hey ya!! thanks a lot for offering... ... this friend of mine offered to help.. i was supposed to mail her.. and then there was a power cut and i forgot all about mailing her first... this time i need help i will mail you for sure... !!

i know she hates it when i do it all the time.. par aaj maine socha.. why not embarrass her ... Navya really helped me out with the punjabi lines ... she is like my closest friend... and though she isnt into Geet... ( she still loves DMG and hates me for having moved on .... 😃 .... she still makes it a point to read my updates and encourage me... i love you Navyanka heheh... are you embarrased as yet? no?! well.. i have nothing else to say for now.. so better be embarrased...!! agli baar when there is a longer list of punjabi lines... ill share nicer things abt you ... hehehe

Part 14:
Dev hugs Geet and says …
Dev: thank god tum mujhe mil gayi… main tumhare liye hi yahan aaya tha… chalo … ab tum mere saath chalo…
Geet pushes Dev away with all the force she has ignoring the fact that he is already injured…Dev loses balance and he falls.
Geet: tumhari himmat kaise hui mujhe choone ki…
Dev: Geet… look, I can explain… tumhe meri baat sunni hogi… mujhe tumhare madad ki bahut zaroorat hai….
Geet has anger filled in her eyes ... and if looks could kill Dev would be dead by now.
Dev stands up, gathers himself once more… looks at Maan, who is staring at the two in shock… Maan is totally dazed… walks towards them…
Maan: tum dono ek doosre ko pehle se jaante ho…
Dev looks away guiltily…
Geet: bahut acche se… haina Dev …
Dev: dekho Geet… hum log iss maamle ko baat karke suljha sakte hai…
Geet: tum hote koun ho… mere bare main koi bhi faisla karne waale?
Dev: Geet…. come on… agar tumhe mujhe marna hai … daantna hai… jo karna hai mere saath karo… lekin uske baad mujhe samjhaneka bass ek mauka dedo please…
Geet: huh… jab main tumhe nahi mili thi… harr baar sochti thi… ke main jab main tumhe miloongi toh tumse un saare sawaalon ke jawab maangoongi… jot um pheeche chod gaye the… Mr. Dev Khurana….
Dev: maine tumhe dhoond ne aur contact karne ki bahut koshish ki Geet.. maine tumhe … mera yakeen mano... i was guilty...Delhi maine jab tumhe dekha tha…tab main tumhe dhoondne bhi aaya tha…
Maan a silent spectator is confused and shocked at the same time…adding to this Geet is totally silent as well…
Dev: please Geet kuch toh bolo…. Please… react damnit…!
Maan: koi bataye ga ye kya ho raha hai?
Geet: apne bhai se poochiye sir…oh! Main to bhool gayi..apne toh issey maaf kar dia hai na….
Maan: Geet! Mujhe kuch samajh main nahi aa raha…
Geet: Dev! Apne bhai ko samjhao ( in a very casual tone).. ke tumhe main kaise jaanti hoon… tumhara aur mera kya naata hai…
Maan looks at Dev questiongly… Dev hangs his head down in shame…
Geet: kyun sharam aa rahi hai? Darr lag raha hai? Aur aap Maan sir… waise to aap bahut samajhdhar aur tez hone ka daawa karte hai na… aapko abhi tak samaj main nahi aaya main isey yeh sab kyun suna rahi hoon? Bhai ke pyar ke saamne… mera pyar kam padh gaya na?
Dev is shocked!
Maan: dev! Jaldi se batao…! We don't have all night… ( he is tensed and angry )
Dev: bro wo….
Maan looks at Geet whose eyes are filled with anger and determinination… she holds onto her tummy protectively.. and suddenly… it strikes Maan … and his eyes flare up… as blood passes thro the veins of his left arm… you can see… his hands and his body harden… and he clenches his fist….and before Dev can complete the sentence…. Maan punches him hard on his face.. and Dev starts bleeding from the nose.
Maan: tum ne? Dev! Geet ke is haalat ke zimmedaar tum ho?
Dev: bro… I can explain… please aap meri baat…
Maan looking at Geet … " geet… jaao gaadi main baitho…"
Geet doesn't move .. she is too dazed with the turn of events… Maan repeats his words … this time more like a warning … " Geet… gaadi main baitho…."
Geet is scared... she knows he means it... she walks to the car and sits inside … as she see's Dev and Maan talk.. she cant hear them though…
