Drums and flutes were beating and Aalekh and Sadhana were lking into each others eyes. After a minute it stopped beating and there was complete silence in the room and all the ppl started meeting and greeting each other when Saalekh came back to their senses and lked around. They both just gave each other a smile when someone grabbed Aalekh.
Lady: arey kitna sona munda hai .. Vasundara ji ..nazar utaro iski nazar na lage ise ..
Vasundara smiled at her when Ranveer came in between and said :
Ranveer: arey aunty ji, bhai kiska hai (picking up his collar) haan .. mera! mujh par gaya hai .. to nazar meri utar ni chahiye .. dekha nahi ladkiya mujhpar kitni marti hai .. 😉
Lady : arey badmaash kahi ka .. teri maa se kehkar teri bhi shadi karwa dete hai taki ye sab kaam dhande tu band karde ... (the lady started coming towards him to teach him a lesson ..when finally someone from behind tightly holded ranveers ears .. everyone started laughing..)
Ranveer: AAA.. ooww .. ooucch .. kaun hai .. (he turned and saw it was ragini) Rags tum!
Ragini: haan main ... yahan kya khichdi pakaa rahe ho... ab chalo mere saath
mehmano ko good bye kehne...
They both move towards the entrance gate to bid all the relatives. On the other side Saalekhs parents were bidding good bye to Ambika who was the special guest of the evening.
Ambika : (joining her hands) accha Vasudara ji .. accha Kaushalya ji .. ab mujhe ijazat dijiye.
Kaushalya: thik hai Ambika ji, par wadaa kijiye ki shaadi me parsu aap hamare saath baaratiyon ka swagat karegi.
Ambika : arey waah .. ye koi kehne ki baat hai .. aapki saalon se dost hu ..
Vasundara: arey waah Ambika ji .. is mauke par dhoka de gaye .. apko hamare saath barat me shamil hona padega ..
Ambika : haan , ye bhi sahi hai ..
Indrajeet : dono kaise sahi ho sakte hai ambika ji ..
Prakash : main bataa ta hu .. dekhiye .. shadi me aate waqt baratiyo ke saath nach gana kar lena aur shadi me pohanchte hi hamare saath shamil ho jana
Ambika : arey bilkul sahi ... aapne to mujhe phaansi par chadne se bacha liya😆 (they all laugh) chaliye ab main chalti hu ..
The next day at sharma house:
Sadhana was winding up her things and Kaushalya was tieing plats on Raginis hair when she asked.
Ragini : maa, ladki to bida apne ghar se hokar jati hai na?
Kaushalya: haan , aisa sawal kyu kar rahi hai?
Ragini : to phir Sadhana ki shadi Rajvansh ke ghar me kyu ho rahi hai?
Kaushalya : beta, Aalekh ji ke pariwar ki ek parampara rahi hai .. Simla me un logon ka ek bohat badaa mehal hai jahan woh apne har baccho ki shadi karte hai .. ladka ya ladki.. ab Aalekh ji se judna yani unke pariwar se bhi judna isliye hamein unki bhavnao ko samjhna chahiye. (She moves near Sadhana and moves her hand on her hair, smiling at her) aur ham aise hi thodi na Sadhana ko wida kar denge.. ham apne yahan bhi dawat zaroor rakhenge.
Sadhana who was little disturbed since they all had to leave the same night for Simla since the wedding was the very next day got emotional and hugged her mom tightly and started crying .'Maaaa.......'
After a while Prakash came:
Prakash : sab tayyari ho gai hai? maine abhi samdhiji se baat kiya .. unhone kahan raat ko 7 baje nikal na hai to subah 7 baje pohach jayenge... taki sabhi ko thodi der wahan aaram karne mile ..
Kaushalya : jee tayyari to ho gai hai ... bas aap ye pataa laga li jiye ki shadi ke mandap ki tayyari kahan tak pohachi... ye baat to sahi hai ki mehal samdhiji ka hai magar wahan ki zimmedari to hamein hi dambhal ni hai .. aakhir ladki wale hai ji ... Ragini beta bauji ki madad karna ... main sadhana ko dekhti hu..
Ragini goes with Prakash and Kaushalya explains to Sadhana abt a duty of women towards her in laws.
At 7:00 pm they all started moving out of their house. Ragini called Ranveer to ask if they are ready to leave. Sadhana bid farewell to her house lking at it for the last time .. she got emotional and had tears in her eyes. She got flashes of her childhood when her parents and her elder sis used to play with her. the time ragini and she spend together. they went to college. ate, slept, had fun ..everything. And suddenly the time when Ragini once tried to frightened her by keeping her hand on her shoulders from behind .. this time she really got scared and saw behind ...it was Kaushalya who told Sadhana to come.. Sadhana smiled , wiped her tears and left.
Both Sharmas and Rajvanshs travelled separately in their car. Nothing much happened in the car but Sadhana didnt forget to advice her 'elder sis' abt caring for their parents when they were sleeping. Ragini was definitely elder and Sadhana younger but Sadhana had been more like an elder daughter to her parents because Ragini was little busy in her studies.
