Next dayâŚ
Kanya wakes up, she feels little weak and has a flew too cause of the rain last night but still gets up to dress for college. She goes to the mirror and while brushing her hair she can see Ranbir in the mirror but when she turns and looks there but there is no one! Pammi tells her to stay back and not go to college.
At the collegeâŚ
Ranbir is early, he is eagerly waiting to see kanya, to talk to her and tell her what he feels.
Natasha and angad arrive.
An: hey Ranbir, Wassup dude?
N: hi Ranbir!
R: hey angad, hey Natasha! [while talking to them he is looking around for kanya]
N: kya hua? Kise dhoond rahe ho?
R: no nothing, chalo!
They go to the class, but kanya is not there so he asks alisha.
R: hey alisha!
Al: oh hi Ranbir, howzit?
R: I am good and you? Btw aaj tum akeli?
Al: yeah kanyas not well!
R: oh okay [worried]
The whole day passes and Ranbir cant think of anything apart from kanya, he just cant concerntrate. Its time to go home now and Ranbir decides to drop Natasha home and maybe he can see kanya there.
R: Natasha, mujhe tumse koi baat karni thi, can I drop u home then we can talk on the way!
N: cool, I'll just go tell angad!
R: okay, I'll wait in the car!
They both sit in the car and leave for the khanna mansion, the whole trip Ranbir doesn't say anything the whole way, he is only thinking one thing, KANYA! And Natasha is busy fuming as he told her he wants to talk about something but she cant understand why he said that and didn't say a word the whole way. They reach home.
N: thanks, Ranbir why don't you come in? mum will reli be happy!
R: yeah sure let me just greet aunty! Why don't you go in, I'll park the car and come!
N: okay, come soon!
She goes inside and Ranbir parks his car and while he is going inside he sees kanya sitting in her balcony and thinking, the wind is blowing her hair, shes looking absolutely beautiful. He stands there and looks at her, but she doesn't see him, he just keeps staring.
N: hello, kya hua??
R: oh, kuch nahi. Chalo!
While they are going kanya sees him and also goes inside.
R: [he goes and touches pammis legs] Namaste Aunty!
P: arre, jeete raho! Kaise ho beta? Malika kaisi hai?
R: main bilkul theek hoon aur mum be bohot achi hain!
P: acha, tum bhetho, main kuch pakore shakore le ke aati hoon!
R: nahin, aunty aap pareshan kyun hoti hain?
P: tum chup karo aur bhehet jaao, main abhi ayi do minute mein.
R; theekhe.
N: main mum ki thodi help karke aati hoon.
R: sure!
Natasha also goes to the kitchen. Ranbir is sitting alone and getting bored he starts looking around he sees a family picture, he goes to see it. It was taken around three years ago in America, kanya was laughing and her hands were on nats head like bunny ears.lolz
R: kanya looks like a very cute and naughty teenager. [blushing] and Natasha looks like a mature but sweet teenager. [smiling]
He looks at the other pics but none of them was kanyas. Then he starts looking around and up for kanya and realises that kanya is hiding behind a pillar and looking at him.
R: he smiles, raising eyebrows and looks at her with a questioning look,
K: (embarrassed hides behind the pillar, then after a while she peeps out to see him but he's not there, she gets uneasy and starts looking around to see where he is)
Suddenly someone pulls her inside her room (obviously its ranbir) he closes the room.
K: what the hell? Tum yahan kya kar rahe ho? Aur tumhari himmat kaisi hui mujhe aise yahan lane ki, HOW DARE YOU?? WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THâŚ
Ranbir pushes her to the wall and closes her mouth, she struggles but then understands there is no use.
R: [he goes closer to her] ShhhhhâŚ..
There eyes lock and Kanyas heart skips a heart beatâŚ
R: Main yahan tumse kuch kehne aya hoon. Kanya yesterday I realized that there is definitely something with both of us, Jab tumhe dekhta hoon, I feel like this world is beautiful I forget everything, I just feel like smiling and looking at you, When I don't see you I get really uneasy, when yesterday we were so close, we kissed I felt complete for the first time, aisa laga jo khalipan tha meri zindagi mein who pura hogaya! You complete me kanya! I think I love you! [they stare at eachother for a while, he leaves kanyas mouth and she bursts out]
K: What the hell do you think of yourself??? How dare you come in my room like this? How dare you touch me? How dare you talk all this rubbish to me? Huh? What the hell do you think you are huh? Now just Get out of here now!
