"Hey we're here!" Kiya screamed in delight, spotting the airport in sight. The three of them too, were as excited as ever. The fourth member of their gang was soon going to be with them! They hopped out of the car, and realized that they were just in time, since the schedule board read, that Sohini's flight had just arrived. People started making their way out the airport soon, and in the midst of the crowd, Damini caught sight of red scarf, which had once belonged to her...

There she was ' clad in a navy blue jumper and black casuals, sporting dark brown shades. Prithvi smiled contently, reviving old memories of him and Damini. No, their daughter hadn't changed a bit ' she was still the same old junior Damini... just the way he'd wanted her to be.

Sohini walked up to the group, with a wide grin on her face, and numerous hugs followed.

"Welcome back, dear!" Prithvi and Damini greeted her. The cousins followed suit...

"Di, we so missed you!"

"Sohini, I am glad you're back. Atleast there will be someone to knock some sense into Arya!"

"Hey, that's not fair! Wait till I get back at you! And Di, don't you bother listening to bhaiya!"

"Ah, I've just landed, and here you two are, already fighting!" Sohini laughed.

"Lets start for home, Mama. I'm so excited to meet my maasis and chachus!"

Avni, Sameer, Varun and Roshni were extremely pleased to see Sohini. Avni and Roshni had spent the whole morning in the kitchen, preparing Sohini's favourite dish, while the two brothers were busy choosing a new horse for her, since she was heartbroken after her favorite horse had died under mysterious circumstances during her last visit.

Sohini liked both her surprises, and hugged each of them, not being able to thank them enough. The whole family then sat down for dinner, and they all talked excitedly.

"Di, did you have to make use of your gun much?" Kiya asked, laughing.

"Oh yes, quite a lot of times... There was this person who had misbehaved with my best friend. The next day, I had pointed a gun at his head, and made him ask forgiveness from her. I'd never caught sight of him from that day onwards!" Sohini animatedly explained, while the others shook their heads.

"Sohini, tell us if you fell in love with someone!" Roshni asked with a twinkle in her eyes.

"Love? And me? No maasi, this is the only impossible thing in the world! Hey Arya, pass on the chole..."

All of them went back to random discussions, except for two people, seated opposite to each other. They exchanged quiet glances, the meaning of which could only be deciphered by the slight smiles on their faces... They definitely knew better...
