The Bookstore: An AR Story, Complete - Page 16

I make an appearance finally after promising to be here last week or was it the week before.

Tuesday: As strange as it may sound, but for some odd reason the conversation of airport, small outlets and local community somehow reminded me of the movies The terminal and Before sunrise. I could try and explain, but then I'll be here for quite sometime.... Before sunrise; it reminded me of the small streets and the local community and this story in general really reminds me of this movie. The meeting of two strangers under unusual circumstances, no formal introductions and the general discussions on anything and everything. I actually forgot to mention in my last post.

The last line 'Make your own adventure..' was the best. Its something that everyone learns over time. Some learn a bit later in life than others.

This part really made me nostalgic for many reasons...by far my favourite. The travels, the road trips, the moving out..everything. The bit that stood out for me though is the coming to terms with prejudice and the attitude of people. Its strange how mind works or how you make it work and even stranger are the junctures in life that teaches you.

The gifting of a book, for me at least is a very personal way of expression. Its not romantic as such, but something else altogether, something greater than that...


I see a lot of mentioning of Infinity...that is my next target together with Grimm..

Heyyyy! ok yeah I know i've been like totally lost away from the world!! But I think it's safe to say that a fresher's year in Uni is not a piece of cake! I have reserved a long time back to comment on "Seven Days" but couldn't due to some reasons..now i see it again in AR version..

Have to say that i loved it to core..
The seven days are so beautifully written...each day dealing with lots of emotions..revelations..counter of opinions..and most importantly all these related to books..how books help them to know eachother well..u rightly named it this time ..Book store..great!!

i really love the way u see the things in a very different n unique manner..that shows in this story..
Its an Awesome story..which could be read any number of times(which i did)..i already made a copy of all u r stories...n this is one of my fav of all of urs....which i read when ever i feel lost or low..it kinds of boosts me up..

OMG...I don't believe i read an AR ff....huh? coz I cud not relate to them ....and the kind of AR ff's i had come across were somethng i cud really nt do justice ....but this one and all the others tht u've written ...leave me in a trance ....& I finally did read and courtesy you ! :)

well i'm floored by it the way you wrote n described the feelings and emotions and their perspectives...they were simply awesome.....which at times did leave me speechless...

also the way you chalked out the story and summarized it as in depicting the 7 wonderful days of the week...each having a beauty of it's own....

the part where thy talk and express their ideas n nt ask anythng abt each other was brilliant....i do agree wht's in a name....when u can connect to someone....

and yeah just like as riddhima din find armaan weird but different; same is my perception and frankly speaking i cud relate to their talks so very beautifully ! I too have such a kind of a frnd in my life whoz outlook and d way he envisages everythng is so very different ....but yeah I never saw him in tht light as a weird but as a different n enigmatic person !

the way u put forward the ideologies and evrythng and how the talk everytym was so philosophical and not so straight like her frnd wanted it too be....simply added to the charm and grace...it was so very classic .....felt complete and in harmony reading it !!

I feel gud and grateful too....tht I read ur work...coz it's simply awesome.....so many many emotions are interlaced in such an elegant and admirable form ! ranging from use of poetry to books...and d verses touched my soul so ethereal and pure and alluring !

Loved it from the beginning till the end ...😊
and now i'll finally start reading Infinity in the palm of my hands !!

It is very interesting that I came across this fanfiction today. I have been having intellectually stimulating conversations with a friend, and reading this story was the cherry on the top.

I found it fascinating how you were able to keep the dialog going. The conversations were fascinating. It must have been difficult to write opposing points of views. I don't even know what to say about this story.

I'd just like to thank you for writing this. I read only AK stories but it didn't even matter who the characters in this story were because it all just unfolded very beautifully.

OK, I will stop rambling and just end this by telling you how much I enjoyed reading this. It is definitely one of my favorite stories written on IF. And for that, I am very grateful.

I don't know how but out of the infinite nowhere, this came to the top of my list in the morning and here's what I thought... to read some bits, but... I ended up reading the whole thing again. Yes, two hours of continuous reading.. *coz, I didn't have to wait for weeks, okay days on this one for the superstar to update.* I came in to download some apps for my phone!! :( But, yea... it was kind of, awesome. But don't know why I liked Riddhima better, this time. :P :P *Armaan still remains my favorite, though! ;)*
