These Shamit fans are very funny. They like Arpita so her actions with Rex to vote out Arijit who is definitely a better singer than Sandeep did not attract any ire from them. But when Shamit was voted out they raised a hue and cry over the issue. But Rex and Arpita did the same thing. But for them it is good because Arijit got a taste of his ownmedicine. I can say the same thing about Shamit. He got a taste of what he did to Kirti. But then they say he was not alone bla bla bla. But he should have voted for the better singer regardless and not give a chance to Gurpreet. If he would have voted for Kirti he would have been in because it was a matter of one vote.

Arijit is not feeling any guilt. Yes because acc to him he did nothing wrong. He did the right thing by voting for whomever he wants. His bhaiyya and all are his personal matter and this is fame gurukul not a family function. Here also he was not alone. Sandeep and Qazi also voted for Monica. That is why a tie- breaker arose and Arijit stuck to his decision. If any of the other two would have voted for the better singer like Shamit fans are saying he is and I also say he was then he would be in. But they also didnt support him. Faculty could have saved him but they chose to give Sandeep a chance. There were two occasions for him to be saved but he got out. I frankly believe and think Shamit of late not in the beginning was not a competition for either of the guys and certainly not Arijit because he was simply deteriorating in my opinion. He looked strained while performing and he certainly would not have been fame jodi.

Monica was in in the middle of the contest. In the ranbhoomi the day she was voted out she sang well even after crying seeing those clips of hers. Who knows after two or three weeks she might have overtaken Shamit. She looked cute and pleasant and cetainly could have been a fame jodi. But it was not to be.

What Arpita and Rex did is also politics and is nothing better than what Arijit did.So by the measure of Shamit fans if this is tit for tat then Rex and Arpita will also get it back sooner or later of what they did to Arijit. They are not God to take revenge. If we start taking revenge for all wrong done to us then nothing will be left in this world. What they did was also wrong and it will remain so.

Having said that I think shamit should have exited cracefully like Mona, Anubhav , Kirti and Arijit too. But he started crying like a baby saying atleast now people will think I am not a leader. But apart from Shamit fans and people who liked Shamit nobody is buying that. He should have accepted the decision and left gracefully. That is the mark of a man.

Arpita being beauty with brains is the most laughable comment of the century. She is shrewd, cunning, jealous, insecure and certainly cannot accept others happiness or success. She is a miss know it all. She has a shrill voice with no expression whatsoever. With this attitude in life you cannot go far. That is what she will see in future.

Rex I used to like before but after being voted in by the public I am noticing a change in his attitude. He is not the sweet innocent Rex we knew anymore. But definitely Shamit fans will not agree. He is sure to win the fame jodi but his voice is not original. He sounds a lot like Udit Narayan and he looks grose while dancing. I dont like his attitude no more. He is slowly becoming like Arpita in her company.

RR and Qazi have always voted for the right person when in danger. Like they were the ones who voted for Mona and now Arijit. Mona sang much better than Shamit and came for the first time in danger. Why did Rex vote her out?? Because she was more of a threat than Shamit. The judges had a soft corner for her. He knew that so if she comes in then she can be a big threat to him because he might go in danger zone next time. So he voted her out. Whereas Shamit would have been in danger in any case so it didnt matter. He is very very selfish but he knows how to hide it. That is why Rex gets away with it.

This wild card thing was done only to bring Rex back and nothing else and his path was slowly cleared by Shamit and Arijit being voted out.

Arijit was not in danger 7 times. It was Shamit. Arijit was in danger 4 times before being voted out this time. Once he went wrongly there because Arpita was the top student. It was never for his sur or singing that he went into danger. It was always some extraneous reason. Once because he lacked energy, once because of the mike, once because he took the song casually and once because he closed his eyes. Shamit went because his opening sur always used to falter. He could not perform also well. There was a strain in his voice always.

Arijit wanted to leave gurukul because he was humiliated in front of the public for his decision by Ila. So he thought it was better to leave than to face constant ridicule. That is why he said Sandeep sang better than me and I dont want contestant votes if I do not get junta votes.

If Rex was so morally correct why was he hanging his face in shame the whole episode when he voted Arijit out?? Because he was ashamed or guilty. He could not make eye contact with anyone because his conscience was not clear. Atleast Arijit was not hanging his face in shame. Rex and Arpita also did wrong. But Shamit fans will never agree to it. Because they are not objective in thier view.

😊 Shefali I agree to every word of urs. I being a Qazi fans have said several times that day he should have voted for Shamit not Monica though i understand Qazi had his personal reasons. Even I wouldnt have voted for a person who had hated me thruout and shown negative gestures and comments but still i feel he was wrong and would have voted Shamit that day keeping sining in mind. We are fans its ok we need to protect our favorties as well as point out their mistakes. We shldnt be blind.

I have heard from shakshi about next surprise. Well, I can tell what it can be.

Selfish View Point:- I want Qazi to be safe and Sandeep to come by student vote. Arpita must go. Too much attitude on screen.

Non Selfish View Point:- I want Qazi to go. Please it enough now. Why Sony is playing games with people? Do they think people are dumb? common you dont want real singer out of Fame Gurukul. You want your publicity. If you want real singer out of this show then sony must have kicked qazi out a long ago. Because of him Gurukul is losing too many talented singers. same with Rex too. He is a performer like qazi and just a little better singer than qazi. but worst than sandeep, shamit and arijit.