Maan: Har baar…! Haar baar main tumhari galtiyon ko nadani samajhke maaf karta raha… lekin iss baar…! Tumne had hi paar kar di…
Dev: Bro.. I know I messed up… lekin… ek aakhri baar ke liye.. please .. please mujhe maaf kardo bro…
Maan: maafi ka sawaal hi nahi paida hota… maine geet se waada kiya tha… ke main uss insaan ko jaan se nahi chodoonga…jiss din mujhe pata lage wo koun hai…
He hits his fist against a tree near by….
Dev: bro! please… maine kaha na… I am ….
Maan: just shut up Dev! Maine dadi se waada kiya hai.. ye main tum logon ki hifazat karoonga… iska yeh matlab nahi main tumhari har guna ho chupau… ek masoom ladki ki zindagi…( as he says this and he looks at geet he loses control of the fact that Dev is his brother… he goes forward to slap Dev once more… but this time… Dev resists it. He holds his hand mid air)
At this point… the wind starts blowing… and there are signs of a rain and a storm… Geet wants to warn maan.. she gets off the car.. but is too scared to intervene as the brothers are now getting too physically violent.
Dev: bas Bro! bas… ek baar aapne mujhe maara … main samajh sakta hoon.. lekin ek ladki ke liye aap mujh pe haath utha rahe hai!
Maan: agar tum mere bhai nahi hote.. tum aj tak zinda bhi nahi bachte Dev…
Dev: wow bro! how typical… bachpan se leke aaj tak…agar main kuch chahoon.. mujhe wo nahi milta… lekin aap ko jo chahiye wo aapko mil jaata hai… chahe wo khilone ho.. acche university main admission…. Ya fir ladki… after all… sautela bhai jo hoon…
Maan: ( stung by the words) baat ko ghumao mat !
Dev: aap apne pyar ke liye apne bhai ko marne chale hai na… main apne pyar ke khushi ke liye … kuch na karoon? Awesome! Haan.. mujhse ek do galtiyan hogayi business main… aur aapne hume ghar se nikal diya? Aur aapne sabko … warn kar dia ke .. humari madad koi na kare? Kya karta bro? issi liye.. un karzon ko chukaane ke liye.. mujhe shadi karni padi… at this point Geet talks…
Geet: aur issey bacche ka kya jise main apne andar paal rahi hoon?
Dev: Geet… please.. tum beech main mat bolo okay… abortion ke paise main de doonga…
Maan slaps dev again.. and this time he starts beating him up so bad… that … Geet gets really scared…
Geet: maan sir... please… aap yahan se chaliye… please… main iski shakl nahi dekhna chahti…
Maan cant get a grip over his anger . more than Geet he is hurt otherwise as well… Just then to their horror, they notice … a lot of villagers .. walking towards them…
Geet:Maan sir… please chaliye… log aa rahey hai.. please sir…
But by then it is too late… amidst the hoard of villagers … Geet recognizes a few familiar faces… there is her father, darji and her uncle… they are leading the group… Gurvinder also is with them. Geet gets emotional looking to her family. She rushes to hug her father.
Darji stikes Dev with his stick and on the other side the police arrives and they get Dev arrested.
Geet moves away from her father after the initital rush of emotion.
Darji: Mohinder… Geet ko ghar le chal…
Geet: mujhe nahi aana ( she says determined looking at Maan)
Darji: (looking at Geet pleadingly…)Rab de vaaste Puttar… hun ghar chal… apne darji di aakhri gal maan le…main tere aage hath jodhta hoon( dialogue credit: Navyanka Varma) ( he tries to join his hands in front of geet almost bends down..)
Geet rushes to him and stops him from doing it… she still cant see her family humiliated in public. She says… " main chaloongi"
They see maan standing there … totally clueless…
Mohinder: yeh yahan kya kar raha hai?
Geet: ye mer…..
Gur: Yeh Dev ka bada bhai hai…
There is an uproar among the crowd …
Villager: aise insaan ke parivaar vaalon ko chodna nahi chahiye… isey bhi maaro…
Geet: (standing in between the crowd and Maan) nahi… inka koi galti nahi hai.. balke… inhone humesha meri madad ki hai…isey koi haath bhi nahi lagayega… chaliye Maan sir.. aap bhi ghar chaliye…
Moh: Geet … itna bhi bada dil nahi hai humara ke .. hum gunegaar ke bhai ko apne ghar main panah de…
Geet: par bauji…
Maan: Geet! Tum ghar jao…. main theek hoon…
