Armaan:So Bharti..what have you decided???

Bharti:That I so don't like the look on your face now....But you know what...I don't know why my heart tells me to go with you...Just follow you...So we are just going back to Mumbai right???And I've been missing Mom too...So yeah I'll tell everyone....

Armaan:Nope you're not telling a single person.....

Bharti:What???

Armaan:Chalo na...

Bharti:Armaan...the car keys...

Armaan:(shows the keys to Bhaskar's Lexus) There you go....

Bharti:Aur meri cheezein??

Armaan:Inside the car...

Armaan:Chale??

Armaan held Bharti's hand and both of them slowly took off from there without anyone noticing them.

Bharti:Where are we exactly going??

Armaan:Back to Mumbai...

Bharti:Toh aaj hi jaane ki kya zaroorat hai??

Armaan:Bharti, ek minute ke liye chup raho na...

Bharti:Ok fine!!!

Bharti wondered what Armaan was up to. Nevertheless, she was really liking the transformed Armaan. She had never seen him so excited before. She didn't know what was happening between her and Armaan but she knew one thing for sure, Armaan wass definitely transformed somehow and he really treasure the friendship that they share. Along the way, there were several signboards and Bharti was confused.

Bharti:Heyy why are you turning right??Mumbai is straight ahead...Where are you going Armaan??

Armaan:It is said that very few people tend to tread on the path less travelled...So why can't we be amongst the few??

Bharti:Armaan..(got amused)..Are you seriously ok??Where's my friend Armaan whom I had left at Mumbai??

Armaan:I have no idea about him...

Bharti:What are you saying??What happened to you all of a sudden...

Armaan:(smiled) We're lost Bharti..

Bharti:Woh toh mujhe bhi dikh rahi hain....

Armaan got out of the car and so did Bharti. Bharti saw a waterfall from afar and walked towards the railings to view the exotic sight. It was mesmerizing and Bharti could smell the fresh scent of the cool air and she spread her arms to feel the light breeze. Just then Armaan watched her from afar and Bharti saw him watching her.

Bharti:Kya hua tumhe??

Armaan:Kuch nahin...Jab bhi tum muskuraate ho toh apne aap muskuraata hoon...

Bharti:Acha??But mujhe ek baat bataoge??Yeh galat raasta and all...Not typical of you..

Armaan:Jaanta hoon par...I thought why not give it a shot..Beautiful view na??

Bharti:It's really awesome..Armaan and you know something??I really love this transformed Armaan...I mean thoda adventurous, thoda mysterious..Kinda cool...Waise what's the real reason for this??

Armaan:Ek khaas ladki jo meri zindagi mein hain..Uski waje se hain yeh sab kuch..

Bharti:Khaas ladki???(smiled widely) Serious???OMG!!!

Armaan:Anyways here's coffee for you...

Bharti:Thanks..where did you get it from??

Armaan:Someone was there,selling coffee..So i just got it for both of us..

Armaan and Bharti were sipping their coffee while enjoying each other's company. Both of them threw the plastic cups in the rubbish bin nearby and walked towards their car. They were walking side by side. Their hands almost touched but Bharti felt a raindrop on her forehead and she quickly rushed to a tree for shelter. She turned back to see Armaan having stood there, getting drenched in the rains. Bharti just gazed at him and smiled to see him so distinct and carefree. She had never known such a side to Armaan too existed.Armaan placed his hands at his waist and gestured Bharti to come out from where she was standing,but Bharti was hesitant to do so.

Armaan just got an idea. Armaan walked towards Bharti while she looked elsewhere. Just then she turned to see Armaan walking towards her and Bharti got a lil nervous deep down and she looked to her right and her left and glanced at Armaan, Bharti followed Armaan's eyes as he came really close to her and placed one hand on the tree. Bharti was confused and she wondered why she's even being nervous in front of Armaan. She pointed elsewhere and asked Armaan to look and she ran from there and just then she realized what Armaan intended to do and bit her tongue. She closed her eyes and faced upwards, feeling the raindrops on her lips. Armaan smiled at her and as Bharti turned to look at Armaan, she smiled and ran to him. Bharti smiled widely and whispered a thanks. She felt so excited, as if she had just retrieved the long lost happiness that she had missed out over all these years and kissed Armaan's cheek and messed his hair. Armaan got irritated and Bharti started to run as Armaan chased her. He caught her hand and pulled her towards him. He gazed into her eyes and she bursted out laughing but stopped after some time.

Bharti:Mujhe tumse kuch kehna hai Armaan

Armaan:Bolo Bharti..

Bharti:Mujhe...mujhe...

