well iam not very sure but based on what it seemed to me

mr. shamit lives in calicut and is the nearest neighbor of villian who has the same name, that means its shamit.*(he lives half way between calicut and mumbai)

qazi beats the hero at reality show so hero has to be rex and qazi comadian

Villan cannot be Rex as he is living in Mumbai and the fg member with villans name live in Calicut.so if Qazi is comedian then Shamit should be the villan and Rex the hero
