I have been dating this person for couple of weeks now and she is different from the rest of the girls I know. She actually cares for me and not my money, she sees past me and my facades. She makes me want to be a better person...for her. OMG, I think I am in love! Me ' the player has finally fallen for a girl. Wow! that should be tomorrow's headline or better yet breaking news.

I am telling you this girl is crazy. I mean I love and she loves me but she doesn't want to settle down. she hate the idea of marriage. What is wrong with her? How can a girl be so daring? I tired talking to her but it was no use. Oh well, hopefully one day she will agree to it

We are expecting our first child together. I can't wait to become a father! If we have a son, I'll train him and make him exactly like me and if I have a girl then I will make sure she stays away from boys. And if a guy comes near her then I will break his legs! My girlfriend thinks that I have gone nuts. But hey! you can't trust a guy that easily. I am telling you from my own experience...after all I used to be a player......

I can't wait for the baby to come. It's so hard to handle her mood swings. One minute she is all so sweet, you know, hugging me and kissing me and the next ' she is throwing dishes at me. I hope I will be alive to see my baby

Yes! Only three more months to go before I can finally hold our baby! But I wonder if all the women go through these cravings! She made me get her sushi at 12 am. After that at 3 am she wanted ice-cream and I had to run around before I could finally find one. Man! I am so going lose my muscles running around after her and trying to get whatever she wants! But as long as she and my baby is happy I don't mind

You guessed it...not married!

Hospital

"Damn you Mac! I can't believe you are making me go through this pai!"n she said pulling Mac's hair out

"Please honey! Concentrate on pushing" I tried to reason with her but it was pointless.

She kept on hitting me and pulling my hair out.

"Come on honey, you can do it!" I tried to encourage her. " I am right besides you".

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh why are you here? I hate you Mac"

" wait till I give birth, I will kill you for putting me through this"

"But I love you and you love me too"

"Well then why am I going through this all by myself? "

"Because you love?" I said looking at her unsure and my friend Dr. Yuvraaj aka yuvi

Was just enjoying the whole scene

"Sumi ! Honey please calm down and focus on pushing" said Dr. Naina Mehta.

Let me tell you a bit about my friends naina and yuvi. You see Naina is crazily in love with yuvi and has confessed to him quite a few times but that idiotic friend of mine has never returned the favour by saying 'I love you'

"Shhh.. baby I am right besides you and the baby is almost there! just push a lil more" I said to Sumi who was tired of pushing.

Yuvi POV

Seeing them in so much love made me realise what I had been missing. I never confessed to Naina because I was scared to open up my heart to her...scared that she will leave me just like everyone I loved did.

Seeing Mac loving her and confessing to her made me envy him.

Sumi I have to confess to Naina before the baby comes out!

I told Sumi to let me tell Naina what I wanted to felt her before she give birth

I just said "Make sure you don't have the baby before I tell Naina" and ran away from there before she could hit me

And took Naina away from Sumi

"Yuvi are you crazy!!!!my girlfriend is about to have a baby and you want Naina to focus on you instead of her?"

"Mac, get me the lamp!!!! I need to beat up Yuvi!!!" Sumi yelled

"What is wrong with you Yuvi? I need to help Sumi" Naina was furious with me as I took her away from Sumi

"I need to tell you that I LOVE YOU!"

"You what? Really???"

"Yea...seeing Mac and Sumi so happily in love made me jealous and I came to know what I have been missing all these years!"

"Aww I love you too Yuvi"

Mac's POV

"Damn you two!!...Sumi needs help and you are behaving all lovey-dovey!!"

"You two!" I said looking at Jiggy and JP '" help Sumi right now before I kill you!"

"Wait I can't have baby yet"

WHAT?? I yelled

Mac Propose to me first...i don't want have a baby out of wedlock

Really? You want to send the rest of my life with me? I was so emotional knowing that finally I will be with her forever

NO, I just want to torture you for the rest of the life for putting me through this. You think I will leave you so easily after what you made me go through? Ahhh the baby is about to come propose to me already, you idiot

Sumi, will you send the rest of your life with me and torture me? I asked her getting all teary

YES! I will Mac...i will make your life hell

And finally g Sumi gave birth to our daughter

Oh! and Naina and Yuvi were still lost in their la la land.... but at least Jiggy and JP were there

Finally i will be getting married. Oh yea and i am a father now!

