I love your portrayals of Armaan and Angad as Maan's friends. They balance out his seriousness - and will hopefully let Geet see a more fun side of him. Plus adding in Kripa and Riddhima will give Geet some girl friends to talk to, and have some masti with. (:

Chapter 7:
Recap: Maan finds out Geet is pregnant with his brother's baby, and Dev refuses to marry her and he is kicked out of the house. Dadi thinks Geet is pregnant with Maan's baby and so insists that the two marry each other. Geet/Maan still hate each other, and Angad-Kripa/Armaan-Riddhima introduced as the friends of Maan.
Two Days Later:
Maan stood in front of the mirror, fixing his sherwani, adjusting the wedding turban, you know, finishing the final touches of looking dashing.
"Wooooooow. Look what we have here. THE MSK excited about a wedding. Actually taking time to get ready. Who would have ever thought this was even possible?" smirked Armaan as he stepped into the room, followed closely by Angad.
A quick glare from Maan silenced Armaan immediately, as he saw that his friend, instead of looking happy, looked like he was ready to kill someone.
"Dude. You're getting married. Ma-an. Take a chill pill" giggled Armaan, as he quoted Anjali (Kajol) from Kabhi Khushie Kabhi Gham.
"What did I do to get stuck with friends like them?" Maan muttered to himself, as he stepped out of the room, ready to head downstairs.

Meanwhile, Geet was seated in front of the mirror, with Kripa and Riddhima hovering over her, adjusted her choli, her simple jewelry, her makeup, hair, dupatta, just to make her look perfect.
"Guys, I look fine, now stop fussing over me" sighed Geet, exhausted with having to get dolled up for a wedding which she didn't even want.
"Arreh shut up Geet. You don't know anything about these men. The prettier you look now, the more fun you'll have tonight" teased Kripa and Riddhima.
Han Fun. Of course. A Gay Maan would fall in love with me, and change his preferences based on how I look.
But before she could actually respond, they heard someone knocking sharply on the door, "Geet Beta, Are you ready yet?" Dadi asked, as she entered the room, carrying what looked like some jewelry boxes with her.
"Han Dadi, I'm done with everything" she smiled, bending down to get her blessings.
Kissing Geet on the forehead, Dadi mumbled a few blessings, before asking her "Geet beta, I have a question. I know it's your wedding day and you want everything to be done according to your wishes, but I have one small request. Do you think you could fulfill it?"
Startled at what Dadi might ask, Geet grasped the older woman's hands in her own, and giving her a reassuring smile, replied "Of course Dadi. Anything you want. Anything at all"
"Woh..woh kya hain na ki...I have some of Maan's mother's jewelry here with me, and I know she would have loved for her daughter-in-law to wear it during her wedding and to have it passed down to her" she answered, opening up the various boxes to reveal diamond studded bangles, a maang tika made of precious stones, and an antique necklace set.
The girls' eyes went wide in response, but once again, before Geet could respond, Angad and Armaan stepped into the room. "Of course she'll listen Dadi. She's not fussy about the wedding, and definitely not the bridezilla that Kripa was during our wedding. 'Angad, the flowers were supposed to be only white, not white with purple dots'" smirked Angad.
"Or..or remember, 'Armaaaaaaan. I told you that the tie for the you and Maan had to be sky blue and midnight ocean blue' I swear. Kripa was a nutcase during that wedding. Heck, I didn't even know that there were that many shades of blue!" added in Armaan.
Riddhima and Geet burst out laughing at the two guys' impersonations of Kripa the Bridezilla, while Armaan and Angad made a quick escape downstairs, shouting out that the panditji had called Geet downstairs.

Maan sat at the mandap, barely paying attention to the Pandit's words and mindlessly repeating after him. I'm marrying someone. I'm marrying the person who is pregnant with my brother's baby. My brother's child. What the heck is wrong with me? Stupid Dev. Stupid Geet. Idiots. Couldn't they have used precautions?!
He was completely lost in his own train of thoughts, when he heard Armaan whistling in the background, "Oye Hoye! Bhabhi's looking gorgeouss Maanio"
And that was when he looked up. And nearly lost his breath.
There she was, gliding down the stairs with Kripa and Riddhima right next to her, completely different from her usual appearance of a plain salwar, a plain braid, and hoop earrings.
And he just stared at her, not bothering to blink the entire time she made her way downstairs.

