They met but for them the meeting was not a satisfaction. Though they were near to each other, they could not go close to each other. Whenever they did their subconscious mind always prevented them to go further. Milind was feeling nervous, thinking how his meeting would go with Prachi's father, still unaware of his identity. Prachi on other was feeling really nervous for her father's opinion on their relation. She dreaded what would she do if her father said 'no' to their relation. This thought made her sleepless during the nights. She did not want to hold these things for a very long time.
That evening Inder was doing his routine work in his study. Prachi entered with room, with nervousness in her heart. Seeing him busily working and her nervousness, did not allow her to move further. "so my princess wants to talk about her prince with me now….I'm I right." Prachi heard her father's voice, when she was about to leave the room. "dad how did you." Prachi asked him, who still buried his head in his files. "I'm your father and I know what's going in my princess's mind." He continued still buried his head in the files. "so is he ready to meet me." Inder questioned her, finally lifting his head from the files.
"actually dad, he's dying to meet you." Prachi replied in a excited manner.
"so when are you arranging this meeting." Inder asked her, equally excited to meet the person whom his daughter loved. "what about tomorrow", Prachi jumped even more excitedly. "but you should promise onething." This made Inder to think upon for sometime. "yes for both of them you said. I promise you……………………..what should I", Inder asked with a bewildered expression on his face. "you should promise that you won't get the business matters before him or deal any dealings when you are talking with him." Prachi demanded. "so it be." Inder replied with a smile on his face. "dad don't forget about fixing the date of our marriage with him as early as possible." Prachi asked him making puppy faces. "ok……ok I will and I won't forget." Inder replied as his smile grew more broader seeing his daughter being more happy than before. He thought doing anything for her to be happy. Prachi happily hopped to the entrance and excitedly about her marriage with Milind. "you still didn't tell me the name of your prince." Prachi suddenly stopped hearing Inder's voice. "oh no! I really forgot about it.", she hits her head with her hand and turns back. "what should I say about him dad. Simple intro doesn't suit him." Prachi started of with taking a breath for a second. "hmmmmmmmmmmmm", Inder gave a long sound with his closed lips. "he who will rule the entire business world in a very near future, he who loves your princess and make her happy unlike anyone does. He who doesn't like to see her sad and glommily. He is a man with all the qualities that any princess would like to have. And…………………..and………", "Prachi don't keep this a suspense just blurted it ou, your father is very eagerly waiting with his fingers crossed." Inder interrupted impatiently. "and……….he is none other than Milind Mishra. One more thing dad, you will like im very much when you meet him in person. Are you excited dad. Well to tell, I will really have sleepless night today. Anyhow goodnight dad." Prachi left the room ignoring Inder's expressions and temper he was controlling hearing Milind's name. "it's not possible", he thought. He actually did not face that person again in is life but he cursed his fate, which was turning it into a relationship. He thought he should turn this relation down, which was mere impossible for him to do so. He had think and do this carefully, so he would hurt only him and make himself say from his mouth that he doesn't want to continue any relation with his daughter. But he dreaded what his daughter would go through, when she comes to know that her father had done. He opens his eyes suddenly and looks here and there. He still did not want him to be his son-in-law at any cost, even though his daughter is hurted with his rejection. He tooks the phone from the beside table and dails a number. After waiting for a long time to answer, "see just get me the personal details of this person called Milind Mishra. Make it fast, in few hours. Make it quick." He commanded and slashed the phone on the desk, angrily. "MIlind Mishra, you played your part well. Then it's my turn. I'll show how I will play my part." He mumbled as a small curve of smile appeared on his face.
"Milind I'm really really excited, you know." Prachi shouted nearly making Milind's ear blow off. "ok Prachi now cool down. If not my ear will blow off and all tease you in the future saying that you have married a guy with only one ear." Milind mocked. "who dares to say this, I'll see…..they'll have no ears left to hear anything." Prachi replied angrily. "ok, cool down. I know how much you love me. Then tell me the matter you really want to share it." Milind trying to cool down Prachi. "ok, now listen to me…….dad agreed to meet you and that too tomorrow morning at 10'oclock at Taj. So be prepared….no loosing temper Milind there", Prachi's grew hoarse. "ok, I promise you. Sweety." Milind added cheerfully. "anything for you." "hey Prachi how can I know that he is your father." Milind asked with the puzzled expressions. "you are an idiot, Milind." Prachi crackled. "you are in the business world and don't know my father. This is very ridiculous. Wait I'll tell you…it's none other than Inder Shah, father of Prachi Shah. And one more thing don't be late. Dad don't like it, ok bye", Prachi disconnected the phone ignoring whether Milind heard it or not. Milind at once slipped of his phone on hearing that Inder was Prachi's father. He did not know why the fate was playing games with him like this. He knew what his answer would be. But all he worried was about PRachi. He made her promise that they would never elope but seeing the situation at present he could see this only way for them to be together.