this is my very first one shot

dedicated to Sumi Rosh and Sofna

LOVE MEANS FORGIVING

Yuvi had finally succeeded in getting the information he need to bring down Dr. Shashank. Game over, he smiled as he finally finished his mission. He had one more person to be thankful for ' Naina Mehta. Without her, this would have never been an easy task. She was such a gullible girl, thinking that he was in love with her. Yuvi and love do not go hand in hand; he smirked as he thought about that. He has and never will fall in love. Love does not last forever or so he thought. He was about to leave sanjeevni when his phone range. It was none other than Mac ' his best friend. He told Mac that he had gotten all the information he needed and now tomorrow morning he will tell Naina the truth. Are you sure Yuvi that you do not love Naina, not even 1%? He got furious when Mac asked him this, Mack should know him better than this, nothing and no one can come in between his mission. How many times do i have to tell you Mac, that Naina was just a pawn in all this? I needed her to get to Dr. Shashank. All this time i was pretending to love her so that i can use her". Yuvi snapped the phone; he did not want to hear another yuvi- are-you-sure-you-are-not-in-love-with-naina lecture. Mac was upset at his friend, he knew Yuvi was making a big mistake by doing this but he just hoped that one day he too can fall in love with Naina, and hopefully it won't be too late by then. After getting his things yuvi lets for his home, all happy that finally his mission was over but little did he knew that what he thought was happiness was actually a tragedy. Little did he know that someone was listening to all of this and that someone was going to ruin of this.

And finally he told the truth to her but that was not the reaction he expected from her.

*flashback*

Naina sorry to say this to you but i never loved you, i only used you so that i can get close to Dr. Shashank. Instead of crying or yelling or cursing at him he found a smile on her face. Did you really think that only you were the one using me? Pul-lease, why do you think i have been calling you dafford all this time. Actually i was also pretending to be in love with you so that my papa don't drag me back to Gujarat to get married to some loser. I never loved you as well doctor yuvraaj, my dream was to be a doctor just like yours was to take revenge, so there is no need to be sorry. You used me and i used you. We are even.

*end*

How could she do this to him, he was really mad at her for using him. And all this time he thought that he was the only one using her. He took out his phone from his pocket and called Mac and told me to come over his place. He was lost in his thought once again. Had she never really loved him? Was she really acting all this time? But why is he thinking about it? It should not matter whether she loved him or not, his mission was completed but somehow naina's answer hurt him. Right then the bell rang indicating Mac was here. He started firing Mac with questions about naina and scared the poor guy in the process. Mac had neve seen yuvi so worked up before. Mac knew that yuvi was finally in love with her but there is no way he is going to admit that, unless he does something drastic.

On the other hand naina was spending the day with tamana, in her chawl. Thank god her parents were out for the weekend or else how would she explain the entire situation to them. Tamana got to know about her situation through sid. Sid was such a dear friend of hers. When he found out the truth about yuvi, he came and told her.

*flashback*

Naina i have to tell you something. Yuvi ' that guy does not love you, he is using you so that he can get the information he needs of Dr. Shashank. Hearing this information shocked her. Sid must be joking, yes that must be it, and this must be one of his pranks. However it took lot of afford for sid to convince her. She realised that what sid is telling might actually be truth, yuvi has never said i love yous, ever, on the contrary he used to always push her, tired to get away from her. The only reason he started getting close with her was because she was living with Dr. Shahshank. How can she not see this before? It was all planned out by yuvi, she was nothing to him, he never loved her, heck he didn't even considered her as his friend.

*end*

After the confrontation she had with the yuvi, no yuvraaj, she was lost and in dazed. She did not want to go back to Dr. Shashank's place, how can her, when she was the reason he might get destroyed. Knowing that she might need someone to talk to tamana brought her to her place. They had their girl talk and sid, jiggy and jp came over to suppor her. She had know them only for few months, but they have become her bestfriend, her family. That night everyone stayed at tamana's place. None of them slept, instead they all talked about their childhood, their dreams, their family, all the masti they did in the school. Even though she did not want to admit it, she knew she had no other choice but to forget him, get over him.

2 years later

Naina was finally a doctor. Her dream finally came true! So much had changed in these two years. She no longer worked in sanjeevi , instead, she went from towns to towns and from villages to villages to people her service. Her life had changed drastically after that incident. Even though she no longer worked there she was still in touch with her friends, those people who there when she needed someone. She will be seeing all of them this weekend as tamana and sid were finally getting married. Just thinking sbout those two lovebirds made her laugh. It took forever for sid to convince tamana that he really loved her. However the marriage kind of made her remember her past. Even though it had been two years she still remembers him. She had forgiven yuv for using her. She knew how much he loved his brother; after all he was all he had left. She no longer hold any grude against him. The only regret she had was that she loved him will all she had and he never cared. That hurt. But seeing things from his perspective helped her. He was not a bad person; life was just too cruel to him. He never knew what love was, what it like was to love someone. She still loved him, even though she had been betrayed by him before.

