI and XII science, math

Rajji meanwhile had stopped talking to Vicky now- except to-the-point conversation.

She wanted to pursue a degree in Social services and work for women awareness and development.

Everyone was proud of what she wanted to do.

heir lives did get mundane and exciting with their studies and their respective guys were getting really anxious now.

Maan was on edge these days with his new project, while Vicky was handling Khurana Constructions

If there was one thing she feared- it was brij veer ji..and she had a really bad feeling about that.
