Part-3.

If the earth had split apart for her,Veera would have just slithered in..That was how terrible and numb she felt at that moment..

His words were still ringing in her ears..

He was going to get married to someone else..He was dressed up to meet the girl's family..

Veera instantly had an image of an unknown girl draped round his body,hugging him tight,and she sobbed out loud running to her house and her room for the solitude and peace she needed..

Back in her house,she locked the door and sobbed her heart out..She could not believe this was truly happening..!

What would happen now..?!

How could she live without him..?!How could he do this to her..?!She had told her Veerji about their love hadn't she ..?!Why was he acting as if she had crossed the last limit,when all she had done was..

Got dressed to meet some boy's family..Isn't what he is doing too Veera..?So why are you so hurt..?As long as you do it,it's all okay.But if you don't and someone else does it's all bad..?!

A voice taunted her from the back of her mind,and Veera's sobs subsided,as she thought about it..

Finally she inhaled a long and strong breath,she was not going to sit back and watch him walk away with some girl,any girl..Even if Aishwariya Rai came,she would fight tooth and nails with her too..!

Baldev Singh was hers only..!And she would prove it to him,whatever it took!

The entire day however Veera stayed in her room mostly,and rarely talked with anyone..Her family looked worried,but she just made an excuse that she was really no feeling that well.It was only her Veerji who gave her silent thoughtful knowing look,but Veera tried to avoid them,as she locked herself back in her room.

It was nearly midnight,when Baldev heard someone in his room..

He was looking at Veera's picture in his mobile so was startled and tried to hide it,as he heard the person approaching..

Strange!he had not heard the door opening..!Who was it..?!

PLOMP!

He had not finished thinking it,when someone pushed him back and settled herself on his lap,and sent a strange sensation rocketing through his body..

Dumbstruck he stared into wide solemn looking beautiful eyes..

Her eyelids were a bit puffy,and did not have the usual light in them,and Baldev suddenly regretted his decision..

He just wanted to hug her tight to his heart,and make everything okay,to kiss away her pain,to love her openly so that she had no way to think of anyone but him..But he held himself back..

He did,but how could he think his Sherni would do the same..?

She placed her hands round his neck,and pulled him close..Her lips only inches from his..And Baldev inhaled a sharp steadying breath..

"Main tainu kisi aur ki hone nahi dungi Dev..Tainu pata hai na..?

[I won't let you be someone else's Dev..You know it right..?]"She whispered in a soft sad but determined voice,and Baldev desperately tried to ignore the tug that he felt in his heart at that moment..

He tried to get back his bearing and raise himself,to put some distance between him and her..

But she was adamant to hold onto him,and was not letting go..

"Veera tainu kaha na main,ki mere kaamrein aise jab chahe aya maat kaar!Ye thik nahi hai!

[Veera didn't I tell you,that don't come to my room like this whenever you want to!This isn't right!]"He hissed out trying desperately to free her arms from round his neck,and failing everytime..

Suddenly she put a stop to all her trying by moving closer to him instead..So close that he could feel her sweet warm breath against his lips,and suddenly he had the urge to kiss her senseless right then and there..

But of course he could not,he decided,as his breathing became heavier,and his heart thudded madly..All his muscles and sinews were coiled up in tension,and eager for release of any sorts,as his manhood started reacting to her rounded bottom brushing on it too.

He tried to move her again too,he did not want her to find out his body's embarrassing reaction to her proximity.

"Thik nai hai..?!Aur tu jo kisi aur ko shaadi karne ki baat ki wo thik tha..?!Kiu gaya tu aaj uss ladki walo ki saamne..?!Maine to Veerji nu bata bhi di ki mainu pyaar ho gayi hai-..

[It's not right..?!And what you said about marrying someone else,that was right..?!Why did you go infront of that girl's family..?!I have already told Veerji that I have fallen in love-..]"

Baldev's eyes widened at her words,and he stared at her dumbstruck and awed,that she had actually said it..!

He opened and closed his mouth a number of times,as suddenly no sound was really coming out,and finally he managed to choke out the words..

"Ki bola tune..?

[What did you say..?]"He pulled her close to him this time as he asked it,and suddenly saw Veera look down at his lips,close to hers,and then back into his eyes.

"Wo main-..

[I was-.]"She could not finish her words,as suddenly he shushed her by placing his forefinger on her lips,as he heard someone's footsteps from just outside his room..

He stared at the door,as the footsteps,came closer and closer..And suddenly stopped in front of his door..

He watched as if in a nightmare,as the door knob started turning slowly,and to add to it he had forgotten to lock his door at all!

As the door turned some more,Baldev did not lose a second,as He pushed Veera under him on the bed,and covered both of them with the blanket..

The door opened just then,and Baldev crushed Veera more onto the bed,his arms tight round her body under him to hold her still as they lay covered under the blanket,while he waited for the person who had opened the door to leave..

"Baldev puttar..?So gaya hai ki..?

[Baldev puttar..?Has he fallen asleep..?]"His Beeji's footsteps were coming closer,and Baldev moved her face deeper into the crook of his neck,as his heart raced madly in nervousness..

If she just moved the blanket,she would see-..

"Lagta hai so gaya hai..

[It seems he has fallen asleep..]"She mumbled,and then walked out of the door,closing the door shut behind her..

Baldev sighed in relief,but then his body suddenly started stirring to life,as her soft body was crushed below him..And her warm breath tickled the hairs at his nape..Her soft lips against his neck,made the muscles tighten in response..While his anatomy started waking up too..

He closed his eyes,and stifled a groan of frustration,just before he shifted a little and looked into her eyes..

The moment he did,he was completely lost again..

Her eyes held all the love and raw passion in the world which were clear to him even under the limited light under his blanket..And Baldev's body tightened some more in response to his thoughts..As he found himself getting lost in her mesmerizing eyes again..
