well...tht was a repulsive, over-emotional n dumb decision for me to make! may b my illness brought out those 'cry baby n cactus kid' in me!

neway no reasoning for tht air-head, impulsive act of mine! all i can say to you is i m sorry for being such a jerk!

n seeing your love for me i have taken another decision tht from now on i will pm you with update notifier (confusion ki jad ka hi end kar dete hain!) of course this 'you' will include the feed-backers only as i dont see to give myself ny trouble with the silent readers on my list as i really dunno if they really read or dont.

Mayank's car

M (takes a left turn laughing): tum bhi na nupur! Kitna'(he freezes at the sight of samrat's broken car n brakes harshly)

N chokes grasping mayank's hand.

Hospital

2 days later

G (covered in bandage n iv cables, opens her eyes muttering samrats name): Samart? Samrat kaisa hain? Kaha hain wo di?

Mayur look at each other uncomfortably.

G( getting hysteric): Kya chhupa rahe ho tum log mujhhse? Kya hua hain use?

N (breaks into tears):wo samrat,,, wo samrat

G: samrat kya di?

N cries vigorously at this point hiding in mayank's chest.

Cut to Sammie's cabin

2 hours b4 gunjan's coming back to senses

Opening his eyes the first thing comes visible to samrat's eyes is benji's head who is well reclined on the chair next to his bed.

S (weekly): Benji

B (jumping up, yells): Samrat! Samrat! Thank God tujhe honsh aagaya! Humne to (he can't finish his words outta tears)

D(in some untidy clothes for the first time in her life, smiling a relieved smile accompanied by rimjhim n uday): benji ka awaz suntehi pata chal gaya tha ke tumhe honsh aagaya hain. Ab kaisa feel kar rahe ho Sammie?

S: gr8 candy.

R: its gr8 to have you back samrat.

S (lookin a lil puzzled): umm thanks!

U: welcome back dude! Humne to umeed hi chhor diya tha ke tujhe phirse kabhi zinda dekhneka

S: maine bhi kaha socha tha ke itne baade accident ke baad bhi ,,,yaar candy bilkul thik kehti hain bikes hote hi itne dangerous ke

Everybody looks confused.

S (sensing something is wrong looks a lil puzzled): haan bikes. Wo bike-racing competition??? wo accident jis vaaje se main yaha hoon??? (looking at everybody's horror-struck face) tum log mujhe aise ghur kiu rahe ho? Whats wrong with you all?!!!

R (taking a deep breath tries to act normal running a test): Well, I don't think we have met b4 samrat. I am rimjhim,,, benji's girl.

S (smiling): hello rimjhim,,,,wait a minute! Benji's girl!!! (turning towards benji ,still amazed) yaar benji! Tune kabhi bataya nahi yarr! (then gets suspiscious once again) ek minute,,,,benji ka gf to ek ya do din me nahi ban sakta! Main kitne dino se out tha? Aur kya miss kar di maine?

Rimjhim muffles herself to mitigate the scream the rest of those look at each other.

S : don't tell me candy tumhara morena cousins ko maine miss kar dia! Kiuke bhavish to mujhe haar haal me banna hain.

Dia breaks in to tears at this hugging uday, benji pats her on the shoulder growing all teary, rimjhim runs out of the room to mayur.

Gunjan's cabin

2 hours later

M (comforting nupur): cmon nupur , tumne gunjan ko bina baat ke dara rahi ho! (assuring gunjan) samrat thik hain,,,,par (he pauses in the search of the softest words to convey the bad news)

G(impatiently): par kya mayank? Batao mujhe! Pls (she chokes)

M (looking at her deteriorating condition throws up the words): he has got amnesia.

G(the shock stabilizes gunjan, at least for a while): amnesia!

N (still crying): usne hume bhul chukka hain gunjan!

G lays flat on the bed at this, with her eyes closed she gulps as a teardrop runs across her cheek leaking through her lashes.

A week later @ doc's chamber

Today is the discharge day of sajan. Gunjan joins mayur n benji right after getting discharged.

Dr.(putting down the x-ray plates): he perfectly ok now apart from that amnesia.

