The scene was set and the restaurant was decorated and embellished with beautiful red roses,which were adorning the entire restaurant.The gang looked around the entire place admiring their work.There was just one thing that this place needed now,the two people who it was earnestly waiting for.
Ridhimma-(Armaan signals her to not tell her anything) Actually Muskaan,mujhe kuch bohot zaroori kam aa gaya isi liye!Aaj shopping nahi,ok.Waise main dus minute main paunch rahi hoon.Phir hum sab kapde badal ke restaurant chalenge .Di bhi paunch thi hi hogi,kal shoping jayenge!
Muskaan-Ok theek hain Ridz.Main phone rakh ti hoon.
Muskaan shuts the phone off,and silently creeps back into the hall of the Gupta house to help Padma Aunty ,Dadi and her future saas in whatever they were doing.
Rahul's mom-So beta kya huan?
Muskaan-Kuch nahi,Ridzie abhi paunch rahi hai.
Meanwhile Ridhimma quietly entered,with Anjali and Nikita.Muskaan looked at them three all entering at once and gave them a suspicious look.
Ridhimma-(looks at Nikki and her sister)Wow, what a coincidence,yeh bhi mere peenche peenche aa gaye.(laughs awkwardly)
Muskaan-Hmm..
Ridhimma-Aneways chalo,jaldi ready hote hai,8:30 ko waha restaurant pe paunch na hai!
The girls started quickly getting ready.Ridhimma helped Muskaan drape her sari,and adorned her with matching bangles,earrings and other items.Muskaan quickly sraigthened her hair,and pinned it back leaving her fringe out.
Ridhimma-Wow yaar,kitni sundar dikh rahi ho,mujhe lag ta hai ki Rahul tumhe dekhte hi behosh ho jayega.(laughs)Aneways,chale,der ho rahi hai.
They all sat in the backseat of the car,whilst Anji patiently drove through the jammed roads of Mumbai.The three,including Anjali,Nikita and Ridhimma kept looking at Muskaan as though they were eager to tell her the secret.Nikita was finding it hard not to burst her bubble,and just blurt out the truth with every moment that she was sittting next to Muskaan.After a lot of hustle and bustle they finally reached the restaurant.Anjali told Nikita to stay back with her,so that they could go as she soon as she got parking somewhere.Muskaan and Ridhimma got off a few blocks away from the restaurant.They casually strolled towards the restaurant,when Ridhimma made an excuse to buy something for Armaan.
Ridhimma-Oh look,wow wo black shirt kitna acha hai,mujhe Armaan ke liye kuch you know laana tha,so ek second mai yeh shirt khareed ti hoon,tum waha restaurant main jayo,aur ha Armaan ko kuch mat bataana,sirf kehna hum sab aa rahe hai.
Muskaan-Toh phir main tumhara wait karti hoon nah,dono saath saath chalenge.
Ridhimma-Actually,wo baadi der lag jayegi,aur you know the guys must be wondering where we are,toh tum aage jayo,main bas dus minute main aati hoon.Ok?
Muskaan-(confused)ok theek hain,main jaati hoon.
Ridhimma immediately turned around and entered the shop,trying to avoid the fact that she was lying about this whole shirt thing.Muskaan turned around to make sure Ridhimma had entered the shop,and saw Ridhimma looking at her.As she noticed Muskaan looking back at her ,Ridhimma immediately turned around to look at the shirts that were hanging in the window display,in the corner of the eye noticing Muskaan approaching a guy dressed in a white three quarter shirt,paired with jeans. 'Yes!',she screamed as Muskaan entered the restaurant with Rahul 'Mission accomplished'.
Rahul-Daal main kuch kaala hai.
He looked towards the only table in the restaurant that was decorated with floral accents,the entire place was done up red,rose petals lay scrambled across the floor.The luminance of candles filled the entire place.Just then a waiter approached Rahul.
Waiter-Ji aapka naam Rahul hai?
Rahul-Jee ha,mera naam Rahul hai.
Waiter-To yeh khat aap ke liye hai,kissi Armaan ne aapko dene ke liye kaha tha.
Rahul grabs the letter from the waiter,he quickly scans through it.
Muskaan-Rahul..(whilst holding his arm) baaki sab kaha hai?
Rahul-(Looks towards Muskaan,dazed)
Muskaan-Hello!(she clicks her fingers in front of his eyes)
Rahul-huh,oh wo nahi aa rahe hai,padho yeh.
Muskaan-What?do mujhe.
"SURPRISE!!So guys,Valentines Day to ho chuka peechle mahine main,par akhir tum to aaj hi mile ho,so guys this is to you from all of us!Ye ham sab ki taraf se treat hai,kyunki tum dono ne Valentines nahi celebrate kiya tha,aur kiya bhi tha to wo phone pe.So enjoy the night,aur haan Have fun,Hopefully tumhe ye saab decorations aache lage hoonge.Armaan.P.S .Have fun!"
Rahul-Pagaal hain!
Muskaan-Bohot aache hain!
Rahul-Chalo jake us table par beht te bahi.
Muskaan-Chalo!
