Fire the Faculty!!

This mail is from USA meaning i have just watched Qazi being voted in
5th time and Anubhav being voted out - this is the background.

If Qazi was not a good performer/singer why did the freaking faculty pick
him up for the final 12 out of over 1 BILLION ppl? are they crazy?
Everybody insults this guy left and right and no faculty deems it
appropriate to teach the d*** heads (students - except RR and Rex) to
respect other person. Funniest thing is when Javed Akthar says something
Mr. Shamit Tyagi cries like a baby. I mean, come on, if he is bad singer,
fine, sooner or later he is going to go but ONLY because of other
contestants behaviour he is being voted in.

Faculty says 'Jo janta ne kiya woh bhaut surprising' - How can faculty play
'favorites'? This is insulting to any individual irrespective of his/her
performance. Faculty should give their very best to everybody and not be
prejudiced. Imagine if our teachers had favorites and disrespected us?
Faculty tells students 'you can vote however you like - vote for your
friends, vote strategically - blah blah' when Janta does it they can't take
it? how come?

MY blood just boils to see that kind of behaviour meted out to QAZI. I
think he being voted in is simply justified by the fact that he should not
be insulted so.

MY SINCERE REQUEST TO INDIAN JUNTA KEEP VOTING TO QAZI UNTIL
THEY LEARN TO RESPECT!!!!!!!

Yes, yes, YES. You have it so right! WHY is the audience being reprimanded for making THEIR decision when the students are allowed to make their FREE decision too? That's unfair! No matter what the audience is doing, they have been given the right to vote, and they are doing that. After that, you just accept their decision and not whine over it.

I also agree on the "favourites" part. I don't see the faculty consoling Qazi when he feels so out-of-place, but Ila Arun CRIES along with Shamit when he tells them his problem. It's just not fair.

Yea i agree too.. you know i think if every1 didnt convey such a negative attitude towards Qazi he might've been outta the show already.. they juss dun get it tho.. the more they hate the more the janta loves.. because no1 wans to see sum1 b treated so badly.. so the janta purposely puts him bak into the show.. because if the faculty can hav their favs the janta can hav deres n .. put it repeatedly in the fcaulties face.. 😊

U got a point there. If its the faculty who those him - then they have no right to take a stance against him. I am not in favor of Illa Arun openly taking sides with/against her own students. The judgement of the judges is final and her thoughts don't really count on judgement day.

On the other hand the public has every right to criticize who they want - since the purpose of this show is to encourage debates.

i do not like qazi being voted in, but i agree on not respecting qazi. when qazi got voted in today, except from rex, no one cheered for him or wished him.

I FULLY AGREE WITH YOU AND KEEP VOTING QAZI NOT JUST ONCE BUT 100 TIMES DAILY TILL HE GETS THE MAXIMUM VOTES. PLEASE DID YOU ALL QAZI FANS UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM SAYING. TEACH FACULTY A LESSON. WHY DID THEY CHOOSE HIM FIRST OF ALL AND NOW PLAYING DIRTY WITH QAZI ???

RIGHT ILA ARUN IS PARTIAL. WHY ARE THEY TRYING TO INFLUENCE JANATA BY THEIR DEROGATIVE TALKS ABOUT QAZI. WHATEVER IT IS QAZI FANS PLEASE MAKE HIM WIN VOTE 100 TIMES DAILY NOT JUST ONCE. OK EACH ONE OF YOU IF YOU WANT HIM TO SEE AS JODI WITH REX OR ROOPREKHA. LET OTHERS GET OUT.

Actually you should be thankful to the unlucky coincidence which made the faculty choose qazi..

Qazi proved that Indian janta is way, way, way too shallow to reward talent..even in a talent contest.. We havent evolved to the stage of humanity which rewards a person for doing his best job.. and which rewards a person for being brilliant.

I guess everyone needs to feel some shame..And only those will feel shame who have a heart.

The faculty will spend many sleepless nights in guilt ..thinking of the half a dozen deserving candidates who had to leave because of their choice..

The students..will never be the same again. They will realize that even if they have god-given genius, its no good if that very god didnt bless them with looks...

Qazi.. honestly.. If I were Qazi.. (who appears to be gifted with a huge heart).. could I watch one after one contestant walking out who can sing 10 times better than me? could I live in a Gurukul where I couldnt garner the respect of the teachers or my fellowmates after 8 weeks? Could I win the contest and know for my whole damn living life that I didnt win it with my efforts? That it was charity?

Perhaps Qazi doesnt have that one quality that greatness is made of....self respect.

And the janta.. I hope every one who voted for Qazi again and again.. face a situation in their personal lives.. when they lose something they dearly wanted as unfairly as anubhav, mona, amit.. lost something they shouldnt have... another chance to prove themselves.

I hope they remember their qazi votes then...

If there is karma...I hope that it happens.

We learnt through a small contest why our country is lagging in every respect.
