Its evening and everybody is getting ready. Soon the guests start coming, everyone except from the birthday girls are down. Pammi sends astha to call Natasha, and Natasha goes down she is wearing a beautiful white indian outfit.
She is looking absolutely beautiful. As soon as she gets down she starts looking for Ranbir, all her friends come, they wish her, she greets them and is standing with them but her eyes are only looking for Ranbir.
Riya: Nats, Who are you looking for???
N: ah? woh? im just seeing the d?r,
They all start talking again. Then kripa enters. Nats runs to her
N: you are late!
Kr: I know, im sorry, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
N: thank you,
Kripa gives her a gift.
N: [she looks around] Ranbir aur malika aunty nahi aye?
Kr: nahin, mum bad me ayengi, aur Ranbir thoda busy tha, he might not come.
N: oh okay, [dissapointed]
Kr: chal, ab lets make the party rocking! Wheres Kanya by the way?
N: you know how long she takes to get dressed, she?ll be here in a bit!
They all go and start dancing and enjoying.
Harry comes down and twinkle enters, she?s looking really pretty, she is wearing a black dress and hair in soft curls, harry sees her [Bakhuda starts playing] and goes upto her,
H: hey, [on hes knees] may i?
T: [smiles] okay.
They both dance. Bakhuda tumhi ho, har jaga tumhi ho, haan meain dekhoon jahan jag us jaga tumhi ho.
Angad comes: Hey everyone! Happy Birthday once again!
N: thank you again!
An: Kripa, how about a dance?
Kr: sure, Nats ill see you in a bit!
Rishi comes: Hey pooja!
P: hi, how are you, come!
R: pooja, aaj tum bohot khoobsurat lag raho ho.
P: thanks!
R: do you wana dance?
P: waise main koi ke saath dance to nahin karti, but okay, lets go!
Mansha and azaan are doing the music.

Natasha feels really lonely. And thinks about Ranbir. Someone comes and closes her eyes. She feels the persons hands.
N: [excited] VIK!
V: atleast, you remember.
N: vik, you are here, wow! How are you, oh my god, I don?t know wat to say, im so happy!
V: don?t say anything, I need peace!
N: tum kabhi nahin sudhroge,
She hugs him.
V: Natasha, I know im too good, but koi dekhe ga to kya kahega?
N: shut up! [hits him on the hand]
V: anyways, Many happy returns of the day!
N: thank you!
V: Aaj tum bohot khoobsurat lag rahi ho! How about a dance?
N: SURE! Lets go!
They all dance on:

The scene shifts to Kanya. In her room. Shes still getting ready, wearing what her dad bought but shes not sure if she should go out with it.
K: [looking in the mirror] waise, I do look really pretty in this, [smiling].
Pam: Kanya, chal party shuru ho gayi hai!
K: ya mom, I?ll be there in a minute.
Pam: okay, jaldi kar!
The scene shifts back to the party.
Vik, gets a call and tells Natasha he?ll be back, he just has some urgent stuff to sort out.
Ranbir and malika enter, Natasha sees them and goes to them.
N: [touches her feet] aunty, thank you for coming!
M: jeeti raho, and Happy Birthday! Tumhe har khushi mile!
N: thank you aunty!
R: happy birthday, Natasha! [gives her a bouquet]
N: thanks Ranbir. [taking the bouquet] [trying to hide her happiness]
R: sorry, im late na?
N: no no, its okay. Come I want to introduce you to mom! Aunty aap bhi ayiye.
She takes them to pammi.
N: mom, yeh malika aunty hain.
Pammi and malika are shocked.
Pam: Malika!
M: pammi! Tu yahan?
They both hug.
M: tu yahan hai, aur mujhe bataya tak nahin?
Pam: bohot try kiya, lekin tere numbers lag hi nahi re rahe the!
M: haan, who abhi hi badle hain, kaisi hai tu?
N: [surprised] wait a minute, aap log ek doosre ko jaante hain?
Pam: haan bohot achi tarhan se.
M: to yeh, humare Natasha hai? Sara din kitabein parti rehti thi!
Pam: haan, yeh Natasha hai!
M: jab tum sab chote the, hum parosi the! Pooja, chutki aur harpal kahan hai? Aur anand jiju?
Pam: chal sabse milati hoon, waise yeh Ranbir hai kya?
M: haan, yeh Ranbir hai! [she indicates to Ranbir to touch her feet]
R: [touches her feet] namaste
Pam: jeete raho, kitna bada hogaya hai na?
M: haan,
Pam: chal main tujhe sabse milati hoon!
Pammi makes harry, pooja and anand meet malika and she also goes to see kripa.
PS: malika and pammi were best friends and neighbours they all lived in Punjab but then pammi and anand shifted to America, but they always kept in touch but recently lost contacts, all the kids knew each other when they were small, they would play!
M: chutki kahan hai?
Pam: woh tayar ho rahi hai, pooja jaake Kanya ko bula ke aa, to!
P: theeke mom!
Pooja goes to call Kanya! Ranbir starts talking to his friends. Natasha keeps looking at him but he doesn?t see her.
The scene shifts back to kanyas room, Kanya is sitting and talking to her teddy bear,
K: teddy tujhe kya lagta hai, am I looking good? Anyways patanahi mum kahan reh gayi hai, main niche kaise jaoon? Kabse wait karahi hoon! Who idiot mujhe kahin miljaye so I think I ?ll kill him, uski wajah se main apni B?day party mein akeli behti hoon, I cant even walk properly! Oh I HATE HIM!
Pooja, comes and Kanya quickly hides her teddy.
P: kya kar rahi hai tu?
K: what am I doin? What are u all doin? No one even thought about me, I cant even walk down im waiting for someone to come fetch me from so long!
P: sorry, who sab busy ho gaye the.
K: ya whatever, now help me!
P: okay, baba you don?t have to fight!
she helps her and takes her to the steps, then they start walking down the steps, and Ranbir turns and sees Kanya walking down.