Rahul escorted Muskaan to the table and pulled the chair out for Muskaan,making her sit down comfortably.He then went to sit right in front of her.Rahul continued his staring,as Muskaan awkwardly looked around the place.
Rahul-Tum aaj bohot sundar lag rahi ho,vakahi ek paari.Mere aankhe tumhare chehre se haat ti hi nahi.
Muskaan-(blushes)thanks!
Rahul-So kuch order kare?(lifts his hand up to call the waiter)
Waiter-Jee,sir aap kya lenge?
Rahul-Well can you get us some drinks,mere liye umm (thinks whether he should take a hard drink)Coke,or madam ke liye orange juice.
Muskaan smiled as she realised,that she knew him too well.Moreover she was pleased that he had chosen a non-aclocholic beverage,like a true gentleman.
Rahul-Aur for dinner I would like an Arabiata Pasta,aur Muskaan tumhe kya chahiye?Menu par jo hai wo sabh kuch manga doo?
Muskaan-Rahul!(looks at him in anger)a salad please(looking at the waiter).
The waiter goes off after taking the order.
Rahul-Tum kab se diet karne lagi?Pehle toh ek dam bhukad thi!
Muskaan-Ever since,tum kehne lage ki main bohot khati hu.
Rahul-Maine kab kaha ki tum zyaada khati ho?
Muskaan-Uff!Tumne hi to us stupid wedding main mujhe Bhukad kaha tha!
Rahul-Did not!
Muskaan-Did too
Rahul-Nahi kaha tha!
Muskaan-Jhoot mat bolo Rahul,kaha tha.
Rahul-Uff Muskaan ,nahi kaha tha.
Muskaan-Tum mujse baat bhi mat karna!(looking in the other direction.)
Rahul-Theek hai nahi karta,kyunki I don't mind staring at you this entire evening,cause I really can't take my eyes off you.
Muskaan-(blushes)Kya?Raaahulll' mujhe manana koi tumse seekhe.
Rahul-Muskaan,kissi aur ko seekhne ki zaroorat hai kya?
Muskaan-You never know?
Rahul-(angrily grabs her hand)Muskaan tum bas meri ho,samjhi?
Muskaan-Rahul!ouch,(unfastens his tight grasp)main to sirf mazaak kar rahi thi.
Rahul-I know,I know.Sorry,tumhe laagi to nahi!
Muskaan-Nahi laagi!Don't worry(laughs)
Rahul gets out of his seat and comes over to Muskaan holding out his hand.Muskaan gets the hint and accepts his hand.They both move into the centre of the room,with slow music playing.
The song "Pehla Nasha Pehla Khumar.."is playing in the background.
Rahul and Muskaan slowly sway to the music.Rahul grabs a hold of Muskaan's waist.Muskaan keeps her arm on his shoulder and they slowly sway to the music.Thier eyes are lost in each other,they are lost in each other,Rahul twirls Muskaan around and spins her out,and then in.Muskaan moves her hand to his neck, clasping them around his neck.She stares into his blue-grey eyes.Rahul moves aside a strand of hair,from Muskaan's face and kisses her on her cheek,he slowly moves down to her neck.Muskaan's breath starts to grow rapid upon his touch.Rahul decides to twirl her around again,and he ends his turn so suddenly that Muskaan falls onto him,making her inches apart from him.Muskaan gently lays her head upon his shoulder,as they continue to sway to the music.
Just then the Waiter arrives with the food,and they both go back to their seats to eat their fill.Muskaan and Rahul continue eating when the doors to the restaurant open.The rest of the gang frantically wave at them,smiling as they see the two engrossed in each other.They urgently approach their table,with Armaan clutching a box containg a cake.
Armaan-Sorry!tumhare shandaar dinner ko disturb kiya,par haame cake kaat na tha.
Rahul-Aaj to kisika birthday nahi hai,toh phir?
Armaan-Nahi ye cake,isilye hai ki hum sab phir se ek saath hai!Re-union cake!
Rahul-(laughs)You guys are seriously too much.
Ridhimma-Nahi!Its our pleasure!
Muskaan-(hugs all the girls and then moves to the guys,receiving a disapproving look from Rahul)
Armaan notices Rahul's look and smiles,thinking that the tables had now turned,instead of Armaan being the jealous boyfriend,Rahul was the now constantly jealous boyfriend.
Atul-Chalo cake kaat te hain,mujhe bohot bhook lagi hai.
Armaan-Champ tumne abhi abhi itna sab kuch khaya hai,phir bhi.
Anjali-Yaar,cake Atul ka weakness hai.
Nikita-Wow Anjali,tum Atul ko bohot achi tarah se jaanti ho!
Anjali-Umm yeah,waise lets cut the cake now.
The entire gang get a hold of the knife and cut the cake,all laughing and feeding each other.
Precap:The party continues,Rahul and Muskaan go to visit Muskaan's brother.
Okay guys,I know that was a bit short,lol but I will update the next bit tmrw no worries.Lol,I tried to encorporate a Nokh-Jhok that some people wanted,didn't really turn out that good,but will try write one for the next update.So guys thanx a lot for reading,do comment and criticize!
