Well, sunsha, I appreciate your efforts to try & open the other end of the tunnel but what if Light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off as a part of cost cutting. Discussion was getting too heated had to bring some humor. Next best thing to solving a problem is finding humor in it. No offence!