And she is talking and laughing with pooja, and her hair starts flying with the cool breeze. The song Pehli nazar mein starts playing. On the music Kanya is walking down and Ranbir is just staring at her.

Kanya goes to her mum and starts telling her something.

Kanya starts talking to nats and her friends, shane also cums and she also starts talking to her. Ranbir is still staring at her. He starts walking upto her. She sees him.
K: [she feels like smiling, but why she cant understand, so she decides to not smile]
R: hi, Kanya!
K: hi [sarcastically]
R: tum aaj bohot khoobsurat lag rahi ho!
K: thanks! Tum yahan kaise?
R: mujhe Natasha ne bulaya hai, aur tum?
K: [laughs] tum jante ho aaj kiski birthday hai?
R: haan, Natasha aur uski behen ki!
K: aur uski behen kahan hai?
R: [surprised] don?t tell me, tum uski behen ho?
K: yep, shes my sis!
R: oh, to tum ho chutki?
K: what? [shocked coz that was her pet name, when she was small] tumhe kisne kaha? Im gonna kill nats!
R: don?t worry she didn?t tell me, I know you!

R: hum bachpan mein khelte the, that?s how!

R: [smiles] don?t call me that, but yeh that was me,
K: [she starts smiling] You were so fat when you were small, I cant believe it my biggest enemy at the moment was my childhood friend.
R: strange na?
Before she could say anything pammi and malika come there,
P: Kanya, yeh malika aunty hain, tujhe yaad hai bachpan mein tu inke hi ghar pe rehti thi!
K: hi aunty, so nice to meet you! [Excited she hugs her]
M: [kind of shocked by the response coz she expected her to touch her feet say namaste like nats] Kaisi ho, chutki, kitni badi ho gayi hai!
P: haan, aur bohot shararti bhi!
M: bache isliye to hote hain. Chal wahan jaake baat karte hain,
P: chal! [they both go and sit on the other side and start talikng]
M: to pammi tujhe apna wada yaad hai na?
P: waada, kaunsa?
M: bhoolgayi na, yaad hai tune waada kiya tha ke tu mujhe teri ek beti degi,
P: acha woh waada, haan yaad hai,
M: main hamesha kehti thi, tere teen bete hote to teeno ko apni bahu bana leti, lekin ek hi beta hai, to main apne Ranbir keliye teri Natasha ka haath mangti hoon!
P: Natasha, [smiles] meri taraf se to haan hai, bas bachon se poochle, phir rishta pakka!
They keep talking, the scene shifts to Kanya and Natasha cutting the cake.
They both cut the cake, they feed eachother then Kanya first feeds her dad, and nats feeds her mum then the rest.
They all talk about when they were small, angad and kripa would always be together when they were small nats was the lonely one, pooja liked to bully all and Kanya was the sweet one, she would be the best but her and Ranbir also were friends but would always fight and remembering those days, they start arguing again on whos fault it was.
N: tum dono, ab ladna band karoge! Oh you know what Kanya vik is here!
K: oh that?s cool, to kahan hai tumhara boyfriend?
N: hes just a friend!
K: whatever!
V: hey everyone!
N: vik, This is Ranbir! Ranbir this is my best friend VICKY!
R: Hi Vicky!
V: hi Ranbir, heard a lot about you from nats.
R: I hope all good things!
V: don?t worry dude, always good
R: Natasha never told me about you!
V: [gets upset and looks at nats] okay, ill just be back and starts walking away.
N: vik, vik, stop vik! She goes to him and holds his hand. Vik whats the problem?
V: problem, nothing! How does it matter you?ve got better friends now, you don?t need me anymore!
N: VIK, no one can take your place!