Geet looks at him helplessly as he asks her to go ahead… As she is taken away…she turns and looks back at him time and again.. she doesn't want to go away from him…. He also has his gaze fixed at her…. Within a few minutes … Geet is gone… and Maan is standing alone on the road… and it is dark… and it starts pouring down heavily!
Geet on her part is greeted warmly and welcomed back home with hugs, and all the showers of affection that she perhaps never got when actually lived with them.
Geet: main bahut thak gayi hoon… agar … aap logon ko koi aitraz na ho.. toh kya main aaram kar sakti hoon
Everyone nods… it seems like no one wants to displease her at the moment… They offer to get her whatever she wants …She rushes into her room and shuts her eyes…
Geet: mere saath aaj ke din itna kuch hua…. aur iss sab main mera saath dia Maan sir ne … humesha ki tarah…aur main unhe aise akele chod kea a gayi…. ! kya karoon … mere paas mobile bhi toh nahi hai… mujhe unhe call karna padega…
Else where… a thoroughly wet and distraught Maan is sitting on the bonnet of his car.. it has just stopped raining…. He is cant get Geet off his mind…. there is an unknown worry inside him… he decides he would call her… he does… but he mobile has been left in the car…. and just then… his mobile battery also dies out… Maan gets angry and throws the mobile aside.… he is restless and edgy.. he doesn't know what to do.. if there was someone at this moment.. that could calm him down it was Geet.. and she was not around… he is worried for her as well.. he wants to know how she has handled all this.. it hadn't been an easy day for her… and slowly all those instances where Geet had tried to cross check with Maan about Dev come to his mind… he kicks himself for not having guessed… He knows though she is with her family.. she was still lonely.. she needed Maan.. that's the way things had become with them… both of them needed one another.. and both of them were like panacea to each other… he had to get thro to her… he had to check… how she was… he just had to …
On the other hand similar thoughts are running through Geets head.. if she knew maan sir well, she knew, he would not be happy.. she knew what his family meant to him.. and going against his own brother .. was a huge deal for maan sir.. and he was handling it all by himself… he didn't need to do it… but he did… and now he would probably be hurting himself acting stubborn… getting wet in the rain… not listening to anyone.. she glances at the clock… its reasonably late.. she steps out of her room.. everyone has slept.. she takes small steps towards the landline… and slowly picks it up.. and looking around she dials maan's number….
The phone is obviously off… She doesn't know why... but her legs pull her towards the store room where she was one locked up… she walks in there with the intention, that she would clear it all up and put Maan in there… she slowly goes in… no sooner does she enter, she hears a loud thud.. and she see's a shadow… Maan Singh Khurana has arrived! How could she forget .. this was the very Maan who had saved her from this room once not so long ago.. now she knew what had pulled her into that room at that time in the night!
Precap: Will Maan and Geet be able to tell their family about their love for one another? We know Geet had vowed she had nothing to do with her family .. but would she dare to go against them if they didn't approve of Maan?

Wow....this part was so goood.....loved it yaar

About the next part:I hope they tell Geet's family about their love and even if their family dosn't agree,they don't give up...Maan and Geet should just leave Hoshiarpur and go back to Delhi...As far as I hope,I think Geet's papa and mama will allow this,maybe the rest won't as they are stupid anyway
They should give their blessings and bid the couple a happy farewell..then these two can marry or something and go back

Please please please don't make it tragic or whatsoever okay...thanks a lot...
