1. the killer may be sprit personality.
2.he is someone who know nupur very closely ,becoz in your 1th part you mentioned nupur feel something familiar about the killer.
now the killer may not nupur's father so who left i think maynk....

3.and last guess the killer may be have some childhood problem so after doing this he forget what he did
