Episode starts with

Kalavati says she believes ranveer but she thinks that she is only doing this for sake of Sindoora and ranveer. Kalavati also thinks that she will turn suman's life a living hell. Sanjana is irked thinking maa'sa easily let them off the hook. Kalavati asks to serve food on two plates... one for herself and one for ranveer. Ranveer asks permission to return home as he didn't tell anyone he is coming here. Kalavati agrees to it adds that she will return to her room.

Ranveer says he convinced Kalavati now he wants suman to fulfil her promise of always smiling. Ranveer notices suman's feet bleeding. Ranveer says suman never takes care of herself... she neither changed her clothes yet not she took care of her injuries. Antara asks how did she got injured. Ranveer tells them that suman broke her footwear and had to walk bare feet, injuring herself. Antara says that suman had been busy trying to convince maa'sa that she didn't had time to look after herself. Sanjana wishes if sahil had even one-tenth of how much ranveer cares for suman. Ranveer tries to care for suman's injury. Suman thinks of what Kalavati said when she got home. Suman pulls her feet away and says she will apply ointment herself. Ranveer asks if she is hurting. Suman says she will be fine. Antara says she will take care of suman. Sanjana asks but who could have wanted to do something like this, also they could try to do something like this again. Ranveer says that he will find out.

Meanwhile at mittal residence, Sindoora gets the call from the goon asking for rest of the money. Sindoora says he won't see any more money as he didn't do the job he was hired for, instead he even gave an injury to her son which was not part of the deal. Goon says that his men are not at fault as they would have finished the job had it not been her son's interference. Goon adds that Sindoora must be thankful they only gave ranveer an injury as she had asked not to hurt him, else they would have done lot worse to him for interfering with their job. Nupur arrives and listens-in to sindoora's conversation. Sindoora asks if that goon is threatening her. Goon asks Sindoora to pay the rest of the money or he can do a lot worse to her son. Sindoora tries to threaten him back but the goon had already disconnected the call. Sindoora is angry. Sindoora hears something but Nupur is quick to hide away. Sindoora don't find anyone. Nupur thinks that her doubt is now turning into a sure fact. She prays to lord for taking care of the kids.

Ranveer wishes to take the photos with him and find out who is behind them. Suman stops ranveer and says that a marriage is not just between two people, but between two families. Suman adds that a marriage that doesn't have elders blessings can never be success. Suman asks Ranveer that they should cancel their wedding. Ranveer is shocked. Sanjana asks why suman is saying like this but ranveer interrupts her. Ranveer asks suman to put a hand on her heart and tell him if this is her own decision and not someone else's pressure on her. Suman takes great effort to reply that this is her own decision. Ranveer says in that case they will not marry. Suman feels just as hurt as ranveer. Antara asks why instead of sorting this out, he is agreeing to suman. Ranveer replies that a marriage must be between people who are happy with their union. Ranveer says that if suman is not happy with this marriage, then how can he be happy. Ranveer leaves. Antara tries to stop ranveer but suman stops her.

Antara asks suman why did she do this. Antara says they all can see how much ranveer loves her and cares for her, then why does suman wants to strangle her own happiness with her own hands... why does she wants to live her life alone... why can't she think about her happiness, veer's happiness and ranveer's happiness? Suman says she knows but she is doing this for maa'sa. Sanjana is happy with all this.

Back at mittal residence, Sindoora is sitting deep in thoughts about what goon said to her, mindlessly flipping over magazine pages. Brijesh talks on phone inquiring about mehendi-wali's whereabouts for the mehendi ceremony. Suhasini is coordinating with chaman-ji for rest of the preparations. Nupur comes in with her ganga-jal pot trying to purify all the negative energies. Suhasini asks what is Nupur doing. Nupur says she is trying to drive off all the negative energies as they are soon going to welcome happiness into their home. Suhasini agrees and goes out to check up on the rest of the preparations.

Ranveer arrives and pulls Sindoora aside to confront her. Nupur witness it all. Ranveer says he is ashamed to call her mother. Sindoora asks what rubbish he is saying. Ranveer says so far he has tolerated her enough. Ranveer says he tolerated Sindoora trying to insult suman, trying to slap suman, but he will never forgive her for what she has done today. Sindoora asks what she has done. Ranveer hands over those photos to Sindoora. Sindoora is shocked to see the photos and asks if ranveer thinks she had gotten those clicked. Ranveer asks then who else did this. Ranveer adds that he knows that only Sindoora is the one who has been against suman all along. Sindoora admits that she hates suman and cannot stand her, but she didn't have these photos clicked. Ranveer asks if Sindoora sent those goons after them as well. Sindoora is shocked. Sindoora tries to deny but ranveer asks her to prove it. Sindoora swears on ranveer that she had nothing to do with these photos. Ranveer says he don't believe her. Sindoora tries to convince him saying that for a mother swearing on her child is biggest thing. Ranveer says he doesn't care as suman has denied from marring him. Sindoora is shocked. Ranveer sneers that she is giving the wrong expressions as she got what she asked for and leaves angrily. Sindoora thinks about it and gets happy that unlucky suman denied for the marriage. Sindoora thinks that she must thank this brilliant mind person who did this work so nicely. Sindoora wonders who could be this person who also doesn't want ranveer-suman's marriage to happen.

Suman drops by when Sanjana is talking to someone on phone saying thanks for sending those photos on time and that they won her heart by doing this. Suman thinks who Sanjana is talking to and why did she do this. Sanjana keeps going on... asking if they know what they have to do now. Sanjana says she is sending the address and asks the person on other side of the phone to arrive there on time. Suman overhears it all. Sanjana turns around and sees suman standing behind her.

Suman is talking to Antara saying that she will need to give agni-pariksha to gain back Kalavati's trust and to prove that she is pure.

Antara and suman are outside the house. Suman says what is worst that will happen... she will burn. Suman adds that she would rather burn. Suman puts accelerant on cluster of wood she has collected when Antara runs inside to get Kalavati. Suman lights up matchsticks and is ready to set the pyre.

Even though its confusing and very unlikely, I get a feeling sanjana knows sonali (ranveer's ex) and sonali is the one behind the photos - maybe that's how sonali turns up at the sangeet which is straight after the mehendi rasam...

Suman has lost the plot - agnipariksha for what? ranveer's proven her innocence and kalawati has accepted it also so why go through agnipariksha drama... here I was hoping we'd get a few cute sumveer scenes before sonali's entry...

she knows maa'sa far too well to understand that she only said she agrees

but she would never be in favour of ranveer-suman marriage

I m guessing this agni-parisksha is suman-antara act in response to sanjana-s-s-s plot

the way suman said it... felt like they are going to act this and bring kalavati on their side

as kalavati might be the only one who can hold sanjana back
