Thanks for PM on the update. Finally, read the chapter. I didn't expect fourth couple in the story…but that was a big knock-out punch to both Alekh & Arushi.

Interesting…u r capturing different ways of falling in love for each couple.

Was it one of the IPL match? Otherwise, don't they drag on for days??? Sorry, not a fan of Cricket (except for MSD).

Can I request u to add character names on 1^st page or beginning of the part? I kinda forgot about Arushi & I realized it @ end of the chapter who she was. I know I was dim but I tend to forgot if it's not on my face. 😳

Rushvi and Robert are just sitting and lounging on the beach when a group of girls come and approach them. Robert grins as he stands up and goes near the girls to start signing autographs and posing for pictures. Rushvi just notices as he makes small talk with the pre-teen girls making them all feel so special. After a few more minutes he comes back and sits down next to her.

"You're really sweet with your fans," she grins at him.

"They're the ones who make me want to work even harder. They're the wind beneath my wings, helping me become more successful."

"They like you because you're not rude to them like some other stars," Rushvi adds.

Robert turns to her and grins his crooked smile at her and leans closer in to kiss her cheeks. "Thanks Rushvi,"

"For what?" Rushvi asks.

"For understanding me for who I am," he says in his charming British accent.

"Have I mentioned I love your accent?" Rushvi grins inching closer.

"Nope, but I adore yours as well," He smirks as he comes closer.

Right then Rushvi sees someone with a camera hiding behind the rocks. "Oh my god! What if he takes a picture? My parents or someone will see it!" she clears her throat and back away. "Uh—Rob—I—"

"Oh Rushvi, I'm sorry. I understand if you think it's too quick," Robert says quickly.

"No—no. I don't mean that." She sighs. "There's a guy with a camera behind the rocks over there," She nods with her head to the left side."

"Oh—come with me quickly." Robert takes her hand and leads her back in direction of the car.

They swiftly get into the car and he drives off back in the direction of Rushvi's house.

"I'm sorry Robert that I freaked out. I know it was kind of rude of me." Rushvi sighs, looking out the window.

"For what Rushvi?" Robert asks.

"It's just if he had gotten a picture of us or something. My family would freak out, and never let me out of their sight. They're still orthodox, and well I'll be honest with you. My family is going to be very against my seeing you, and so—would it be a problem with you if we had to hide out for a little bit?" Rushvi bites her lip, turning to look at him.

"Rushvi, were you really afraid to tell me that?" Robert smiles slowly at her and then glances quickly down to her hand resting on the arm rest, and so he puts his right hand on top of hers and gives it a little squeeze.

"I wasn't afraid," Rushvi tells him. "I just didn't want you to think I'm—crazy or something,"

Robert smiles, "I already think that; what's a beautiful intelligent girl like you see in a guy like me?"

"Are you seriously asking this?" Rushvi exclaims. "Any girl would be lucky to spend so much time with you, and have your undivided attention."

"Well then, I'm glad it's you," Robert smiles as he pulls up outside her house. "Is this okay, or should I go ahead a bit?"

Rushvi shakes her head. "This is fine." She leans in to kiss him on the cheek but right then Robert turns his face, making Rushvi's lips miss their target and end up on his lips instead. As she attempts to pull away she feels his hand in her hair and him deepen the kiss. Rushvi looses herself as she feels his lips moving in slow lazy circles around her own. She could feel his fingers playing with her hair, making them spiral, and that made her realize that this wasn't a dream. She did indeed spend the day with him and now this amazing, indescribable kiss was a reality. Slowly Robert pulls away and looks up at her. She grins at him, her face flaming red, as she gets out of the car. Robert watches her walk up to her front door, and then presses the accelerator after waving bye to her, as she closes the door.

"What an amazing day?" Rushvi just leans on the door, reflecting on everything that had happened, then she walks into the kitchen and her mom stops her. "Why do you look so happy and excited?"

Rushvi giggles. "Aren't I allowed to be happy?"

"You are—but you know, you haven't told me anything about your meeting with Robert," Her mom mentions. "I know you're upset with what Reena did, but she did it for your best interests."

Rushvi nods. "I know mom," She smiles and goes up to her room and starts booting up her laptop. "I need to tell Maya EVERYTHING!" She mutters as her laptop wheezes awake. Rushvi logs onto her facebook first and composes a long message for Maya about everything that happened today in full detail. After she presses send she goes and check Robert's various blogs. The first one she clicks on she sees the top post with a picture of her and Robert. "Oh my god!" she hisses under her breath, trying to see the picture in more detail. "Thank god! My face is hidden," She shakes her head. "Never did I think I'd be so glad for him to almost kiss me. Actually that's a lie. I would be glad any time he tried to kiss me." She quickly looks at the title and bursts out laughing. She quickly takes out her cell phone and types it.

"Robert Pattinson and an unidentified girl out and about on the beach....lol..."

....they're quick aren't they? But they haven't gotten it right. It was much more than just an out and about trip. 😉"

She giggles as she reads his message and replies back. "Definitely, good night xx"

"Nite xx."