Yuvi had been searching for naina for last 2 years. After his talk with naina he realised that the feeling that he had been trying to suppress all along had been love. In trying to get revenge for his brother he never explored that emotion, that feeling and now that is his biggest regret of his life. If he had one chance he would do anything to make sure she knows that he loves her as much as she does if not more. And luck was on his side cause this weekend tamana and sid were getting married and he knew she would be there. However, getting the information out of sid was no easy task. He would not tell him where she was or how she was. He would ask him every day about her. Heck he had been doing it for the last one year. Finally after seeing that yuvi was not the same person he used to be sid decided to trust him and tell him about naina attending the wedding. Finally after two years he will get to tell her how much he loves her. That she is his life. That after hurting her and betraying her he gave up on becoming doctor. How could he continue to work knowing that there was someone out there suffering because of him? Naian is his life, whether she accepts him or not, it doesn't matter, all matters is that he will follow her and do all those things she used to do at one point. He will make sure that she falls for him all over again.

*wedding*

Finally the day came. Yuvi was more excited than sid was, which confused some people as they got confused as to who was the groom. Finally after 2 years he saw her. She still looked the same but her eyes told a different story. She still smiled around with people but that smiled lacked something. At that time her eyes landed on his. She was shocked and hurt, he could clearly see that in her eyes but there was something else there too, which he could not figure it out. He wanted to go to her, to say sorry for doing all that but somehow his feet just froze. However she was approaching him and that made him bit nervous. But somehow he knew that naina that was coming towards him was the old naina that loved. Her eyes told him that she still loves him and he'd make sure that the love never left him.

Nightmare

And there she was getting married to some dafford and there was nothing I could do about it. I knew that she loved me and yet there she was taking 7 pheras with some dafford. Why was she getting married to that dafford you may ask? Well because I kinda used her in getting revenge and in the process hurt her. But I never meant that, honestly, hurting her was the last thing I wanted to do. God knows I have hurt enough people around me, I never wanted her to be part of that list but I guess destiny had other plans.

But you can't blame it all on me. I told her countless times to stay away from me, not to get involved with a person like but being the curious creature that she was, she'd never listen to it. She would always be in my way, interfering with my life and my mission. But I guess that's what made me fall in love with her. She was different from all the people I have encountered in my life. She was not one of those people who say one thing to your face and other once you turned around. She had the guts to tell it on my face when I was doing something that was wrong. She was afraid of me yet had enough guts to stand up to me. In fact she was the one who first confessed her feeling for me!

However once she realised what I was up to she was hurt but she still tried to stop me, instead of hating me she wanted to help me. She wanted me to instead focus on living life to the fullest. She told me that you could never count on life; you'd never know when it will betray you and leave you in pain. So that's why one should live each day as if it is their last day. Enjoy doing things that you like, help someone, make someone smile, surprise someone. Do something positive that will leave an impact on that person's life and they will remember you long after you are gone. I think that what made me a better man. I started changing for her, starting living life because of her. I started loving life because of her.

However I can't stand the fact that she is marring someone who does not love her like I do nor will treasure her like I do. And I know she is not happy either. But there is nothing we can do! So why is she marring regardless of this you may ask? Its cause of her dad. He wanted her to marry some stupid gujju guy! Seriously, what is wrong with marrying a hot Punjabi guy like me? Even tamana and Sid got married against all the odd so why can't we? Uggh I can't let her do this. I know marring that dafford will be the biggest mistake of her like. I have to do something before they are done with all rituals but why aren't my legs moving? Argh, what is wrong with me?? As I look across I can see that they are done with all the rituals, which means THAT SHE IS MARRIED TO THAT DAFFORD NAHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII

Yuvi who was sleeping woke up with jolt and ended up waking a person next to him as well

Naina: Yuvi what's wrong with you? Are you okay? Why are you sweating so much?

Yuvi: Naina is that really you? What are you doing here? And what about that dafford you married? Where is he?

Naina: what dafford you are talking about? The only dafford I ended up marring is you. What, don't tell me you are doubting me? How could you? She starts him hitting me. How can you do this, what about the twins that I am carrying? You can't turn your back on me or them. I won't let you do it and she starts crying.

Yuvi: naina I would never do that you, you know how much I love you and the babies that are due any day now, and you should not be stressing out for them. I am sorry for scaring you he said that while hugging her.

Naina: promise? That you will always love me and babies and never leave us

Yuvi: promise, I love you too much to let you go.

Soon she was asleep. Yuvi knew he was the luckiest guy, marring the girl who loved him even after she got to know the true him. Thank god that was a dream, otherwise he'd kill that guy for marrying naina, he thought, he can't imagine a life without naina
