"Beta Naina abhi thodi der me aayegi, tujhe itna wait karna padega." She teased her son.
"I didn't mean that ma." He replied blushing.
"I know what do u mean. Ok now let's move." She said.
They reached temple at the right time and all the preparations were completed. Finally the groom's ritual started.
Naina came half an hour later that. She came out of the car and came upwards slowly with her maa and a few friends.
It was clear that Raj was impatience to see her bride. When he saw Naina coming he really got a thump in his stomach. He was speechless and mesmerized by her simple but adoring beauty. She was looking awesome in that pink bridal joda. She has wore some jewellery along with it like maang teeka , a heavy neck less , a nuth and chdiyaan. Her bindi was looking gorgeous at her beautiful face.
Raj was completely lost in her beauty when one of Naina's friend said, "Jee ja ji ab bus kariye aaj k baad aap ko hi dekhna hai Naina ko." She teased Raj in this way.
Raj came out from his world and embarrassed in front of gals.All gals giggled at him whereas Naina smiled .
Soon pandit ji started reciting mantras .Naina was noticing that Raj was steeling glances of her at regular intervals. She was feeling thump in her throat.
It was time for kanyadaan now. Mr. and Mrs.Ahluwalia did it with tears in their eyes. Naina was also sobbing. They placed Naina's hand on Raj's hand in a hope that Raj will keep her happy through out his life as all parents expect.
Soon after pandit ji gave Raj sindoor . "Is ko lagaiye."
Raj filled sindoor in Naina's maang after that pandit ji gave him mangalsutra to make Naina were it. Raj tied it around her neck. He was looking her lovingly where as Naina has lowered her eyes.
"Ab aap log pheron k liye khade ho jaaiye," Pandit jee said.
All stood and before that one of Naina's friend has tied her knot. In first four pheras Raj was leading after that in three pheras Naina lead them.
After the Pheras Naina and Raj took the blessings of their parents. It was time for vidaai and Naina was remembering her brother.
Flashback:-
"Tu dekhna jab teri vidaai hogi tab mai tere dulhe se kahoonga le jaao is ko mujhe bahut pareshaan kiya hai is ne aur mai bilkul nahi rounga."Naveen said making fun of her.
"Haan haan dekhna sab se jyada tum hi roge. Dekhna." Naina ne kaha tha tab.
"Bilkul nahi tub hi dekhna." He teased her again.
"Dekhoongi."Naina said n left the room in anger.
Present
She was remembering that sweet memory.
"Kya hua Naina? Lava parchaiye bhi karni hai abhi kahan kho gayi?" her mom asked.
Lava parchaiye hone hi waali thi ki badal cha gaye aur tej bearish hone lagi.
"Maine kaha tha na bhaiya ki sab se jyada aap hi roge." Naina said with wet eyes.
After all such rituals this was time for vidaai. Naina was crying hard for her parents.
"Raj khayal rakhna meri bacchi ka." Naina's dad said with g8 difficulty.
"Bikul apni beti ki tarah rakhenge." Mr. Shekhawat said.
Vahan se seedhe Raj aur Naina ko hotel bhej diya gaya jahan se kal un ko nikalna tha un ki jaroorat ka samaan bhi tha vahan.
Now it was wedding night. Naina was seated on the bed with a big ghoongat covering her face.
Raj entered in the room and Naina's heart beats started racing faster and faster. Raj came to her. As Raj was taking each and every step Naina was shivering with a unknown feeling.
"Naina", Raj said softly sitting besides her.
She didn't say anything because she was feeling some tickling sensation in her body.
"Naina mai janta hoon ki abhi tum mujhe acche se nahi jaanti ho. U know me from last two days only. So I am in mood to rush for doing it. I think u must know me first very well than after whenever u will be able to accept me I will than touch u. Mujhe ek majboot rishta chahiye Naina. Shaadi k baad tan hi nahi man bhi milte hain to mai chahta hoon ki pehle humare man mil jaye, fir jab tum khud chahogi tab mai tum ko doosri bhi tarah se pyaar karoonga". Raj said.
It made Naina realized that all boys are not same and Raj is really different among all. Us ki najar me Raj ki respect aur bhi badh gayi aaj. Her brother and her family has chosen a good guy for friendship and as a husband.
"Par ek rasam to nibhani hi hai na." Raj said. "Daro mat bus mud dikhai ki." Raj said.
He moved closer too her which made Naina again shiver. He opened his ghoonghat and saw her face. Her eyes were closed. He held her chin move it upwards and look at her elegant beauty. He felt a sudden urge in him to kiss her hard but didn't do it.
"Ye raha tumhara muhdikhai ka gift." He gave a box to her and went to next corner of bed picking up pillows he went to sofa and laid on it.
Naina changed her dress and come to bed he saw Raj sleeping. He went to him and said in a low voice, "Thanks Veer for coming in my life." She headed towards bed n slept peacefully there.
Next day morning:-
Naina was still sleeping but Raj woke up fast. It was almost eight at morning. Raj got up n went to wash room. He made himself fresh and came out but still found Naina sleeping.
He went closer to her and started watching her face lovingly. A strand of her hair was disturbing her so he removed it from her face. In this process he touched her cheek lightly which sent shivers in his body. He looked at her hands mehndi and smiled after finding his name in it. Suddenly his cell phone rang. Naina woke up by phone's ring.
"Haan maa boliye." Raj asked moving in a corner because he didn't want to disturb Naina.
"Beta come back fast, now we have to leave with in two hours." Raj's mom told.
"Ok mom v are coming." He said n put the phone down. He turned to find Naina but she was not on bed. Raj understood that she has got up.
After half an hour Naina came back from wash room. She has worn a pretty purple color saari n she was looking beautiful. Raj was not in the room .Naina frightened that where has Raj gone so she decided to call the reception. The receptionist informed her that Raj has gone some where and will about to return.
Raj came back soon and knocked the door. Naina opened it. Raj was lost after seeing her like that. She was looking so pretty.
"Kya hua Veer?" Naina asked.
"Oh…………..nahi kuch nahi." Raj could hardly say that.
He came in and said, "Vo maa ka phone aaya tha v should move now." He said n something reminded, "This is for u Naina…….." he handed over a bouquet to her with pretty flowers.
Naina smiled and said, "Thanks Veer. Par tum ko kaise pata chala ki mujhe yellow roses acche lagte hain?" she asked.
"Vo ek baar Naveen ne bataya tha." He replied smiling.
"Aur kya kya bataya tha bhaiya ne mere baarein me?" she asked excitedly.
"Baad me, abhi hum ko nikalna hai raaste me bataoonga." He said and both left the place soon.
