okay, so you're taking ila's word for it and saying that those who vote for qazi are unintelligent, eh?
well, that's what i call unintelligent. it's like everything ila says is the fact and nothing but the fact. ahh..HELLO! there are some very intelligent indians in india (both hindus and muslims) who like qazi. obviously, what talent means to you is very different from what talent means to the majority of indians. therefore, you cannot go on saying those people are dumb and get away with it thinking you're correct.
although i'm not a resident of india, i do like qazi and would most certainly vote for him if that's where i lived. considering the grades i get and what i'm told nearly everyday from peers, i am not dumb. someone can't simply come up to me and tell me that i'm dumb because he/she knows i'm not the dumb one out there (i'm not trying to brag at all. i'm just giving a real-life example to help you realize the lack of logic you have behind what you said).

what is the definition of good music? REALITY CHECK! "good music" doesn't have any definite definition. what you call "good music," someone else is likely to think otherwise about.
