I think Shamit is a very sensitive person.. He is not an actor.. hence when you look at him nowadays you can clearly see he is very very troubled....

You must understand where he comes from. He lost his father when he was not even two. His mother has brought him up all by herself I guess....Kids who grow up without fathers look tough on the outside..but are very weak inside..

He lost his elder brother too when he was 20...He had to grow up quickly and become the man of the house.. thats why he is so mature at 25..and because he is so mature people look up to him.

But inside he is still a boy who needs the things boys need too.. support, acknowledgement..hope..

Instead all he has managed to garner in front of the whole indian janta is the dubious distinction of being labeled mastermind, politician..

He himself said he would prefer to die than be called that. JA, instead of encouraging him..didnt spare a single minute to critisize every action of his. For no reason he said shamit was trying to get pity votes for his mother...

Can any poet speak like that to a 25 yr old guy when he knows he has lost his father and elder brother? If shamit doesnt want to win this contest for his mother, who in the whole wide world is he supposed to win it for? and to say that.. that too in the beginning of the contest..when he is being interviewed, is such a big crime?

JA should be ashamed of his conduct. He may be a very established lyricist and poet.. but shamit is just starting out.... Look what he got from the most accomplished lyricist of our age...

I wonder if JA steals the poetry from his wife.. Poets arent that rude and outspoken by nature.. They are sensitive people who know what people go thru.. and they amplify human emotion.. they dont disdain it.

after reading what u have written i have a feeling that perhaps i was overreacting to shammit, your words have beautifully brought out some thoughts that did'nt occur to me but now after reading e'thing I think you make a very valid and strong point.well written , I think I will try not to judge Shammit so harshly, nobody can cry so much just for acting!!!!!

I don't like IA. She acts more like friend than a teacher. She is playing favorites all the time. Other 2 teachers - Prashant Sir and madam are better.

Yup all 14 are good singers. I even think that Depshika and Deepak were very good too. it was just that one performance they slipped and they slipped hard.

as for faculty, I think all the teachers are very neutral. Ila acts like a freind. coz the participants are living away from their family and they need all the support. she scolds them like a father and support them like a mother. and chit chat with them like a brother or a sister.

I think all the faculty is very nicce!👏
