Part 13a:

"Ahem…ahem!" he turned to see her biting hr lip trying to control her laughter whilst he was thinking of a way to cover up what he said. "Wow chipkali, you're in. Kya kiya? Blackmail, guilt trip ya bribery?"

"No, no and no. Isko kehte hai- talent. Aur talent ko pehchan liya gaya hai to mera kya kasoor hai ismein?" She fluttered her eyelashes innocently
"Yeh sab to koi bhi kar sakta hai, kuch special talent ka nateeja to nahin hai. Par I hope you know the rest of the matter. Even though you are in, you can not perform as a senior without a partner.😃 who are you going to go with- i have loads of girls behind me waiting for a chance to dance with the best but what are you going to do? Bechari Riddhima, nayi hai to koi nahi dance karega na tumhare saath."
"Perhaps you didn't read the rest of the poster in the shock of finding i'm in but we cannot choose our own partners- shubhankar sir does."
"Yeah, yea, yeah. That is what you think. Just wait and watch to see what I do." Riddhima was confused but realized that she was now later than ever so then turned to leave but then turned back around halfway.
"Mr so called"super-cool", you do realize that we are now so late that we have missed half of the lesson. You had better hurry up or else Keerti maam won't let you get away so easily"
"Aaah. so young ad so foolish. Armaan Mallik has a solution for everything" Riddhima was intrigued by Armaan and then smiled to herself realizing something.
"Armaan Mallik does not have a solution for being my slave for the day though. I won the bet fair and square so now you serve me. And since you have a solution, my first command for you as my slave is to get me out of this mess!"
"But-"
"No buts- or you know we can skip this lesson and have you cleaning my choes instead." Armaan was silenced at once and they entered the class. Everyone turned around surprised and after seeing them loose their concentration, Keerti also turned and saw a nervous Ridzy and smug-looking Armaan at the door.
"How nice of you to join us Riddhima Khanna and Armaan Mallik. Shall i send for an aarti at the door to greet you or would you like to first tell me any reason for arriving soo early?" keerti demanded in a sarcastic tone.
" Well, actually, when we are together we tend to lose the track of time. If you know what i mean." Armaan said while turning his cheek to show a lipstick mark on the side of his face.
"Uh...Um, maam, he is lying!" Ridzy stammered as she was gettingcat-calls from the class. she gave an angry glare at Armaan and elbowed him in the stomach.
"No, Chipka...Ridzy, why are you saying i am lying? You were the one that came and told me that sir needed us for some work to do with the talent parade." The look in her eyes went from a mad glare to a thankful look as he ended his sentence.
"Sir- what sir? Everybody knows that it ishighly innapropriate to take students out of the class! And what for- a talent parade?!? This is a college where you learn not a stage to perform! What teacher told you to do such a thing?"
"Maam- it was shubhankar sir. He also said that you need to meet him by the canteen at lunch break😉"
"Oh... umm yes... yes he told me that he had to discuss... some... some students behavior!😳" The class had started laughing and so Keerti ordered the two to go sit down and started teaching again with a slight blush on her face.
The only two seats left were at the front and they were next to each other. So reluctantly Riddhima and Armaan sat next to each other at the front and she whispered to him.
"Are Keerti maam and shuhankar sir going out?"
"I cannot believe you do not know! The whole college knows that they love each other but still have not had the guts to tell each other.If you ask me- no such thing as love exists but it is all for te better as I have been getting away with coming in late in her class far ages. Otherwise- we wouldn't have survived for the next lesson."
"You don't believe in love?!? I cannot believe you-it is the sweetest and purest thing on earth, and let me reassure you it exists!"
"Yea, yea, yea... and you can say that how? Have you ever been in love?"
"No.."
"do you know anyone in love?"
"Well, just look all around you, and you yourself said that keerti maam and shubhankar sir are in love"
"That is not love- it is called lust. And like you said- look all around you. You see vivek and shaina at the back."
"Yea they are so sweet and Inseperable"
"Inseperable...😆 Woh chipkoo to har roz ek nayi laki ke saath hota hai. Kal to woh Rosie thi, aur aaj Shaina."
"Well, i am sure that this time it is real... look at his facial expressions- he looks like he loves her from thew bottom of his heart."
"As you say... Shaina from the bottom, Rosie from the top and Nidhi from the middle."
"So class.. who knows the answer?" Keerti questioned to the class breaking Ridzy and Armaan out of their talks.
"Riddhima- what about you? I was told by shubh- i mean prof.Shubhankar that you are a very bright student. Do you know the answer?"
"Woh... maam... the answer..." Ridzy had not heard the question.
"Exactly- you don't know. Don't think that you can talk all of the way thorugh my class after coming half an hour late and still i will not say anything. Meet me after class and I shall give you what you deserve."
Riddhima was quite nervous as she NEVER got detentions and this was only her first week in college and she already will be getting one! She whispered to Armaan.
"Wait for me after class slave...i think i will need some more of your services."
The class was over soon enough and everyone had left. Riddhima waited at Keerti's desk. Finally she started talking to her
"As this is your first week here and you worked well for the rest of the lesson, i shall let you off this time. par ahinda aise kuch bhi hua to mujse bura koi nahi hoga- you got that? (ridzy nodded her head) For now you can have some extra homework as your punishment." With that she gave Riddhima a stack of papers for her to do. And ridz exited with a panic-stricken face. Then she saw Armaan flirting ith some girl nearby outside the class and smiled. She walked over to them and dumped the pile on to Armaan.
"This is my second command for you slave. I need these for tomorrow." Saying so she walked away before Armaan could retaliate or say anything leaving an😡angry Armaan there with a confused girl.

thank you everyone for the wonderful comments- it is really supportive and encouraging.
i know that i have not been very regular in updating this ff but i still feel that i might not finish unwritten as it is too much to write two ffs at once for me and it links in to forced so i can't finish it off early either.😕 i have no clue on what to do.
i am thinking of maybe leaving it for a while and continuing on forced for a bit but then going back to this- any suggestions?
i will however be continuing at least every other day for the next few days on both fics. my days of freedom are limited- my holiday is ending on monday😭. it was not too much of a holiday either- just two weeks of extra sleep(needed it badly), writing on if, tv and my family pestering me to study instead.

p.s/ I am posting a pm list on the first page. plz tell me if you want me to p.m. you when i update. Anyone who i already pm will be on there anyway.