Next day at Simla:
All of them reached Simla at 7 in the morning. All of them rested. Later in the afternoon.
Prakash: Ragini beta, chalo jaldi der ho rahi hai ... hamein wahan mehal me jald se jald pohanchna hai ... kuch tayyari baki na reh jaye .. apna shadi ka saaman le lena ...
Ragini : jee bauji aai ... (she came running ..putting her shoes while running ..off they went and again she wore them ..) haan chaliye bauji ..😃
Prakash: pagli kahin ki ...he nods his head...wahan shayad rajvansh pariwar se bhi koi aaya hoga .... unke saath milkar kaam dekh lena
Ragini : kaun hoga? koi naukar chakar to nahi honge na ... aaj kal ke naukar bohat bigad gaye hai ...jo bolo woh nahi karte ...
Prakash: Ragini... (with bigs eyes but not anger)
Ragini: accha sorry bauji😛
At the mehal :
Ragini had a plate of white orchids in her hands which she was carrying to the main room for decoration. While walking she shouted loudly:
Ragini: (turning behind) ramu kaka woh khali bags ko underground me daal dijiye ..
and here she knocked with someone ... oh yeh! Ranveer .... all the flowers started flowing on both of them and they both lked each other ... the picture was divine. the plate fell and made a noise loudly and ragini shivered a little.
Ragini : tum yaha?
Ranveer: haan .. kyu ?
Ragini : mujhe to lagaa tumhare ghar se koi khadus naukar ayenge ... chalo accha hai ... tum better ho 😛
Ranveer: oye Rags... wht do u mean by better? aaj kal khud ko aaine me dekha hai... kitni badal gai ho .. aasman par udne lagi ho ... pehle kitni chup chaap sehmi sehmi rehti thi ... 😡
Ragini: ranny ab rehne do ... tumhari sangat ka asar hai ...😉😆
Ranveer: kya boli tu ... (he starts running after ragini and ragini runs to save her life)
Ragini: no ranny ... ranny stop .. bas karo ... (shes running and drops her dupatta)
Ranveer: nahi rags ki bacchi... aaj to tujhe sabak sikha kar hi rahunga..
While running ragini comes to a wall where there is no more place to run when ranveer comes and holds her hands tightly and tries to hurt her ...
Ranveer: kya boli tune mujhe ... haan .. kya boli ...
Ragini : sorry ranny sorry .. (she is giggling but trying to save herslf)
After a few secs there is a silence ... they realize what they r doing ... Ranveer moves away .. Ragini runs from there, picks her dupatta and wears it..
They both get engaged in their work separately ... afraid to talk with each other ... after a while ragini comes to ranveer :
Ragini : err.. ranny ... 🤔 (ranveer lks up to her as he his sitting and doing a work) ye saaman kahan rakhne hai ... saare shadi ke kapde, shoes wagerah hai ...
Ranveer : ise upar wale kamre me rakh do ... (ragini turns when ranveer again calls her) Rags .. i m sorry...
Ragini : sorry ? kis baat ki sorry .. chalo jaldi se kaam khatm karo mr.kamchor. baraat aane me sirf do hi ghante baki hai ... tumhe baratiyo ke saath shamil nahi hona kya ? hamare saath rahoge ...
Ranveer just gives her a smile n takes a breath of relief.
After 2 hrs:
The room is completely decorated.The stairs are covered with curtains and flowers. Theres lighting everywhere. The beautiful lamp exactly in the middle of the room above is shining brightly. The mandap is lking beautiful with flowers and curtains like below:
Sadhana, Kaushalya, Prakash have also reached there. Ragini is behind Sadhana trying to make her the best dulhann ever. Sadhana is wearing a maroon dress with jewellery.
Kaushalya: Ragini , ab jaldi kar .. jaa ab tu tayyar hoja.. baarat aati hi hogi ... ab main Sadhana ko dekhti hu ...
Ragini: jee maa .. (she leaves and wears a beautiful ghagra choli with the matching jewellery..she gets completely ready)
Finally the baraat arrives and there is drum beats, music, dance, masti going on outside by 'ladke wale'. Ragini comes in the balcony to see the baraat ... she lks everyone dancing n having fun , smiles. She lks at Aalekh and Ranveer whos dancing as well .. waves at him who waves him bk.
Ragini : Sadhana , jiju aa gaye..
Aalekh was wearing a golden suit. Ragini rushed downstairs to welcome the baraat along with Kaushalya. Everyone welcomed the baraat and they all came inside. Ranveer who wearing a black suit was shocked to see Ragini. 😲.
Ragini turned and was abt to leave when..
Ranveer: Ragini ...
Ragini:(she turned) 😲 kaun ragini ? 😲 (she was shocked since it was the first time ever ranveer was caling her ragini instead of rags n .) aaj rags kahan gai.