Geet took her seat next to Maan as the pandit told her to do so, and found his eyes on her, his gaze seemingly burning through her with the intensity, and when she finally looked up to meet his eyes with her own, she glared at him.
Simple.
She glared.
Conveying to him how angry she was. How annoyed she was. How much she wanted to kill him for putting her in this position. For literally forcing her into a marriage. Without leaving her any choice in the matter.
In that one look, she conveyed to him the message that he would regret this marriage.
She was Geet.
And she sure wouldn't take this lightly.

When her eyes met his, with the intense hatred filled in them, he was jolted back to reality. Maan realized who he was staring at. And quickly turned his eyes back to the fire that was burning in front of them.
He wasn't getting married to the woman he loved.
He was getting married to her because of his Dadi.
Because it was his duty to maintain the Khurana heir.
There was nothing between them.
And there never would be anything either.
It was all a pretense.
A fake charade for everyone who was watching. Being a loving couple. And the game would start now.
"Maang mein sindoor" began the Pandit, bringing Maan out of his thoughts.
And with Geet starting into the fire, Maan picked up a pinch of the red powder, lifted her maang tika slowly, and filled the parting of her hair. Then, taking the black beaded necklace that the priest held out to him, Maan reached around her, and clasped the mangal sutra around her neck, brushing his hands against her neck, sending electric shockwaves through the both of them.
And then the pheras.
While most normal couples would just hold each others hands and walk around the fire, Geet and Maan weren't normal. The entire time they were making the rounds, they tried to annoy each other, by pinching one another on the hand, or walking too slowly, or stepping on the clothes to try and trip each other.
In short, they both were acting like immature little kids.
But no one seemed to notice. As they were all too busy thinking happily that Maan was finally getting married. Dadi's face was literally glowing along with Kripa's and Riddhima's, who both had wide grins plastered on their faces, showing every single one of their thirty two teeth.
Oh yes. And before they knew it, Geet and Maan were married.

Maan stepped out of the mandap, with Geet right behind him, and the first words that came out of his mouth were, "Where are my shoes?"
Armaan, Angad, Riddhima, and Kripa, who were all coming to congratulate the couple, stopped right in their tracks.
"Your shoes?" asked Angad, while Armaan's eyes grew wide with realization, and he turned his head to look pointedly at Krips and Ridzy. "Girls, where are Maan's shoes?"
"Maan's shoes?! Where could they possibly be?" asked Kripa, barely able to stifle her laughter, while Riddhima looked like a deer caught in headlights, not able to hide the secrets from Armaan for too long.
"Seriously guys, can you be any more immature?" asked Maan rolling his eyes. "Just give me my shoes and we can get this over with"
"Woww. Someone's excited to go back to their bedroom" smirked Kripa, "but sorry bhaisaab, sorry jijaji. Paise First. Joote second" she continued, holding her hand out for the money.
Maan was baffled, "Since when did I go from bhai to jijaji?"
"Since we figured that we would get money" winked Riddhima.
"Guyss. Stop it and just give him the shoes back" asked Geet, placing a hand over Maan's and looking up at him. "Give us the shoes and then he'll give you the money"
"Haha No way Geet. Paise first, joote second" repeated Kripa pulling the shoes out from a basket nearby and running away.
Geet and Maan stood rooted to their spot, while Armaan and Angad broke out in song.

Armaan and Angad made their way over to their respective girls, trying to trick them into handing over the shoes. But the girls were definitely too smart for them, as they fought back fiercely, not giving up until they got their money.
Meanwhile, Maan and Geet stood still, laughing and watching the two couples dancing around and having fun, without either of them realizing that Geet was still holding onto his hand.
"Maan they're behaving like such little kids na?" giggled Geet, leaning onto his shoulder, and Maan froze, pushing her away from himself, "Hmm yeah" he replied distantly, realizing the little proximity between themselves.
But Geet wouldn't hear of it.
Throughout dinner, and when meeting the guests, Geet constantly kept on holding Maan's hand, smiling at him with a big toothy grin, flirting outrageously with him, just being completely different from what she had been for the past two days.
At one point, after getting Maan's shoes back (don't worry, Kripa and Riddhima got the money before Maan got his shoes), and it was just the six of them standing, Geet even stood on her toes, and leaned over to give her husband a kiss on the cheek, shocking the living daylights out of him.
"He's so cute na?" she commented smiling, as she hugged him from the side while talking to Kripa and Riddhima.
Maan just stood there wide eyed, gaping at the different Geet he was saying.
This girl is truly a mental case!
And now, I'm married to her!

