Chilka Singh, Runner Dipu Singh's Father files a police complaint against Sports Selection Committee member Chairman Sunny Singhania who is against Dipu. CC calls Sunny and he says that he will test Dipu when his turn comes. CC says that he will be tested tomorrow and she will be there. The next day, Dipu competes with Sunny's Brother-in-law and wins, but Sunny tries to stop that. When Chilka's friend objects, Dipu is selected for the next round. The next morning, Chilka comes back to the chowki and tells CC that his son was beaten and his legs were broken. CC is left shocked.