Armaan:Arre bolo na...

Bharti:Mujhe bohat thandh lag rahi hain..Chale??

Armaan:Haan haan chalo..Come!!

Bharti:I'll drive..you must be tired..

Armaan:It's ok Bharti...I'll drive..you just rest,k??

Bharti:Alright...chalo!!!

Bharti was practically freezing inside the car and Armaan saw her teeth chattering continuously. He felt amused by that but took off his coat from his seat and wore it on her. Bharti just can't help looking at Armaan. She just wondered how she failed to notice the caring nature of Armaan till now. She thanked him and he started to drive. It was raining heavily to such an extent that he couldm't really make out the roads and hence he decided to stop for some time till the rains got reduced. He parked the car at the edge of the road and he turned to his side and saw Bharti sleeping peacefully on the seat. He couldn't help but smile over what occured to him this evening.

He wasn't himself at all. He was this daring, mischievious guy who had lots of fun with the girl whom he wished to spend his entire life with. He had only known himself as a private and introverted person who didn't really have a social life, like what Bhaskar had often told him. But today for the first time in his life he felt as if he broke out of his bubble and dared to be different. And Bharti loved him that way. He knew the truth, that is, he can only be this way when he's with Bharti and not anyone else.

Armaan was listening to the radio. A song was being played. It was his current favourite, "Pehli Baar Mohabbat" ever since he had started to listen to Payal's show.He placed Bharti's hair behind her ear and gently caressed her hair and helped to cover her shoulders with his coat. He took a power nap before proceeding to drive.By the time both of them reached home, it was already 4 am. Along the way, Armaan had asked Sudha to unlock the door as both Bharti and himself are on the way. Armaan parked Bhaskar's car aside and tried to wake Bharti up but she was apparently sleeping like a rock. Armaan pulled Bharti out gently and placed her arm around his shoulder and walked with her inside.

Armaan made her lie down and took off her heels. He went to get his coat off her but just then he was surprised at what Bharti just did. In her sleep, she had pushed his hand away and held on to his coat even tightly and armaan just pulled up the blanket to cover herself. He went to the bathroom to get changed and went to the kitchen to drink some water. Just then Sudha came out of her room and rubbed her eyes and saw Armaan.

Sudha:Hey aagaye tum...

Armaan:Yeah Maa bas abhi abhi..Good morning..

Sudha:Morning Armu..Wiase she was supposed to come on the 2nd..What happened??

Armaan:actually Maa..you go and brush your teeth first..I'll make you coffee and we'll talk..I've got lots to tell you...

Sudha:Ok..I'll be right back!!

Armaan made coffee and Sudha came in the nick of time and both of them sat down on the sofa and chatted.

Sudha:So??How's Bharti now??

Armaan:You're asking now??

Sudha:Sorry Armu..actually I've been really busy..Jiya too called me and then she informed me that bharti's out of danger..But has she fully recovered??

Armaan:Well yes..She's just too tired from the engagement party preaprations and all...

Armaan went on to tell Sudha about how he spent the evening with Bharti at the waterfall and getting drenched in the rains. Sudha was astonished to hear all that.

Sudha:So much had happened within an evening?? Kamaal hai...

Armaan:Maa I really feel that I'm in love with her..

Sudha:Have you confessed your feelings to her as of yet??

Armaan:Not yet Maa..I mean I don't even know what she thinks of me...

Sudha:Hhmm...Your dad confessed to me his feelings the moment he came to see me..Well you didn't get this trait from your dad...He told me "I Love You" and that too in front of our parents..Can you believe that??

Armaan:What??I can never ever do that!!!Maa, this is one-sided as far as I am concerned...I will only confess at the right time...

Sudha:And when will that right time come??

Armaan:I've no idea but..

Sudha:But??

Armaan:Mujhe aapki ek baat yaad hai...Kisi ke dil ki baat unki aankhon mein dikh thi hain..hain na??

Sudha:Haan..Ahhmm..but don't make it too late!!I'm so happy for you armu..Kyunki tum apne dil ki baat finally maan gaye ho..That's really surprising of you for you always think and act via your brains instead of following your heart...Hence it's quite brave of you..Hehe...

Armaan:Thanks Maa..aap hamesha mere saath ho na??

Sudha:Hamesha se..aur hamesha rahungi!!Ok??Ab jaa kar thoda aaraam karlena...

Armaan:Yeah ok..I'll have some sleep before heading off to MU...

Sudha:Hello..Aaj Holi hai..

Armaan:Arre haan main toh bhool hi gaya..Actually there's a Holi party at amarjeet's residence so maybe I'll be heading there with Jiya..

