Why Mandira won't work in a soap again...


Mandira Bedi may have become popular as the conniving Mandira of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi on Star Plus, but she isn't sure if she will want to act in a soap again. "Characters have only black or white shades in TV serials and don't have grey shades at all. I believe that TV should be closer to life," she explains and adds that it's one of the reasons she left Kyunki... "I lost my conviction for the character. Even after so many generation leaps, she was wearing the same type of clothes and uttering the same dialogues," she adds. Well, Mandy may not be seen shedding tears in soaps but the lady is sure to send temperatures soaring with her show Extraa Innings.