And soon it was time for them to retire. While Kripa and Riddhima went upstairs to Maan's bedroom to get Geet settled in, Armaan and Angad hung out downstairs with Maan as they sat around and talked.
Once they settled her on the bed and teased her some more, Kripa and Riddhima left the room, collecting some more money from Maan, because of their right as his saalis, and then allowing him entrance.
The minute she heard the door close behind him, she got up and made her way to the closet in Maan's bedroom, taking some clothes out that she could change into, when she felt his presence right behind her, him breathing down her neck.
To his shock and surprise though, rather than turning around and yelling at him, she smiled and gave him a quick hug, "Phew. Finally, the wedding is over. Now we can rest in peace!" she exclaimed, and moved away towards the bathroom.
But he was too quick for her, grabbing hold of her hand, a puzzled expression on his face, but his voice low and angry, "What do you think you're doing?" and pulled her back, placing a soft kiss on her cheek, his beard brushing against her skin, as she giggled from the ticklish feeling.
"Maan, let go" she giggled, trying to pull away, but he wouldn't let her go.
"So you have no problem with kissing me? Or holding my hand? Or hugging me randomly?" he asked, his face contorting into a confused expression, as he wondered what was wrong with this woman who had been ready to kill him the previous day.
"Of course not Maan. I mean, I know the truth. So it's ok" she smiled reassuringly, patting him on the back. "Don't worry though. I won't tell anyone your secret, but it's nothing to be ashamed of. Nothing really."
Maan let go of her, confused beyond belief, as he just raised his eyebrows in question, "My secret? I have a secret that I don't know about but you do?"
She walked over to the window, with him following close behind her, "I know you probably never intended for me to find out, and I realized that's why you're always angry and a Mr. Khadoos. You don't want anyone to find out. But you should realize that gay people are much more accepted today, so you have nothing to fear."
"Where did gay people come into this discussion?"
"I know, Mr. Khadoos, that you are gay, and the only reason you married me, even though I am pregnant, is because you want to pretend that you are not gay in the eyes of society" she spoke softly, not looking at the whole mirage of expressions passing over his face.
And that was a mistake. The next thing she knew, she was being whipped around swiftly, and found herself staring into his dark brown eyes which were glowering, "GAY?! You think I'M gay?!" he asked, his voice laced with disbelief.
And her voice got as quiet as a mouse, "Well I heard Angad and Armaan saying that two nights ago, remember?"
"Miss. Geet. For your kind information, I am NOT GAY." he bellowed, his voice a loud roar.
And suddenly, his mouth twitched into a smirk, as his voice went into a barely audible purr, "And I can prove it."
Not wasting a second, he bent down and pressed his lips on hers, and instantly, her knees turned into jello, as she grasped his arms for support, and he pulled her tightly towards himself. Both of them lost in the kiss, the passion within each other erupting, as they clung onto each other and deepened the kiss, pouring their feelings into it. A slow moan escaped her lips, bringing him back to his senses and he quickly pulled away, heading to the bathroom.
She just stood there, shocked at how easily she had lost herself in that kiss, so different from anything she had experienced, so different from Dev.
"See, I told you I'm not gay. And I had no ulterior motive for marrying you" he turned at the bathroom door, winking at her, before shutting the door behind him.
And she was left gaping. He wasn't gay! OOPS! Big time oops! Oh god, what had she just done. But worse, how DARE HE?!
Furious at his actions, she went and pounded on the bathroom door, "Mr. Maan Singh Khurana, that was completely unnecessary and you know it! I'm going to get you back for this. Don't think you're going to get away so easily. GRR" she screamed in exasperation, as she quickly began to plot her revenge.
Maan just leaned back on the door at the other side, What had he just done?!