My guess:- Qazi will be in by public vote and arpita will be in by students and sandeep has to go because this is just Sony's trick to stretch this program and generate some more revenue. Nothing more and nothing less.

Now, question for everybody... What if Qazi doesnt come by public vote in last episode? Do you guys think that the entire show was scripted from scratch and Sony has decided the Fame Jodi from the begining? Because if Qazi can come by public vote 8 times then he can come every time too. There is no doubet about it at all. Because since last couple times I am seeing that Mandira is talking political about Qazi and his public popularity saying that " are people tired of qazi or still love him?" that means by saying that again and again she puts anti-qazi idea in public's mind.

I don't think we can even broach the issue of morality in this competition-nobody has even set the standards for them.( I mean the senior people-faculty/judges/etc.)-I am not going to rehash the issues of Inconsistent statements by JA, Unexpected and unnecessary revival of Rex,or biased selections by faculty; I think it has been made clear time and again by the authority figures that this show is about survival of the fittest.I repeat -once somebody is given the right to vote and without any restrictions, why question them?
I was equally saddened by the departure of Arijit/Anubhav/ Shamit/Kirti- no matrte what the process of elimination was ; But, I have never blamed the contestants for any of it. I just believe that is the design of the show.
Yeah, we hall have our favorites and may show differential emotions towards different participanrts unde similar circumstances.But, I am sure all of us are here because we all appreciate true talent.

Watching the 1 week old program on Fri night, then onto the haungama on MTV which, though current, keeps going back to some previous exchanges between IA and JA and then reading all the posts here with some superb analysis and some dialysis too ...... covering past, present and future .....

Sony is spending lots of money behind all the contestants and then Sony wants a purified water out of the system. Now, Students got rights to vote without any restrictions but now all bad singers gets together and votes out better singers then Sony will lose money. They are just asking why did you vote for him/her. and not telling them to change their vote. They have their own style of asking. Another thing, I saw that you are from US and there was a show called "Weakest Link" and after each round everybody has to vote out some one. People were voting out strongest ones. But I participate in that show and I always voted out weakest because those weakest gives wrong answers and we cant make bank enough to play from heart. Now, hosts dont care because they will not have to pay too much to us if we kick out strongest but in Fame gurukul we have different scenerio. Would you like to waste your couple hour watching bad singers and bad performer live on stage with spending $100????? ofcourse not. About JA. First he balmed shamit for playing politics and kicking kirti out. At that time JA was expecting honesty from participants but because of shamit whole game was changed. And when arijit voted out shamit he was talking in another language becuase circle was very small and political game was already started from kirti's incident. JA is right from his view point.

Wow! Let me see how to put this. Let me ask - how do you decide what is true judgement? Even the forum participants can't agree on th fame jodi candidates; so many differnt scenarios are being propsed. The people that I want to see on the stage are diffent the ones you want to see. FG has not been designed to pick the winners with the utmost fairness; You will have to resort to SRGMP for that. Here, the participants get filtered at 3 different levels- the judges have their first choice(and I must say they aret the most biased people); then one of them gets blessed by the faculty(sometimes on the basis of talent;sometimes sympathy;sometimes encouragement-the criterion changes every week). And then we have the janta who just seem plagued by Qazi-even whenhe runs against a music pillar like Arijit.
Finally, when it comes down to the contestants-we expect them to be totally objective-when they have so much at stake? Why?
And don't forget- there is this ritual of crowning the "top/immune student" every wek which itself changes the course of the entire contest; I firmly believe that Arpita would have long been gone from this contest had she not received this coveted designation at her most opportune time.
So, we will have to accept the process of selection and prepare to welcome /boycott the winners , no mATTER WHO THEY ARE.

Here I am not giving any judgement at all. I asked you guys a question in my previos posts that What if qazi doesnt get vote in last round? He has got public vote 8 times and has millions of Fans. If he doesnt come in Fame Jodi then Is it possible to say that the FJ has beeen decided from the begining?
Now, If fame jodi has not been designed to pick the winners with the utmost fairness then how is it designed to pick winners? by playing politics? by grouping around? by acting? by just singing? or by X FACTOR?
About BIASED:- You, Me, everybody is biased. Judges like some one, faculty saves someone all da time, and public likes someone all da time. so, there is nothing to talk about biased scenerio. Entire Media Industry is biased.
About Qazi:- Qazi is a pawn put in here by Sony to get some popularity. I am a qazi fan but he has to go for what he deserves (Acting). There was a guy in Indian Idol name RABINDER or something like that. He always got sympathy or vote from public and was as famous as Qazi. Today I am sure very rare people knows him. And if he is so popular and public likes him a lot then he must be in Fame Jodi and there is no doubt about it.

About process of selection and boycott: Well, if they want to make people fool then I dont want to waste my time for their crappy pre-scripted shows. I am about to stop watching this foolish show.

I can't say if the show is scripted or not. I will probably get a better idea after the next ranbhoomi. If Sandeep comes in by public votes, chances are it may be scripted( he previously lost to Qazi; if Arpita comes in by public votes, it could or could not be. Anyways, obviously, this opinion of mine is not worth much;
To sum it, I find this show more of a thriller than a reality show and I am enjoying it from that perspective alone.