G(hopefully): iska koi ilaj ya dawa nahi hain kya? Ab to medical science bahat develop kar chukka hain ab shyaad ho,

Dr. (with a pacifying smile): memory recovery ki direct dawai to abhi tak unavailable hain. Haan, internal injury ko thik karneke liye kuch dawa zarur hain lakin uska injuries bhi utna major nahi hain, jo bhi minor sa injuries ab samrat ko hain uske liye use kuchh medicines continue karna parega agle kuchh mahine tak par us injuries ka talukat uski yardash wapas lautne ya na lautnese nahin hain.

M :agar hum use pichhle der saal me job hi hua wo yaad di la de to? Shyaad usko sab kuch yaad aa jaaye?

Dr.: chances hain lakin luksaan hone ka risk us chance se kahi bada hain.

B: Matlab?

Dr. :dekhie samrat ek ya do din ki memory loss se suffer nahi kar raha hain. Uska loss takriban der saal ka hain. Pal pal ka memory hamari brain cells me chhap jaate hain aur yaha to God knows ktne crores of memories ki baatein ho rahi hain. Kitna load parega us par aap logon andaza bhi hain? Overload ki karan agar explode kar gaye to? Pure ke pure system collapse kar sakta hain. (gunjan shivers at the thought) is liye main to kya koi bhi psychiatrist ise allow nahi karega.

N: to hum kya kaare? Use aise hi rehne de?

Dr.: I am afraid ab shyad hume aisa hi karna parega at least kuchh hafte tak. Gunjan nods n the rest looks at each other.

N: aur koi ilaj nahi hain kya?

Dr.: maine kabhi bhi ye nahi kaha ke ilaz bilkul bhi nahi hain. Main to sirf preliminaries bata raha hoon, kea b agle kuchh hafte tak use kaise handle karna chahie. Let some time pass, tab bh agar uska halath me sudhar nahin aya tab some therapiy vaagera try karenge.

M (concluding): thank you doctor.

Dr.: you're welcome. Please regularly check up karwate rehna.

At the same evening @ sammie's place

Benji is giving him some nice, tiny n cosy catch up on the things.

S (exhaling): aur hamara super-nerd mayank sharma bhi ankhir tak is pyar ki jaal me phans hi gaya wobhi us morenawali nupur bhushan ki?

Benji nods again.

S:upar se hum sab yani dia, uday, tu, main,rimjhim, mayank (smirkin at the idea) yaha tak ki wo morena sisters ab bahat aacchhe dost hain!

B: we r in the same gang. Bahat aachhe terha se ghul-mil gaye hain hum ek dusre se. khans karke wo gunjan to tera (benji zips up abruptly)

S (suspiciously): wo gunjan to mera kya benji?

B(gulps tho recovered already): best friend hain.

S (shockingly): Kya!!! How come! Tere hote huye!!(benji shrugs, samrat sighs relieved)phir bhi Thank God! Sirf best friend hain! Thode der ke liye to mera jaan hi nikal gaya tha ye soch ker ke mujhe bhi us morena girl se kahi pyar-vyar to nahi ho gaya! (shivers at the idea) khair chhor,,,apna bol, tune kaise Elisha Cuthbert se Hilary duff me shift kar gaya? Huh?

B: matlab?

S: simple,,, bombshell se girl next door me kaise shift kiya? Main tera aur rimjhim ki vaare me baatein kar raha hoon buddhhu!

B(seriously):dekh dude, agar meri aur rimjhim me koi bhi mismatch hain to wo hoon main, rimjhim nahin. Chahe tu mera jitna bhi mazak udana hain udale! Per pls aage se keep her out of this.

S(getting a lil shocked): sorry yaar! Mujhe pata nahi tha ke tu is mamle me itna serious hain. I'll definitely remember that!

B: sorry kehneka koi zarurat nahin hain sam! Main to sirf (his words keep dangling in the air as he sees someone behind samrat's back;the mutters) gunjan!

Following benjie's eyes samrat turns away,,, his feet unknowingly move foreward a couple of steps toward the specky girl in blue.

S (curling his brows, whispers audibly, encouraging gunjan): chashmish!
