In the evening:
After working in the office, Dilip headed straight to Sharma house.


At Sharma house:
Dilip knocked on the front door. Suryban opened it.
Suryban: "Hello Dilip, come in."
As Dilip came in, they both hugged.
Suryban: "Come, sit."
Dilip and Suryban went and sat onto the living room sofas.
Suryban: "so tell me- kaise ana huwa?"
Dilip: "Well Suryban, I've come today to ask you a very important question."
Suryban: "Yes go ahead."
As Dilip was about to speak, Kripa and Gayathri walked into the room.
Kripa: "Hello uncle, how are you?"
Kripa hugged Dilip.
Dilip: "I'm fine beta."
Gayathri: "So Dilip how is Naina?"
Dilip: "She's perfectly fine."
Dilip paused.
Suryban: "What wrong Dilip?"
Dilip (looked up at Kripa): "Suryban I came to ask for your daughter's wedding proposal..."
As Dilip said this, he put his hands out to Kripa, gesturing to Suryban that he was asking for Kripa's rishta.
Everyone was speechless.
Gayathri: "...Lekin Dilip..."
Suryban: "Dilip...hum..."
Dilip: "Don't worry you guys; I'm not talking about Prithvi. I'm talking about Angad."
Kripa started blushing. She ran upstairs in her room.
Gayathri went after her.
Suryban and Dilip were left downstairs.


Upstairs in Kripa's bedroom:
Gayathri: "Kripa open the door beta!"
Kripa went and opened the door.
As Gayathri went inside, Kripa went back to her bed.
Gayathri: "Kripa, Angad is a good boy, and I'm sure he will keep you happy."
Kripa: "Mum, did I say he wasn't a good boy?"
Gayathri: "Oh so now my little sweetheart knows that much that now she is correcting me about him?"
Kripa got up from her bed.
Kripa: "No mum. I mean, yeah I think he is quite..."
Gayathri started laughing.
Gayathri: "Kripa beta, you will live happily with him and plus we've known his family for years."
Kripa: "Mum...I don't know."
Gayathri: "O.k. I'll just go down and tell Dilip that you're not bothered, and I'll tell him to never come back for your proposal."
As Gayathri was about to leave the room, Kripa quickly held her back.
Kripa: "Mum, when did I say that I was bothered about Angad?"
Gayathri: "But beta, you said you don't know."
Kripa interrupted Gayathri.
Kripa: "No mum, I do care, I love him."
Kripa stopped. Gayathri started laughing again and playfully hit Kripa on her head.
Gayathri: "Well you should have said that first."
After Gayathri said this, she left the room.


Downstairs in the Sharma house:
Suryban: "Dilip I don't know. We have to ask Kripa first."
Gayathri interrupted Suryban from the top of the stairs.
Gayathri: "Well, Kripa's decision is that she wants to get married to Angad."
Dilip and Suryban got up in relief.
Dilip: "Really?"
Gayathri: "Yes, I've just asked her."
Suryban and Dilip looked at each other and hugged again.
Suryban: "We're not just friends now, we are relatives."
They both laughed.