Rushvi sighs as she puts her phone in the charger and gets ready for bed.

In Mumbai

Arushi looks at Maya who's sitting on the window seat in the main room. "You're not mad are you?"

Maya turns and looks at her with a confused face. "Mad about what?"

"That even though my flight's tomorrow, I'm spending my last actual evening with Alekh?" Arushi grimaces.

"Do you really think I'd be upset?" Maya asks, right as her phone rings. "Be right back," she slides it open. "Hello?"

"Hey Maya!" Rinki greets her happily.

"Hey Rinkz, what's up?"

"Oh, I called to ask if you had any plans tonight."

Maya grins. "Nope. What'd you have in mind?"

"I was thinking you could join, Harshad, Sushant and me for dinner at the Hyatt?"

"Ohh yeah, that'd be fun. Should I meet you there or..."

"Harshad will pick you up. Great so see you tonight!" Rinki laughs as she hangs up.

"So turns out I won't be stuck at home all night," Maya grins as Arushi looks at her.

Later at the Restaurant

"Where is she?" Harshad mutters under his breath as he and Maya sit in the waiting area of the Hyatt.

"Why don't you just call her?" Maya suggests while smoothing out her purple halter dress.

"Good idea," Harshad comments taking out his phone.

"I know," Maya grins as he dials.

"Where are you?" He asks the minute Rinki picks up.

"Be nice!" Maya frowns and hits his shoulder.

"Listen to her." Rinki giggles. "And I'm in South Mumbai why?"

"Rinkz, you were supposed to be here at the Hyatt. Plans for dinner remember?"

"Oh no! Sushant had to meet with some of his friends. I'm so sorry Harshad. Say sorry to Maya too." Rinki says.

"Why do I get the feeling that you planned this?" Harshad mutters to her, trying not to let Maya hear.

"I don't know. Maybe you're paranoid." Rinki giggles. "Anyways, enjoy your dinner."

"We will," Harshad rolls his eyes and he shuts his phone. "It's just you and me,"

Maya nods. "Okay, she had other plans?"

"Kind of," Harshad looks at her. "Should we get a table?" Maya just stands up with him. "Table for two," He says to the hostess, who leads them towards the back at a small round table for two.

After a few minutes a waiter comes and asks Harshad for his drink order. "And what would your date like to have?" the waiter asks, gesturing to Maya.

"Oh, I'm, not—" Maya starts to correct him when Harshad just smiles at her, as he answers. "She'll have a lime soda," The waiter nods and walks away.

"Oh, so I get to see how Harshad Chopra treats a girl on a date huh?" She smiles at him in a teasing tone.

He looks at her, as she picks up her menu. "Yeah—why not? Oh but I better warn you. You may fall for me by the end of the night," he winks at her, leaving her with a small o at her mouth, he looks down at his menu.

"I may have already," She manages to mumble.

"What was that?" He looks up at her.

"Oh—nothing." She puts her attention back on the menu.

He smiles at her and mutters "Me too," with his attention on his menu in front of him.

After a little while, the waiter comes back with their drinks and then tells them both to get up and dance. "Today is a special day, would you and your lovely lady please dance?"

Harshad looks at Maya and raises his eyebrow, so she grins and nods.

They both make their way to the dance floor, and start swaying along with the slow music. Throughout the whole dance, Maya just looks down, trying not to meet his intense eyes, then she feels his hand not at her waist anymore, but instead using one finger he lifts her chin to make her look up at him.

She keeps looking into his eyes when finally the break in the music, causes her to move away from him. She just smiles and goes to sit back down at the table. He follows her and they just spend the rest of the evening, trying to keep the small talk going. On the ride back, Maya just keeps looking at the window, while Harshad glances back and forth from her to the road. When they arrive at the apartment, Maya turns to him, "Harshad" right as he turns to her and says, "Maya," They both laugh, and she continues. "Thanks for tonight. I had a lot of fun," She grins at him, and starts to get out of the car, when he grabs her hand and so she sits back down in her seat.

"Is he going to kiss me? I –want to, but it wouldn't be right..." Maya bites her lip as he finally clears his throat.

"You were forgetting your purse," He holds it out for her.

"Oh." She takes it and smiles at him, while getting out of the car. She makes her way up to her apartment when her cell phone beeps.

"I had fun tonight, Thanks."

Maya grins as she reads the message from Harshad. "All thanks to you," She walks into the apartment smiling away.

"So how was your night??" Arushi pounces on her, right as she closes the door.

"Whoa!" Maya steps back. "Excited much?"

"Actually I think I'm just too hyper, you know all about that." Arushi grins. "I also decided that even though my flight back tomorrow morning is really early, we won't sleep!"

"And why is that?" Maya laughs putting her purse on the side table.

"Because we can gossip!" Arushi giggles.

"Works for me!" Maya grins back.

So the two of them spend the rest of the night just sitting and reminiscing about old school memories and things that are important to them in their lives now.