Ranveer : woh kya hai na ki tum aaj dhang ki lag rahi ho ... rags nahi ragini lag rahi ho 😆 (he went away teasing her)
Ragini got pissed off ... some one called her for some work she went at the entrance ...
Lady: ragini ye aalekh ji ke joote rakhdo bete .. iska khona ab shagun hai ..
Ragini : jee aunty ji ... (she took it and was abt to keep it when an idea clicked.. she rubbed her hands ..lked here and there and took them inside her dupatta .. rushed fast upstairs and kept somewhere in the cupboard)
At the mandap:
Panditji called aalekh to come and sit and later called sadhana. Ragini, kaushalya and few other girls brought sadhana from upstairs. Sadhana was lking gorgeous in maroon. aalekh cud see her 'pari' 'dream girl' or u name it... who has come down to the earth just for the sake of him.
Sadhana came and sat besides aalekh .. they were lking a grt pair together. imagine them somwhat like this.
The marriage started. A friend of Ranveer, Sandy who was there in the marriage came and whispered something in his ears. Ranveer got shocked.
Ranveer: Rags ki bacchi! nahi chodunga... (he went near her and asked her abt the shoes)
Rangini: kaunse shoes , chup baitho .. mujhe shadi dekhni hai sadhana ki ...
Ranveer : nahi pehle batao joote kahan hai ..
Ragini: (in her mind) lagta hai jab tak nahi batungi shadi dekhne nahi dega..par bataa bhi nahi sakti kaha hai (to ranveer) maine chupa diye .. ab tum khud dhundo .. jao ... dekhte hai tum dhoond pate ho ya nahi ... jao😛
Ranvee: accha to yeh baat hai ... chal sandy ham bhi kisi se kamnahi saara mehal chaanenge ...
Ranveer left to search for the shoes whereas over here .. sadhanas parents did her kanyadaan ... aalekh put the mangalsutra and sindoor.
Ranveer went to the room where sadhana was getting ready...
Ranveer : yahi par maine use saara saaman rakhane kahan tha .. aur bhabhs bhi yahi tayyar ho rahi thi .. yaha ke alawa aurkahan rakh sakti hai..
He searched for long time but all in vain ... got frustrated and banged the bathrooms door ... it opened..
Ranveer: bathroom? yahan to nahi rakha na usne? (he opened the cupboard and voila it was there... he gave the shoes to sandy and told him to hide n slowly he came to the place where marriage was taking place.)
The pheras were going on.. after that Saalekh took their blessing from all the elders. All the relatives sat for the dinner while Ragini came and made both of them sit on chairs.
Ragini: accha to jiju, kitne paise denge aap hamein shagun ke ...
Indrajeet : ab kaunsa shagun ka paisa dena baki hai ragini beti ....
Ragini: arey uncle ye to saali ka haq hota hai ...ye to aapko dene hi honge .. warna aalekh jiju ghar kaise jayenge .😉
Indrajeet: kyu .. paise nahi dene se ghar jane ka kya mamla hai bhai 😕
Ragini: arey uncle .. kyunki jiju ke joote jo hamare paas hai 😛😛
Vasundara, kaushalya,prakash: 😆
Vasudara: indu , ye aaj kal ke bacche bohat chalak hai .. sauda kar hi lo .. warna dulha khali pav ghar jayega..
Indrajeet: accha babaa .. tum jeeti main haari .. jao ab joote to lekar aao .. pehle joote do aur phir paise lo ...
Ranveer: (from behind) bilkul sahi kaha papa .. joote do phir paise lo ... 😉(winks at ragini)
Ragini makes faces and runs to gets the shoes but she cudnt find it anywhere .. she messed the whole room but no sign ... she was almost in tears ... she started coming downstairs again .. on the way ..
Ranveer: kahan hai joote? mile ki nahi ...
Ragini got the flash wht ranveer said down stairs abt joote do.... she got the clue tht its ranveer who has taken the shoes... but she didnt utter a word.. wiped the tears and left ... ranveer felt bad for her...
Ranveer : rags.. ye joote yahan kya kar rahe hai .. (pretending as if picking it from somewhere in the corner)
Ragini: (turns) yahan.. par joote to ... pataa nahi....
Ranveer: khair lelo ... aur jaldi jao ... warna AB kya pehnenge .. unhe khali pair jana padega 😆
Ragini : chup badmaash .. main tujhe bohat acche se jaanti hu😊 ....(tapping at his shoulders)
She runs down and gives the shoes and gets bk Rs.10,000.
After the dinner, everyone starts leaving and Sadhana's bidaai. Sadhana meets each n every person from her family n bids them. Saalekhs night was kept in a hotel room 'Blue Diamond'.
At the hotel:
Sadhana was busy removing her jewellery when Aalekh enters the room. She lks at her and feels shy. He comes towards her and removes them itself..Sadhana lowers her gaze. He puts his hands on her chin and moves it up. Then picks her up takes her to the bed and the light switches off..
