"Mayank,mayank………..mayank plz bahar ajao…" The gal in a pink salwar suit was looking for mayank, the place was full of big trees & looks like a jungle, Mayank was nowhere to be seen.She looked for him a bit more, "mayank..kaha ho tum? Plz bahar ajao"she pleaded…….some shadow come from behind &she was abt to turn back to c who is it, but suddenly everything around her became dark & like a black cover it hide mayank's face from her…………..criiiiiiiiingggggggggg………….the constant ring of alarm disturbed isha, she wake up & found herself sweating ………she drink a glass of water to calm herself down, her heartbeat was running at a super fast speed.Jia who was already awake,came into the room, she saw her & immediately come & sat beside her in the bed, she was familiar with this site in front of her. "u saw that same dream again na!?" she asked, "yeah !" isha answered with a lower tone. "Hv u noticed anything new in that dream?" jia asked again even though she knew what's gonna be the answer. "No, nothing , it is the same dream. i m looking for someone , a guy , whose name is mayank ,he came from behind& the moment I was abt to c his face, it all turned black & the dream got over" isha replied. Her heart beat has started to become normal now."okk, no problem..don't stress urself abt this..jab yaad ana hoga tab ajayega".jia smiled at her with a caring tone. " u told me this same thing before also" isha tried to give a fake smile, but soon her eyes filled up with tears, "but why him only? Why not anyone else? I mean there must be someone else in my family too, why this guy? I donno him, .i donno my relation with him, I donno how he looks like? I donno anything…….." "ok ok, stop……..don't think abt it too much, may be the guy is someone closest to ur heart…..like ur husband or boyfriend?" jia try to calm her down a bit. 'oh ! cmon I was 19 when all these happen, how come I will be married at that early age? " & boy friend? I donno, i m so confused." Isha started to get all hyper again. Jia know it well it is not good for her heath if she stress herself too much abt it, so she try to avoid this discussion. It was nothing new for her, 3years she is been living with Isha, & she saw this same dream in almost every fortnight in past 3 years, " ha ha apka boyfriend mayank kaise hoga , uska naam to raj noha chaiye na!" she try to make her smile so that she forget this dream, but isha seems lost .She keep on saying, " I hv no one in this world na! no family , nothing, I think my family is very happy that I m no more in their life…… May be , they hate me,that is why they never miss me or they just don't care abt me..what hv I done to them that they forget abt me, Kya itni buri hu mai?" She broke down completely. Jia tried to console her "it is nothing like that" "Acha! Then why in these 3 long years not a single person came to search for me? No one ever tried to find me? Why? Why? Why?" Isha cried. Jia hugged her " isha plz yaar, don't think like that…we r all here for u na! we all love u.. my lil sis. We r ur family! & trust me , ur real family must miss u a lot, u r the the most lovable gal of this world…..aisa ho hi nehi sakta ke woh log tujhe bhool jaye.now plz stop crying, u know na it is not good for ur heath"jia's caring word made Isha wipe away her tears."sorry, jia.i know u all love me.. bas kabhi kabhi mujhe ye sab sochke rona ajata hai..3 saal se intejer kaer rehi hu na! kitna koshish kerti hu ki kuch yaad ajaye.medicine, meditation aur who sab kuch kerti hu jo anita maam suggest kerti hai.phir bhi kuch yaad nehi ata……..ek baar agar mai iss mayank ke chehre dekh leti apni sapnome shayed kuch yaad aja te……..lekin woh bhi nehi hota…..it is frustrating!" " I can understand, per aise ronese to kuch yaad nehi ayega na! ummmmm,acha ab bohot hogeya rona dhona.chal tere mood thik kereneke liye ek kaam kerte hai.lets go to the carnival this evening, u wanted to go that other day I couldn't find time, aj chalte hai" jia offered. Isha smiled,"Oh! I love carnival…chal chalte hai, dono milke ice cream khayenge, rides enjoy kerenge.. wise bhi aj Sunday hai, gherpe baith ke bore honese toh acha hai….great idea." "ye hui na baat" jia heaved a sigh of relief , finally she has diverted isha's mind into something else& brought back that smile on her face!!!!!

Mayank couldn't belive what this ria gal is saying…he again asked " u guys wanna go to the carnival now?" "yes sir!"ria nod her head."we came 2nd .we wanna celebrate that" she said in happy tone. Since when does ppl started celebrating coming 2nd…always topper Mayank sharma wondered. Excel college just lost the final quiz competition of the academic mid by 3 points & came 2nd in this year's academic mid. This gal, Ria gave 3 wrong answers which lead to this disaster & here she is asking permission to celebrate it! Mayank glared at all his students, ria may be dumb, how come rest of the three also asking for it? "Just to remind u guys, u hv not win this competition. So what exactly u wanna celebrate?" He asked them. Rohan came up to him, "Sir , I understand we hv not win this competition, but in last 4years this is the first time excel college has made a place in top3 in this academic mid, so coming 2nd is not that bad."he tried to explain. But four years back Excel was the champion of this academic mid, mayank thought, he & nupur were partners & they won this together. What did she used to call themselves? "The best jodi" So, excel college couldn't find another best jodi in this 4years! Of course it is a tough job to find another jodi like them coz mayank & nupur were the best! A smile automatically appeared into his face thinking abt that! His smile gave his students some encouragement, Ria tried to talk again, " sir, plz let us go, i heard this is the biggest carnival of this city , it held every year, thousands of ppl go there, it is gonna be such fun." Mayank got back from his thoughts with her nonstop chattering. His irritate look gave hint to Rohan, that he is not liking this promotional speech about carnival from Ria, so he decided to talk again. "sir, actually the competition is over here & our bus is tomorrow morning. If u allow us we can go there to spend the evening, it will be better than staying at hotel." Mayank thought for a moment, this student r his responsibility here as he came here as a guardian of them, though they r adult, he can't possibly allow them to go to the carnival by themselves, this city is new to them & anything can happen in crowded place like that which only means he will hv to go with them too! Mayank heaved a sigh, Carnival, means crowd, thousands of ppl, happy ppl, smiling, enjoying life….he feel so out of place in this kind of atmosphere. Ever since Nupur left, he choose to live a life away from all these. His work is his priority now, going for work & then coming back to home is what his daily routine now for the last 3years. Nupur taught him to enjoy life, but he didn't learn how to enjoy it without her presence beside him. Umm nope, wrong, she is still there with him, his days still begin & ends with her, in his imagination he talk with her everyday .whenever he close his eyes,he can c her, feel her, smile with her, that's another thing that he knows all this is his illusion only, but still he love this illusion, he love to be in this world he created for himself with his Nupur. Where no one else can enter or no car accident can snatch her away from him again. He is happy in this world of him, with nupur, very happy. Mayank closed his eyes & a bubbly Nupur pouted, "soch kya rahe ho sadu? Jane do na unhe carnival me.." He opened his eyes & c his student waiting eagerly for a reply from him. He looked at them & finally said " ok, lets go to the carnival."
