Here is the character sketch. I've not got a great response but something is better than nothing.đ
Male protagonists - MARS
Mayank Sharma - His father was an Army Officer who died during the Kargil war. His mother is the only family apart from his friends. His mother is a school teacher. His nickname is Manky. He dreams about his dream girl, whom he believes to meet someday. He is matured yet acts very childish, stubborn, short tempered and a complete Mama's boy. He is a passionate roller skater. But his friends are basket ball players so he plays basket ball for the school team. He has the creative instincts in him and is also an artist, so wants to become an Architect.
Adhiraj Malhotra - His parents died in a car accident when he was 7, from then on Mayank's Mom raised him as her own son. He loves her a lot. He calls her Ma. His nickname is Addy. He is kind of reserved and an introvert. He is an economics student. He wants to take up his parents business.
Rannvijay Rathod - The name itself says that he is born in a Royal family but he doesn't behave like that. He isn't arrogant or head strong. His hometown is Jaipur that is where his parents stay. His father is a Central Minister but he isn't a corrupted one. He serves people rather than serving himself. His mother is a house wife. His nickname is Jay. He is a prankster. Photography is his passion so wants to become a Photographer.
Samrat Shergill - Both his parents moved to London when he was 11. He loves and misses them a lot. He has an fraternal twin sister who is two minutes younger than him. His parents write letters to him twice every week so does his sister. He is very emotional and sensitive. He loves writing poetry so takes up literature as his subject.
All four of them are studious, sweet, caring, friendly, understanding, helpful and protective. They are very possessive about each other. They are intelligent and smart too. They were extremely lovable and adorable. They cannot live without each other. They are called MARS because of the starting letters of their names. M - Mayank, A - Adhiraj, R- Rannvijay and S - Samrat.
Female protagonists - VENUS
Nupur Bhushan â She is very bubbly and vivacious. She is a movie buff. She loves to talk a lot. Happy go lucky type of girl. A bit short tempered. Her father is a businessman and he lives in Dubai. Her mother died when she was born. She has an elder brother Uday. Her nickname is Nups. She is the lead drummer of the band VENUS. She is an artist and wants to become a fashion designer.
Gunjan Bhushan â She is a cheerful gal and full of life. She lost her parents in a car accident two years ago. She is Nupur's cousin and lives with her. Her nickname is Gun. She is a poet, writer, lyricist, composer as well as a singer. She is the lead singer of the band VENUS. She is literature student.
Dia Mehra â She is a bit arrogant and aggressive. She shows attitude to whoever show her. Only the VENUS knew her real self. Her parents are both lawyers. She loves them a lot. Her nickname is Candy. She is the lead guitarist of the band VENUS. She is a mass communication and journalism student. She wants to become a journalist.
Suhani Shergill â Both her parents moved to London when she was 11. She has an fraternal twin brother, Samrat, who is two minutes older to her. Her parents write letters to her twice every week so does her brother. Her nickname is Honey. She is the lead keyboard player of the band VENUS. She is an economics student and wants to take up her parents business.
All four girls are brave, courageous, adventurous and flamboyant youngsters. They are intelligent and smart too. They all are extremely talented beautiful girls. They are simple yet elegant. They decided to call themselves VENUS after they heard that the boys were MARS from Suhani and also were inspired by the book Men are from MARS, Women are from VENUS by John Gray.
OTHER CHARACTERS
Shilpa Sharma â Manky's Mom. She is a Social Studies teacher at the Army Public School. She is Addy's guardian and caretaker of Jay and Sammy.
Uday Bhushan â Nupur's two year elder brother. He is very protective of his sister. He loves food. He is a funny guy. His nickname is UD. He loves his girlfriend Chitra. He is a science student.
Chitra Jain â UD's girlfriend. She loves him a lot. Her parents are doctors. She has a younger sister Riya. She loves her sister a lot. Her nickname is CJ. She is also a science student.
Benjamin Swami â His father is a scientist and his mother is a house wife. He is UD's neighbor and also his best friend. He loves VENUS and he treats VENUS as his own sisters. His nickname is Benji. He loves Riya. He is a science student.
Riya Jain â Benji's girlfriend. She loves him a lot. She has an elder sister, Chitra and loves her a lot. Her nickname is RJ. She is also a science student.
