have noted one thing about javedji that when shamit was out he justified arijit voting for monica with a reason that he does not like shamit though he performed well. and voting is the democratic right of the individual. yes I agree. this voting is not like parliament election that voting is given first and the performance of the leader is given later. then we again vote the leaders as per their performence given in the five years, where as famegurukul voting is given after watching the performance so one cannot do the favouritism bcos the whole country is watching the performance. It is like one boy gets the 80 marks another one gets 30 marks but admission can be given only to their choice of candidate who got 30 marks bcos it is their democratic right to give their vote for admission seems to be unjustified, so sometimes javedji's favouritism to weak student and injustice to bright students appears to be very peculiar bcos of the reason that he does not like them. this practice shd be stopped and judges shd be changed every two rounds to avoid any favouritism . asha rao
