Opinion about Qazi - Page 2

I think Qazi is very wonderful person. He is a asset to Fame Gurukul. I prefer people should have all the qualities in them. Which Qazi very well does. You go boy.

so true i love qazi too, he is different really sweet.

seems like all that the gurukul people (not the students, but the makers) want is publicity. this is all so stupid. they dont need to make other students' opinions public. and who is arjit to say he doesnt like qazis face?!, he may be a better singer but qazi is a qood looking guy. altleast ruprekha was with him.

i truly agree, all these differences they are showing is to gain our atterntion. especially the part about Shamit using politics and everythhing else.

I think it was very mean of the fellow students to say what they said about qazi- they were commention on him as if they were experts.....if they were part of some other singing competetion like saregama..they too would be out the very first day....

Qazi is definately better than gurpreet and deserves to be in. Even if he loses, i am sure that he will be the one who will get the max FAME.

I'm glad there are others too fond of Qazi. Let me make it clear. Here's what I think:

1.Qazi's got attitude,which is absolutely important considering the road all of them hope to tread. And 'attitude', as everybody knows can't be mastered with any level of gurukul shiksha. It is an innane quality that decides our individuality, especially in a public arena. Abhijeet, of Indian Idol fame, I think is yet no crowd-puller.

2.He's Presentable. He'll draw in the crowds. Guys, we live in market place where every bit of a public figure is commodified. Salman's biceps, Aamir's moustache and so on and forth are today's NEWS! Qazi fits.Period.Fame Gurukul's mystery falls to its deathbed with Qazi's ouster.

3.He's taken all his criticism very well and improved steadily. Shamit has faltered for lack of transparency several times on the show, Arijit is impossibly drowsy and add to that his identity-crisis and Gurpreet, the less said the better.

4. Finally God alone knows why Maanav & Co. are so fond of putting down the chap's morale. One explanation as I see it is EVERY OTHER CONTESTENT KNOWS THAT THEY CAN NEVER BE A QAZI. BUT QAZI,GIVEN THE PROPER TRAINING CAN REACH OUT TO THE STARS. Another as likely explanation is that the residents of Fame Gurukul are indeed PLAYING OUT A SCRIPT GIVEN TO THEM BY SONY.WHY ELSE HAS EVERYBODY ON THE SHOW TURNED TOO NASTY? Like I read elsewhere, has the Fame part already gone to their heads that BAD-MOUTHING'S suddenly turned an art?Unethical,filthy ,DEPLORABLE.

My votes would definitely stay between Qazi and Rex...for their transparency, their attitude and integrity.

I also think that the faculty has a major role in this big change.. from being all nice nice to evil dopes.. after kirti session.. this faculty is really looking for trouble.. they now want students with a more indepth reason why they are voting for or against a student... so everything is out in the open.!!!

i agree with u mallukudi that with qazi's ouster, many will stop watching this show and qazi with proper training can become better than this- but none of them can pull the crowds ever like qazi.

I somehow don't think all this is scripted- i think the insecurities have started coming- this a reality show and not a soap opera!

I think a lot of what goes inside gurukul is scripted. Anyone can like and dislike you but faculty asking these students to say it in open is sad. I don't like Qazi but if I am asked to say it in front of him, it would be sad.
