| ![]() As Sony Entertainment Television's hit show Fame Gurukul comes to its grand finale this week, everyone seems to be waiting with bated breath as to who will be the Fame Jodi. The three contestants, Rex D'Souza, Ruprekha Banerjee and Qazi Tauqeer, as well as Gurukul headmistress Ila Arun, have their own opinions as to who should win. Over to them: Rex D'Souza Rex feels Qazi and he make a good pair. "Qazi will win by public vote," he says. "We gel together very well. Both of us are mad! ![]() | | ![]() Qazi Tauqeer Qazi thinks he and Rex should be the Fame Jodi. "Rex is not only my favourite; he is everyone's favourite," the kashmiri lad explains. "He is a very emotional person, and has become a good singer too. I think he 99.9 percent chances are he will be part of the Fame Jodi, as he deserves it." But when you ask him who should complete the jodi, he says, "Anything can happen." |
![]() | | ![]() Ila Arun The Gurukul headmistress is probably the most confused about who the Fame Jodi will be. "If people keep voting for Qazi like they have been, he will be a deciding factor." As to who will be with Qazi in the Fame Jodi, she divides the voters into three categories. "The younger generation will probably vote for Qazi and Rex, middle-aged people will probably vote for Qazi and Ruprekha, and intelligent people will vote for Ruprekha and Rex." But she feels Qazi will surely be part of the Fame Jodi, thanks to his popularity. "[But] If people take Javed Akhtar's words seriously, that the Fame Jodi should be a girl and a boy, then it will be Ruprekha and Qazi," she adds. ![]()
