VeeBa Definitely A Hatke Jodi!

Baldev's proposal to Veera was awesome!! I'm glad CVs had Baldev admit that he may not know what love is but whatever he feels for her is something he loves. The proposal definitely suited the personalities of who Veera and Baldev are, they are far from being your typical jodi and can't resist pulling each other's legs or fighting, it is just who they are and who they will always be but now you can see the love that exists between them as well. Baldev managed to totally sweep Veera off her feet, she would have been crazy not to accept a proposal like that and the hug was just 😳

It was telling from this episode and the next that Gunjan would be the first to find out, but I don't think she will be revealing anything yet. Gunjan will probably help the lovebirds sneak around since she knows their relationship will not be approved by all, specifically Bansuri. I look forward to seeing more of VeeBa's LS, it was well worth the wait!

Baldeva lives & feels his love so he doesn't need to understand it. I liked the additions to Happy Shappy. It is so them. He wanted to eat her kulfi🤣

Yup it was awesome. His dialogues almost made up for the elaborate realisation track I wanted for Baldev. Prior to the ep, I thought Veera will definitely reject his first proposal attempt but ya she would have been crazy to reject him today. Agree with everything that you have said about them being a hatke jodi.😳

Baldev looked at her like she is his entire world, as if all of his hopes, dreams and happiness rests solely on her shoulders, which is probably true. The hug during the proposal was so heartbreakingly good.😭 My bestie thinks I have gone crazy due to all the gushing, which I probably have.😆

Both of their expressions during the hug beautifully conveyed their yearning and the satisfaction they now feel on finally being together. Their eventual temporary separation is going to be so heartbreaking. I used to think I will feel way more bad for Baldev, but looks like Veera's pain is gonna hurt me a lot too.😭

I noticed that Veera leaned into the hug first, which raised the scene to a higher level, if any levels are still left that is.😆 This and the way she hugged him tight gives me hope that maybe (and that's a big maybe) she can love him like he deserves, despite her Veerji obsession.😳

I feel the same in regards to the Gunjan situation. These days, I also no longer mind G's solo scenes in her cute avatar. Wish CVs never did what they did with her.

Bold: True. But prior to Veera's proposal he was in denial and tried to rein in his thoughts from going a certain way and afterwards he was simply drowning in his joy. So I wish he had at least spent a minute figuring out what he truly feels before getting excited to say yes to Veera's proposal. I should just stop complaining. Period.😆

Awesome post Mandy. Definitely they are a hatke jodi and that is why I love them so much. I was just mesmerized by the whole confession scene today- the settings, the background score, Baldev's simple innocent words,the teasing post confession so typically Veebaish and the complete hug... ...the wait was definitely worth it. I am so looking forward to this unique love story as they keep romancing trying to evade everyone's gaze and am excited to see how Gunjan reacts to it. Fell in love with Veeba all over again today.

Don't apologize, we all gushed over this episode. It was just so realistic and beautiful, whatever Baldev said to Veera today makes up for the CVs not showing a realization scene for his character. Baldev acknowledged he may not know what love is but knows that whatever he feels for Veera is something special. I just loved the look on his face after Veera accepted his proposal and his dance, he is so adorable!!

I know what you mean about Gunjan, they should have never messed with her character but I'm glad those days are over with and she is back to being herself. Honestly while I am not happy with the fact Gunjan will find out so soon about VeeBa maybe it won't be so bad since I see her as a well wisher for both and not someone who will sabotage things. Gunjan is not going to reveal anything to anyone so soon.

Loved everything about Baldev's proposal. The grab and the hug was the icing in the cake! :)