Sudha:Ok..tum jaa kar so jao..Main thodi dher apne kuch kaam liptaa kar uske baad thodi aur dher ke liye so leti hoon...

Armaan:Ok Maa..nitezz!!

The next day by the time Armaan woke up, Bharti was no longer sleeping beside him. He searched for her everywhere in the house but she wasn't there. Armaan looked at his mobile which had some missed calls from Jiya and a message from Bharti. He opened the text message from Bharti and it stated that she wanted to spend some time by herself and asked Armaan to not worry about her and enjoy himself at the Holi Party.

Armaan sulked at the thought of spending Holi without Bharti but he recalled how he had called Jiya before sleeping and promised her that he would be there for the Holi party with her. He went to get changed and got ready. He wished Sudha Happy Holi and coloured her face before leaving for Jiya's home. Meanwhile Jiya got ready and waited for Armaan to pick her up.

Along the way to Amarjeet's house,

Jiya:Where's Bharti??

Armaan:She won't be coming..Bata nahin subah subah kaha chali gayi hai...I told you about Radhika na??

Jiya:Yeah...I just hope she's ok..

Armaan:Me too..Waise Raj's coming...

Jiya:Oh gosh it's already 12 pm...I forgot to give him a call...I'll call him rihgt away...

Raj as usual was still in bed. He heard his phone ringing and he was searching for it with his eyes closed. He finally found his phone and pressed some button and answered the phone.

Raj:Hello..(yawns)

Jiya:Heyy handsome..(Armaan was surprised at Jiya's tone)

Raj:Kaun??

Jiya:Gauri ki bhooth..

Raj opened his eyes promptly..

Raj:Gauri ki bhooth??Aaj kaal bhooth phone par bhi aane lagi..Kamaal hai Raj..yeh bhooth log bhi bohat hi-tech hone lagi hai aaj kal...

Jiya:Haan...kitne barso se intezaar kar rahi thi tumhare liye..

Raj:Jiya you idiot!!What do you want??

Jiya:How I wish I was there to see your pale face right away...Lollz...

Raj:Just shut up Jiya..Saara subah kharab kar diya tumne...

Jiya:Subah???

Raj:Yeah...

Jiya:It's 12 pm dude...Aren't you coming for the Holi party??

Raj:It's considered morning for me...Woh party aaj hain??I thought it's the 29th today...

Jiya:It's the 30th today..You coming or not???You better come or else...(hung up)

Raj:Waise bhi nahin jaaonga toh problem kya hai...Oh no problem hi problem hoga..Amarjeet...kisi bhi haalat mein unhe manaa naa hi padega...Utthh beta Raj...

Meanwhile Payal called up Bharti and wondered where she was.Bharti wasn't picking up her phone and Payal assumed that Bharti must have left her mobile at home and Payal knew where she would have gone.There was a boat jetty where she always went to spend her time. Payal decided to meet Bharti there and rushed quickly, with an intention of spending Holi with Bharti.

Payal went to the boat jetty and she was right. Bharti was there sitting down and just looking around.Just then Payal tapped on her shoulders.

Bharti:Heyy Payal....How did you??

Payal:Tried your mobile..Received your message in the morning about your arrival here....By the way you were supposed to come on the 2nd,na??

Bharti:Yeah but actually I met with an accident on the 28th actually...I tried contacting you after I got conscious but I didn't know why I couldn't get through....And then Armaan and Jiya came to Goa....Can you believe it...They came all over form Mumbai just to see me..Yeah it was another thing that their photo-shoot got scheduled in Goa too...It was sheer coincidence...

Payal:Interesting....You haven't answered my question....

Bharti:Yeah..Actually Armaan wanted to bring me somewhere too and I just don't know why...I just came back with him....

Payal:Very interesting....so you came back with him??

Bharti:Payal what now??

Payal:Nothing..aage bolo....

Bharti:He seemed so different..I mean we were supposed to go back to Mumbai but he went to take a different route and both of us ended up reaching a waterfall...He was suddenly so caring,carefree and different,you know....

Payal:(smiled weakly)Different..?? Icic....

Bharti:I don't know..It's like I have never noticed him like that before...And further more when I asked him about what's happening to him he told me it's due to a special girl in his life...

Payal was shocked to hear what Bharti just told her and this increased her doubts but she kept calm.

Payal:Acha??Aur batao...

Bharti:I don't know...And it's like the first time I'm really noticing his eyes really closely..It's...

Payal:It's??

Bharti:I don't know how I should explain....There's something about his eyes...something magical maybe....But yeah...

Payal:(thought to herself)"This is getting weirder than I thought..."!!
