Having an affair?

I know it seems wierd but how suddenly REX was making a big show of his affair with RR and he was the one who started this silly thing about QT and Arpita and only arpita seemed to be willing in this stupid game. RR tried to play along but looked pissed at times and esp in the AAP ka faisla yesterday RR looked ticked off in general not with QT but from the beggining. It seems silly but they both are very cunning and were constantly plotting together.
