u know what! ppl outside can india can aslo vote! just SMS (name) to +1902525. i tried n it said message sent! sooo guys keep votin!

Don't you have to add the '91' code to connect to lines in India?
The SMS may be going thru but one cannot confidently say that it is reaching the right destination in India.

no u dont hav to add "91" and i m quite sure that its reachin there bcuz whenever i sent it i get a reply sayin "message sent" so obviously it goes

try sending a msg to a number that doesnt exist it will still say msg sent

You cannot connect to the communication lines in India with using the code "91", whether it is Phone, Fax, Pager or SMS.