V: oh really, then whats ranbirs role here?
N: vik can we talk later, come lets dance, dekho sab dance kar rahe hain!
V: okay, but later I want some answers!
N: YES BOSS!
They both go on the dance floor, all the rest of the couples also go, pammi and anand also join in, shantu dances with some young guy. Rankan are sitting alone. Akash couldn?t come cause he had another party to attend to!
R: do you wana dance?
K: [upset] dance, Kaise, thanks to you mera per jo toot gaya hai, how do I dance? [fuming]
R: I said im sorry, and that?s not a problem I?ll help you!
K: no thanks, help karne jaoge aur mera doosra per bhi todh do ge!
R: come on, itna bhao khane ki zaroorat nahin hai, main to sirf isliye kehraha hoon, coz I know meri wajah se u have to sit odawise tumhare saath dance karne ka shok mujhe bhi nahin hai!
K: [looks at him with narrowed eyes] okay, in a very arrogant way.
R: [nods his head ] you are simply impossible!
K: [smiles mischievously] now can we go?
R: okay!
They both go they dance for a while, Kanya is just standing on one place and moving her head and hands. Then the song saanson ko, from humtum starts playing and Ranbir holds kanyas hand and puts it on his shoulder, he places his hand on her waist, she feels a strange sensation when he touches her [likes butterflies in her stomach] she looks in his eyes and he looks in her eyes, they keep looking at each other and start dancing.

K: [thinking] yeh mujhe kya ho raha hai? Why im I losing control of myself, why do I forget myself when im with him? I cant do this to myself!
She starts walking away but due to the pain she hold her leg and sits down, Ranbir wonders what happened to her? He goes to her and helps her to get to the nearest sofa. He makes her sit there and gives her juice.
K: Thanks! [she feels better and decides to get up and go talk to her friends and family] I?ll see you around!
R: okay!
Just there a waiter drops a glass and gets cut while picking up the glass, Kanya sees this and gets dizzy. Ranbir sees her and catches her before she falls. He carries her, looks around for help but everyone is busy so he decides to take her upstairs. When he gets up he sees names on the doors, he enters the one that says Kanya. He puts her down and splashes some water on her. He looks around her room and sees a cute teddy bear hidden in a blanket, her cupboard is open he sees some hearts and flower cards outside the cupboard. Kanya wakes up.
K: [holding her head] oh god, mera sar. She looks around, TUM, yahan?
R: well, tum behosh hogayi thi and I had to carry you up here.
K: she sees her cupboard open and teddy outside. Starts getting hyper. That doesn?t mean you can look around at my things!
R: I wasn?t looking, I was jus?
K: whatever, now you can go!
R: Frowns, HOW RUDE! Ek to help karo and then you behave like this! [he walks out banging the door]
K: I think I was abit too rude, after all he did help me! She gets up limping she puts everything back in her cupboard and locks it! She goes out and looks around from the top, but Ranbir is not there.
K: I should?nt have been so rude, anyways, will meet him in college on Monday. Natasha comes and takes her down they all talk for a while and then she goes back in the room and suddenly decides to sms him.
K: Im really sorry, but I don?t like anyone seeing my personal things that?s why I was abit rude. Im sorry J and thanks for helping me.
and in no time she falls off to sleep.