R: [confused by her reaction] But kanya⌠I thoughtâŚ
K: What did you think huh?? Btw what do you think you are huh? Some hunk?? Mr Ranbir Nanda many girls must be behind you but not me, Get that!
R: and what about yesterday??
K: what about yesterday??? What about it? It was nothing, it was just a damn kiss I've kissed many guys before and im sure you must have also kissed many girls, its not a big deal. Okay! I was just scared and maybe something just happened but that doesn't mean I like you or [laughs] love you! How could you even think that?
R: kanya, I've never kissed any girl before, you are my first and I know you also like me then why are you denying it?
K: You just don't get it na? the simple thing is that I hate you! That even to the core! I just cant stand it when you are around why would I like you???
R: Then why do you get jealous when im with someone else? Why do you feel shy when I look at you? When I touch you why does your heart skip a heartbeat? Why were you looking at me when I was downstairs? When I wasn't there why did you get so uneasy and start looking for me? Answer me! What was that?
K: it was nothing okay, now leave! [she moves him and tries to walk away but Ranbir catches her and pushes her back to the wall]
R: Oh okay, so you don't like me?
K: yes I hate u!
R: oh really [getting aggressive]
K: leave me! You are hurting me!
R: Do you love me or not?
K: No!
R: Say you love me!
K: no!
He kisses her, she struggles but cant do anything, he presses the kiss, tears start rolling out of kanya's eyes she closes her eyes. Then he sees this and leaves her, he realizes what he just done, he looks down then at her,
R: kanya [he tries to rub her tears]
But she pushes his hand. And slaps him.
K: Just leave! Get lost!
R: kanyaâŚ
K: get out!
He leaves, and straight out of the house.
N; Ranbir, Ranbir, stop Ranbir! [but hes gone] ab isse kya hua?
Kanya is leaning on the wall and sitting on the floor and cryingâŚ
Ranbir is upset, he thinks about everything kanya said he is angry on her, he knows what he just done was wrong but he cant let himself down, he wasn't wrong and maybe she is right this cant be love. He cant love a girl like her. He goes to his favorite place. It's a place next to the beach and there are rocks around, he usually sits there and watches the sunset.
R: Its true I cant love a arrogant and rude girl like KK, Never!
The next few days Kanya completely ignores Ranbir, like he doesn't exist if he goes to the canteen she doesn't go there she goes to the library instead, if he is playing PE she tries and bunks sports. Kanya is more quiet and lost nowadays and Ranbir feels bad seeing her that way but he still thinks it was her who was wrong because if she didn't feel anything for him why did she have to kiss him? If she is arrogant and stubborn he is not less. Ranbir also ignores her as much as he can. But still destiny just tries to bring them together in every way, if kanya is passing and Ranbir also comes there they both try to pass and look at each other, both decide to move to the same pass, and then one of them just stands still till the other passes.
In the meanwhile Ranbir and nats come close, They spend a lot of time together as they have a project that they have to finish they are in one team, so the meet everyday and more then work they talk, joke, laugh enjoy. After that they talk on the phone for two hours. Pammi and malika are very happy seeing this.
At nats house in the gardenâŚ.
R: Natasha ab thoda kaam karein? Kuch dino se we are just playing around!!
N: I know, I was thinking the same thing!
She goes to pick up the pen and Ranbir also tries to take it at the same time and they touch eachother, Natasha turns and they both have an eyelock.
R: sorry!
N: [blushing] its okay!
R: blush karte hue, you look very cute!
N: really? Thanks!
R: im serious, you should have seen your face when we touched.
N: [turns red with embarassment] Just shut up okay!
R: see [laughing and making fun of her]
N: Ranbir, you⌠[she runs behind him they both run around]
Natasha catchesup and hits him they laugh and play, kanya is watching all this and doesn't like it she gets upset and gos in her room.
K: how does it matter to me, what they do! Huh!
Scene shifts back to Natasha and Ranbir.
R: Natasha I need to ask you something.
N: what?
He bends down on his knees.
R: Natasha, will you be my date at the valentine prom??
N: what [blushing]
R: Will you?
N: seriously?
R: nahi, main to yahan behet ke mazak kar raha hoon!
N: [smiling] Sorry, Yeah I would love to!
R: oh I knew that waise bhi tumhe aur koi to milega nahi!
N: oh just shutup, aapni baat karo!
R: hehehe, very funny!
N: yeah, very funny!
They keep arguing and the scene fades.
