"Hello?" Armaan said uninterestingly after looking at the name of the caller. It was Sonali.

"Hey Armaan sweetuuu!! Where are you nowadays??? And why didn't you call me?" Sonali asked in a sugar coated tone which had irritated Armaan to the hilt.

"Let's just answer one question at a time. I am in this world alright and specifically at my home. Because that's where normal people are supposed to be. And the answer to your next question is that because I didn't feel like calling you!" He said coldly.

"What happened to you Armaan?"

"I am alright Sonali. You don't need to worry about me!!" He was surprised at himself. He never talked to her like that. Was it the way she speaks to him. Every time all so sweet and sugary or was he disturbed by the fact that he had to confront his parents yet again? His world was upside down and he didn't have a single hint as to what he should do.

"Of course I have to! What just happened to you?"

"I am sorry. I guess I am a little frustrated that's all. I will talk to you later, okay?"

"I hope that later comes soon. As it is you are hell bent on ignoring me these days." She said faking sadness. Sadness was there, but for a different reason of which Armaan didn't have the faintest clue.

"I said na I am sorry about it!" Armaan shouted at her. "I will call you when I am free. Would you just, just..."

"Are you sure son? Don't you think you are thinking too much about that girl?"

"No Dad. Even in college I loved her but didn't tell her Dad."

"Abhimanyu, there's nothing I can do in this."

"Dad, Shashank Gupta is indebted to you right?"

"Yes. He is a shrewd man. But how do you know him?"

"He's her father. I think you can do a lot more than you actually think you can."

"We will think about it beta. If you want me to do anything, you will firs have to do something yourself."
